When they get to the hospital Jessica and Danny let Evan and Sarah get settled in. They waited outside and sat next to each other on a couch.

"Well this all came out of no where." Jessica giggles

"It sure did. I thought she wasn't due for another few weeks." Danny says

"I guess the baby wanted to come now." Jessica looks at Danny and they both chuckle. She slowly rests her head on his shoulder and closes her eyes.

"Are you tired?"

"A little. I'm going to try to just close my eyes before she wants me in there. But I'll give them time. I'm sorry we had to cancel dinner, though."

"No, don't apologize. Sarah's your best friend, this is a big day."

"Thanks for understanding." She whispers

9pm//

Jessica and Danny were both sound asleep outside of the room. Evan came running outside frantically. He looked as pale as a ghost.

"Evan, what's wrong?" Jessica says sitting up from the couch.

"She's only three centimeters and she's going crazy! I don't know what to do. She won't stop yelling at me! Jessica I need your help!"

Jessica looks at Danny with wide eyes then nods "Okay, Okay." Jessica says

"She's just in pain, Evan. Don't worry. She'll be getting an epidural soon." She says reassuring Evan.

"She doesn't want one!"

"What?" Jessica says

Jessica runs into the room and sees Sarah on a labor ball, using every name in the book while she has another contraction.

"Damn it Evan, help me! Squeeze my hips you idiot, this hurts!" She hisses

Evan runs to her and squeezes her hips. Jessica didn't really know what to do in this very moment so she walked over and sat in front of Sarah.

"Hold my hands and breathe, Sarah. That's the only way you'll get through this." Jessica says in a calming tone.

Sarah clenches her teeth then cries. "This hurts so fucking bad, Jess! You don't understand."

The contraction subsides and Sarah was out of breath. "Holy fuck." She says

"Great job, baby girl. I'm so proud of you." Evan says rubbing her back.

"Please don't." She says holding up her hands

Jessica couldn't help but chuckle a bit.

"Just please go get me ice chips and keep Danny company for a while. I want to be alone with Jessica." Sarah says sternly

"Okay, Yes." Evan looked petrified of Sarah, he grabbed his phone and ran out of the room.

Jessica laughed even more.

"What's your problem?"

"I just think you being a Bitch is so funny."

"If you knew-"

"How much pain you were in... I know I know." Jessica says finishing her sentence.

"I'm sorry jess, I'm just so scared right now. Can we take a walk?"

Jessica nods then stands up. She grabs onto Sarah's arms then helps her up. Sarah holds onto Jessica for support as she wobbles out of her room.

They then begin walking down the maternity hall. "Never did I think I'd be a mother now, Jess. My whole world is going to change, I just don't know if I'm ready. I don't know if Evan is ready. For the countless sleepless nights, feedings, changings, Just all of that fun stuff that comes with being a parent. He still likes to have fun on the weekends and hang with friends, what if he ditches me? What if our lives change in a negative way?" Sarah holds onto Jessica's arm and breathes heavily.

"Sarah once you hold your little girl in your arms, all these feelings will go away and you'll just be overwhelmed with love. Evan is a great guy and i would bet money on it that he'll never ditch you. He's probably just as scared as you are. Listen, your lives have already changed from the day you found out you were pregnant, you may not know it but it has. And all of your motherly instincts will come into play and it will all work out smoothly. You may not think so but it will. There will be hardships and sleepless nights, but it's all worth it."

"I needed to hear that. Thank you for being such an amazing friend to me and Evan. You're always there and always know what to-"

"AHHH!" Sarah was interrupted by a sudden contraction. She hunched over and held onto Jessica as tightly as possible.

"Breathe through it, Sarah! I know you can do it just breathe!" Jessica yells

"Shut up!" She yells

"Don't tell me to shut up, just fucking breathe!"

Once the contraction was over everyone in the hallway was staring at Sarah and Jessica.

The two of them just started to crack up and laugh. "God damn Jessica, I could have mistaken you as a football coach! Did you do this to Jane when she had her baby?"

"Haha, Hell no! Jane scared the shit out of me!"

"And I don't?"

"No!"

