There are a lot of good leaders in Cappy Town.

Let's take Mayor for example. He does paper works all day about everything that has been going on in Cappy Town. He is always busy with all the progress in Cappy Town.

Let's take Chief Bookem as another example. Because he is there, there are almost no crimes in Cappy Town as long as Doron doesn't escape the prison. If he wasn't in Cappy Town, there would be more mischiefs in Cappy Town.

And then there's everyone, or majority of people's favorite leader, although he only leads two, maybe three: Meta Knight. He trains with Sword Knight and Blade Knight diligently, and helps Kirby grow as a Star Warrior.

There are so many good leaders in Cappy Town, but the main leader is not so responsible with his seat. And there is his abusive voice again, picking on his servants. "YO! ESCARGOON! WADDLE DOO! WADDLE DEES!"

"Oh great..." Escargoon groaned.

"Come along, Waddle Dees!" Waddle Doo ordered.

Waddle Dees took the command without any emotions.

"Yes, sire!" Escargoon said as he arrived.

"How can we help you, sire?" Waddle Doo asked.

"Ma gut need some yummies!" Dedede demanded.

"Yes, sire!" Escargoon took the order. "I just wish that I can feel superior over his majesty... just one time..."

"Meh, I just wished that he was a better leader, sir," Waddle Doo said. "Even Waddle Dees agree."

"Do you agree?" Escargoon asked. All the Waddle Dees nodded immediately. "Well I predicted the answer. He should take leadership lesson from anyone in Cappy Town."

"I think Susie would be a great leader, sir," Waddle Doo said.

"I agree," Escargoon said. "I really don't mind calling her 'Queen Susie', or 'your majesty'."

Kirby was hanging out in Meta Knight's room after training as Meta Knight was reading. Usually, Meta Knight wants no one else in the room when he's reading, but it's Kirby. "Poyo?" Kirby asked what kind of book he was reading now since it was a different one than last time.

"This book is called How To Be A Great Leader," Meta Knight explained.

"Poyo, poyo-poyo," Kirby said.

"Well, being a leader is not easy," Meta Knight said. "I have to be a great leader for Sword and Blade Knight, and continue to be a great leader."

"Poyo," Kirby said.

"You are a pretty good leader too, after all," Meta Knight said. "You always save the town from evil robots and monsters."

"Poyo, poyo!" Kirby loved getting compliments from Meta Knight. Meta Knight loved it when Kirby was happy by his compliments.

"Kirby! Kirby, where are you?" Tiff voice flew in Meta Knight's door. Kirby went to the door to find Tiff. "Oh, there you are, Kirby."

"Poyo," Kirby replied.

"Hey, Meta Knight," Tiff also greeted.

"Hello," Meta Knight greeted back.

"I'm just gonna take Kirby out for lunch, if that's fine with you and Kirby in case you were lecturing him on something," Tiff said.

"No, he's done for today," Meta Knight replied.

"Well then, let's go to Kawasaki's, Kirby," Tiff said.

"Poyo, poyo!" Kirby cheered.

Right when Kirby left, Meta Knight heard something. Something he never wants to hear. "YO! META KNIGHT! WHERE YOU AT?!" Dedede called. Meta Knight went to Dedede without answering. "Yo! Meta Knight! We need tuh talk!"

"Yes, your majesty?" Meta Knight asked.

"Look at them," Dedede said as he pointed at Escargoon, Waddle Doo, and Waddle Dees who were locked up in a small cage. "It's their punishment for talking behind ma back! What kind of leader do you think I am?! Good or bad?!"

"...Good leader, sire," Meta Knight answered.

"You hesitated," Dedede said.

"Sire, have you ever seen me hesitate by your order or questions?" Meta Knight asked.

"Then why did ya pause?!" Dedede asked.

"Because you are asking such ridiculous question," Meta Knight said. "Why would I say that you are a bad leader?"

"Well, you make sense!" Dedede said. "You can go now! I gotta take care of da rest!"

Meta Knight walked out. As he was far from the throne room, he groaned, "Oi... I would never say that..."

