This is the sequel to Drift Between Us, continuing the story of Erin and Damien (better known as Ace and Dax).

If you haven't read the first book then please do read it before reading Laps Between Us. There is a lot that happens in the first book that will make this sequel make more sense as there are links between the two. You can read the sequel as a stand-alone but it won't make as much sense.

I welcome comments on how you are finding the story, also ideas for chapter titles as there are some without titles.

I have tried to shift the perspective of this sequel less of Erin and to explore of Dax's character as well as their relationship with each other, the crew and other characters in the story. Without spoiling anything, there is some more links to their pasts mentioned and Jinx's circumstances make a positive spin.

Anyway, keep reading and voting, sharing my works with friends and other readers too. I try to continue scheduling chapters daily but there will be some gaps as I spend time writing out a few chapters. I don't want the chapters to be too long, but not too short either. I have also been entering my work in the "just write it" challenges: 30DC and 8CC.

Please suggest any other Wattpad challenges I could enter. I am hoping Drift Between Us is eligible for The Wattys 2025.
