Martin's POV

That was it. I couldn't take it anymore. I wanted to end my suckish life right there and then. I just walked out of the door if the Big House, my head down and my heart heavier than the sky. There were no more tears, because I had cried them all out. She was everything to me. EVERYTHING. The fight is over for me. Win or lose the war against the Titans, I'll gain nothing. Honour was nothing to me now. I just wanted her back. I know I seem like Bella from Twilight, trying to commit suiside when Edward rejected her. Now I understand why, although I hate Twilight. Losing the one you love could feel like eternal torture. I entered my room and locked the door behind me.

"Fates, why me......" I muttered, my voice cracking. I got my dagger from my bedside drawer. It was Vitalis Crystal with Apollo's symbol embedded on the blade. I had this dagger made in memory of Ally. Not like it mattered to her now. I sat crosslegged on my bed and rolled up the left sleeve of my Camp Slugterra T-shirt, which was blue with the words in black. I lay the sharp side of the blade on my shoulder and pressed in. Ruby red drops of blood sprouted from the wound and trickled down my arm. Pain shot up from my fingertips to my shoulder, but I let the blood flow. I watched the blood flow. It trickled down my arm, then my fingers and onto my pants. But for once, I didn't tend to the wound. I pressed down slightly more and dragged down. I reached my elbow and stopped there for a while. Black and red dots swarmed over my eyes as the world went spinning. But the mental pain numbed as the blood flowed. It felt bearable, something I could live with for the rest of my life. Plus, it was easier than shedding tears. Then all of a sudden, pain beyond imagination seared the whole of my arm. My world spinned. More black and red dots swarmed my vision as I felt my body go limp. The last thing I saw was Igor and Anthony teleporting in my room.

Igor's POV

Martin lay unconscious on his bed, a bloodstained dagger made out of Vitalis Crystal laying in his limp right hand, a dangerously deep wound on his left arm from his shoulder to his elbow. He was ghostly pale, the colour from his face gone. Anthony and I wasted no time. He carried Martin as he teleported us to the infirmary. He shrieked,

"EMERGENCY OPERATION!! WE HAVE A VICTIM OF VITALIS CRYSTAL!! I REPEAT, WE HAVE A VICTIM OF VITALIS CRYSTAL!!"  Only a few other patients were in the infirmary and all the walls were soundproof, and even if they weren't, all of the patients would be gone in a few hours. Martin was the real emergency. Anthony put Martin on a hospital bed on wheels.

"I'll get everyone." Anthony told me and teleported out of the infirmary. The best healers were already ready for operation. One gave Martin anestatic as I checked his heartbeat and breathing on the monitor. He was alive, but just barely. One was inspecting the wound.

"Igor. Bad news. His vein is ripped more than Ally's vein was." I asked,

"Isn't there a spare vein in the organ's department?!" Another doctor replied,

"No, the last one was used last week, and neither nectar or ambrosia can heal Vitalis Crystal. We can stitch it up, but he needs blood, type AB. He needs 2 and a half pints of blood, he's lost too much." That was my blood type, and I didn't care about myself now. All I cared about was saving Martin.

"I'll do it." I told them and sat down nearby Martin. He looked so fragile. I sat on a chair and put on the pumper. They did the blood transfer and I quickly took off the pumper.

"Igor, that's a lot of blood lost, eat something." One of the doctors ordered. I responded,

"After I'm done stitching, patients first." I stitched the vein carefully. I was the best at stitching veins besides Martin, so I had to do it. I thought about all the good times we all had, before everything fell apart. When we all got claimed, the time when Ally leaned on Martin after she fell asleep on her mecha. I finished stitching up the vein, blinking away tears.

"Igor. EAT SOMETHING. You're more pale than a vampire!" Another doctor commanded. My vision blurred and my eyelids drooped as I nodded and shuffled to the vending machine to get something. Just then, my world went spinning into darkness as I felt my knees buckle.

Ashley's POV

We were all in the Big House, talking about important matters when Anthony burst in, a frantic look on his face.

"Martin got stabbed in the arm, and the wound was dragged. And the dagger was Vitalis Crystal." Johnny growled.

"I SWEAR, IF ALLY WAS BEHIND THIS I WOULD SEND HER BACK TO TARTARUS." He threatened. I warned,

"Let's not jump into conclusions. And the dagger had Apollo's mark on it, so it could have been an Apollo camper." We all rushed to the infirmary. I hope Martin is ok. I didn't want him to get hurt more than he already was. It was too much for one mind to handle. We all waited in the waiting area. I paced back and forth, worried as hell. Finally, a doctor came to us.

"I have good news and bad news." The doctor told us. Eli asked,

"Tell us the good news first." The doctor informed us,

"Martin was very lucky. If Anthony and Igor hadn't run into the infirmary yelling their heads off Martin wouldn't be alive. His vein was ripped up more than any ripped up thing I have ever seen. Luckily Igor had the same blood type as Martin." I asked,

"Where's Igor?" The doctor replied,

"Sleeping. He gave Martin 2 and a half pints of blood, then passed out. It's normal during blood transfer, so they both are fine." Striker asked,

"What's the bad news?" The doctor replied,

"No one could have made a cut so straight on someone else's body. And there were no signs of struggle in his room, so..."

Oh no.

OH NO.

Martin was stupid enough to self harm.