"What's the idea of talking behind ma back?!" Dedede asked Escargoon, Waddle Doo, and Waddle Dees.

"Sire, we were just complaining like every time else!" Escargoon complained.

"Well how come you tellin' me I'm a bad leader?!" Dedede demanded.

"Well, I thought we made this clear a long time ago whenever you mistreat your royal subjects," Escargoon said.

"What does being a bad leader have to do anything with royal subject?!" Dedede demanded.

This question made Escargoon, Waddle Doo, and Waddle Dees freeze. "Uh... sire? Do you know what it means to be a good or bad leader?"

"I've got no clue so I assumed that was different kind of insults y'all give me!" Dedede said as he crossed his arms and sat on his throne.

Escargoon, Waddle Doo, and Waddle Dees were done with his stupidity for today. "Why don't you talk to Susie? She'll know how to explain."

"Great idea! I'd rather ask her than you dumbsters!" Dedede said as he connected to Susie.

"Yes, your majesty, what monster or robot would you like today?" Susie greeted.

"Not now! I have a question!" Dedede said.

"Of course, please do," Susie said.

"What does being a leader mean?!" Dedede asked.

"Well that is a broad concept," Susie said. "But being a great leader usually means you are taking your responsibilities well, you are not afraid to admit you made a mistake and willing to fix it, and people trust you."

"Well then why those knuckleheads are callin' me a bad leader?!" Dedede asked.

"Well it looks like everyone knows the answer except you, your majesty," Susie said.

"I wanna be a great leader! Immediately!" Dedede demanded.

"Well of course, I have just a thing to educate you the hard way," Susie said and sent over a monster. It had a black orb shaped body, yellow eyes, blue feet, and white hands. It's wearing an orange bandana across its face, which covers the lower half of its body, and a red fedora with a blue bond on its head. "Meet Wester. He'll give you special leadership lessons so that you can get the basics."

"What does it do?!" Dedede asked.

"It will whip you every time you misbehave or not showing the example of good leader," Susie explained.

"There's no way I'm learning to be a good leader with that thing!" Dedede said angrily.

"Yes you are sire!" Escargoon said. "The best way to learn leadership, at least for you, is taking it the hard way!"

"And the bonus is that it is also designed to attack Kirby," Susie winked.

"We just needed something to teach him a lesson but thanks for the bonus," Escargoon thanked Susie.

"Bien sûr, au revoir~" Susie disconnected.

Wester pointed at the cages to make Dedede free them. "No way! They're being punished!" Dedede insisted. Wester started to whip him repeatedly. "OW! OW!" Dedede yelped every time Wester whipped him. "Knock it off, ball face!" Wester ignored him and continued to whip him repeatedly. "Fine! Fine! I'll free dem!" Dedede quickly opened the cage so that Escargoon,  Waddle Doo, and Waddle Dees can get out. Wester then stopped whipping Dedede.

"Looks like that thing is educating you well!" Escargoon teased.

"Ya watch yo mouth!" Dedede said as he was about to hammer Escargoon's head with his mallet, but Wester stopped him by whipping his arms. "Ow!"

"Sire, you should watch your actions if you really want to be a good leader," Escargoon said.

"Fine," Dedede said.

Dedede kindly requested Escargoon to give him a ride to Cappy Town, not because he wanted to be a good leader, but he just didn't want to get whipped by Wester. "I'll get some snacks," Dedede said as he went in Tuggle's store. "Let's see, I'll get some candies, chocolates, cookies, cinnamon buns, and some chips."

"Sire, you're getting too much," Escargoon warned.

"Ya settle down! No one- OW OW!!" As Dedede was about to sound even more abusive, Wester whipped him. "Right! Right!" He cleared his throat to sound nicer. "Well, I will take your thought into consideration."

"That's the way sire," Escargoon said. "You must first be respectful to everyone when you want to be a good leader."

I really wanna stop this! There's gotta be a way! Dedede thought. Maybe if I... Dedede thought as he to out his mallet and tried smashing Wester. But it was quick enough to dodge Dedede ' s swing and repeatedly whipped him even harder for trying to kill him. "All right! All right! I'm sorry! Cut it out!" Wester stopped when he felt that it was enough. "Dat things' tryna kill me!" Dedede complained. Escargoon chuckled.