11:30pm://

Danny hung out in the room for a bit with Sarah, Jessica, and Evan. Sarah's contractions got stronger and stronger but Jessica helped her through each and every one. Sarah was only seven centimeters dilated.

"Well Jessica, I don't think you're going to have a birthday twin!" Sarah says

"Ahh, that's okay!" Jessica smiles

"Babe, maybe we should tell them." Evan says to Sarah suddenly

"Tell us what?" Jessica says looking at Sarah then Danny.

"Well, now that you're both here we only think it's right."

Danny walks up behind Jessica with a confused look.

"Danny and Jessica, we want you two to be our little girls godparents."

Jessica immediately covers her face and looks at Danny.

"Are you serious?" Danny says

"Yeah! You guys are such great people and friends... it only seems right." Sarah says

"Aww, we'd Love too! Thank you guys!" Jessica says leaning over and hugging the both of them.

2am//

Sarah had her legs propped up with Evan and Jessica on both sides of her. An ice pack sat on her forehead and nurses and doctors surrounded her. Everything was set up for her baby to come into the world.

Jessica and Evan with one hand held back Sarah's legs and with the others they squeezed her hands.

"Okay, now Sarah you need to follow every instruction I give you and listen to me. I know you're going to be in lots of pain but you need to focus. We sang to avoid tearing at all cost." Her doctor says

Sarah bites her lip and nods. "Okay, I think I have another contraction coming!" She says in panic

"Alright baby, you can do this!" Evan says leaving a kiss on her lips.

"Jessica, I'm gonna need you to be my football coach right now! I'm going to need mean because Evan can't be mean!"

"Hah, Okay I will."

"Now sarah once your contraction hits I want one big push!"

"1...2...3 push!" The doctor says

Sarah leans forward and closes her eyes as she pushes as much as she can.

"Come On sarah! You can do it! Just keep going! Keep pushing girl!" Jessica yells

Sarah stops then breathes heavily. "Holy hell this hurts! I don't think I can do it!" She cries throwing her head back.

"Sarah, yes you can now get back up so we can meet our baby! I'm here for you!" Evan begins to yell and Sarah was shocked.

"Oh wow, I think I may have to retire as a football coach!" Jessica chuckles helping Sarah sit up again.

Sarah releases her hand away from Evans and holds his face. "I love you!" She cries

"I love you too... now let's meet our baby!"

"You're doing great, Sarah! I just need one more big push. I can already see her head. Dad do you want to see?" The doctor says

Evan nods and leans over. "Oh she's got a full head of hair, baby girl!" Evan says happily

"Really? Okay okay! I'm ready."

"Push!"

"Come on sarah, she's almost out!" Jessica yells

In just a few seconds sarah and Evans Baby was born. The doctor put her onto Sarah's chest and began wiping her off. Evan and Sarah fell in love instantly, without a doubt. There eyes beamed with happiness and tears rolled down their cheeks.

"I love you baby, I love you so much little girl. I'll never stop loving you, you're my world." Sarah whispers to her baby.

"Sarah, Evan she's gorgeous." Jessica tears up a bit and looks at the baby.

"Thank you..."

"Hi little Aspen, you're such a beautiful little girl." Evan says

"Aspen? That's her name! Oh how gorgeous!" Jessica giggles

"Yeah, that's her name! It fits her perfectly." Sarah whispers

It was already four in the morning and Jessica was exhausted. Her and Danny headed home and let Sarah and Evan enjoy their alone time and peace with the baby before family came in.

When they got home Jessica and Danny jumped right into bed.

As Danny as falling asleep her heard lots of sniffling. He turned on the nightstand light and looked at Jessica who had tears rolling down her face.

"Baby, what's wrong?" He says

"Aspen is so beautiful, Danny. Watching her come into this world was so amazing." She sits up and begins to sob uncontrollably. Danny knew that there was something really bothering Jessica.

"Jessie..."

"I just wish I had that with our baby! I wish I was able to meet him, hold him, tell him how much I love him! I never got that with our baby and neither did you, and I'm so sorry!" She says in a shaky tone

Danny pulls Jessica close and rocks her back and forth. "Jessie, it's okay love..."

"As scared as I was then, all I wanted was to keep my baby safe, and I failed. And I'm so sorry, Danny."