Thanks to Wester Dedede lost motivation to hang out and Cappy Town, had Escargoon take him back to castle so that he can spend the rest of the day there. "Man! I'm tired today!" Dedede said as he lied on the bed. Wester poked him to get his attention. "Whachu want, orb face?!" Dedede demanded. Wester whipped him on the mouth. "Mmm! Mmmm! Mmmmmmmm!" Dedede rolled around in pain as he held his lips. "Can't ya be gentle?!" Dedede asked. Wester tapped its foot. "Please be gentle, my friend," Dedede pleaded nicely, which he didn't mean. Wester wrapped its whip. 

Just then, Waddle Dee served him tea. Dedede took a sip. "Yo! Waddle Dees! This tea is too hot! Ya dumbsters!" Dedede scolded. Wester, of course, whipped him repeatedly in his mouth, his back, and his arms. "OW OW OW OW OW!" Dedede yelped each time Wester whipped him. Dedede cleared his throat and said, "Well, Waddle Dees, everyone makes mistakes. Just keep trying and you will meet my satisfaction." Waddle Dees were creeped out by his kindness, but also at the same time, glad that he was much more laid back than usual.

But at this point, Dedede was tired of Wester's whipping. He stepped outside to figure out how to get rid of Wester. It was still following Dedede everywhere he went. Just then, he saw something from a distance that would give hope to his problems.

"Poyo, poyo, poyo~" Kirby was walking happily after getting compliments from Meta Knight and food from Kawasaki. 

"Kirby! Ma old friend!" Dedede greeted much happily than before. 

Wester was triggered by the word 'Kirby'. It went forward towards Kirby to attack him. "Poyo!" Kirby freaked out started to walk away. Wester chased him around as he whipped the floor.

This time, Dedede wanted to help Kirby, because helping him would also mean helping himself. "Kirby! Suck it up!" Dedede said.

"Poyo!" Kirby said as he inhaled. Wester resisted until the whip loosened from his hand. Kirby inhaled it and transformed into a whip Kirby.

Tiff and Tuff heard the ruckus in the castle and knew something was up. "Whoa, Kirby!" Tiff said.

"What is he?" Tuff asked.

"He is Whip Kirby!" Meta Knight said as he popped out of nowhere.

"That's a new one," Tiff said.

"Attack, Kirby!" Dedede said.

"Poyo!" Kirby said.

"You're helping Dedede?" Tiff asked.

Wester took out another whip and started to attack Kirby. Kirby also started to attack and counter attack Wester's attack. Kirby spun the whip around to create giant tornado.

"He is using Whip Tornado!" Meta Knight said.

"Cool!" Tuff said.

Wester was caught by the tornado and spun him around, causing him to faint. Just then Kirby used Final Whip Strike to officially destroy it.

"Whip Kirby did it!" Meta Knight said.

"Yay! Hooray for Kirby!" Tiff and Tuff cheered.

Meta Knight chuckled as he walked up to him. "You are a great leader and a great hero," he said as he caressed his head.

"Poyo, poyo!" Kirby giggled.

"Wow, Meta Knight, I never knew you gave Kirby such compliments like that," Tiff said.

That made Meta Knight and Kirby withdraw from each other. Meta Knight felt his face warming, but he was thankful that the mask was hiding his blushing face.

"Heh-heh-heh! Now I don't have tuh worry about that anymore!" Dedede said happily. "But... I still wanna be a good leader!"

"Good leader?" Tiff asked. "I highly doubt that you will become one."

"Hush up, girly!" Dedede said. "Meta Knight thinks I'm a good leader!"

"Really, Meta Knight?!" Tiff and Tuff asked. Meta Knight walked away without answering them. "Looks like you're wrong, Dedede."

"Meta Knight, you liar!" Dedede screamed.

Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby laughed.

"Poyo, poyo!" Kirby ended the episode again with his brightest 'poyo'.
