The next day, Shadow and Sonic were on their way to visit you again and this time, Shadow was bringing you flowers as a present.

"I hope she'll like these." Shadow said.

"She'll love them! Trust me! Soon you will have a Queen and you will save your Kingdom!" Sonic said. As soon as they arrived, Shadow got off the carriage and walked inside. Shadow saw you and smiled.

"Hi Y/N."

"Hi Shadow."

"I brought you flowers." You gasped and slowly grabbed them.

"Thank you Shadow. They're lovely."

"Not as lovely as you." You smiled softly as you looked at him.

"Y/N! He's almost here!" M/N said. You squealed with excitement.

"I can't wait!"

"Can't wait for what?" Shadow asked.

"You'll see!" Soon, another carriage came in front of the castle. You squealed again in excitement. A green hedgehog with blue eyes came out out of carriage.

"Hey beautiful."

"Yay! You're here!" You ran towards the green hedgehog, hugged him tight and kissed him on the lips. The green hedgehog kissed back.

Shadow saw this and felt his heart break. It has now shattered into millions of pieces. You pulled away and looked at the green hedgehog.

"I missed you so much."

"I missed you two babe." You turned your head and looked at Shadow.

"Shadow, this is Scourge The Hedgehog. Prince of the Light Kingdom. He's my boyfriend and my soon to be fiance."

"Nice to meet you." Scourge said.

Sonic began to think to himself.

*Thinks* "Oh no. I'm so dead when I get back home." Shadow nodded slowly.

You hugged Scourge gently as he smiled at this. Shadow's heart felt even more pain.

Suddenly, two hedgehogs came out of the carriage. It was a black and orange hedgehog with red eyes and a silver hedgehog with yellow eyes.

"Sorry. We fell asleep." The silver hedgehog said.

"This is Sanctum and Steel The Hedgehog. Sanctum is the prince of the Dark Kingdom and Steel is the prince of the Water Kingdom." Scourge said.

"Sup." Sanctum said.

"Hi!" Steel said.

"Great to see you guys again! Especially my future husband." You said with a smile.

"I think about you all the time my dear." Scourge said. Scourge saw some flowers in your hands.

"Growing more flowers again my love?" Scourge asked. Shadow growled quietly.

"No. This was from King Shadow. He's been a very sweet friend to me." Shadow felt upset when she used the word 'friend.'

Shadow looked at Sonic, making him gulp in fear.

"Will you excuse me for a moment?" Shadow said as he grabbed Sonic and dragged him behind the wall.

"What's with him?" Steel asked.

"I have no idea." You looked worried but suddenly noticed that Scourge held your hand and began to have a conversation with you.

Sanctum and Steel decided to look around the castle for a while.

Meanwhile with Shadow, he threw Sonic towards the wall roughly while growling at him.

"How could you not tell me about this!?" Shadow asked in anger.

"I-I didn't know either sir. Honest."

"Why didn't you tell me she had a boyfriend!?"

"I-I didn't even know she had a boyfriend b-but there's still more women out there f-for you."

"I don't want another woman! I want Y/N!" Luckily no one can here them.

"Well...uh....m-maybe there's still a chance."

"I have a Kingdom to save and this is what happens!? *Sighs* I'm going home." Shadow's anger turned into sadness as he walked away. Sonic got worried as he followed him.

"But what about the danger for your Kingdom? How are we gonna protect it now?" Sonic asked.

"I don't know. Queen or no Queen, I have to sacrifice myself for my Kingdom." Shadow walked away with Sonic following him.

Meanwhile while you and Scourge were talking, You turned your head and saw Shadow about to leave.

"Shadow? Where are you going?" You asked.

"I'm going home."

"What!? Why?! You just got here."

"You seem...busy." You quickly ran towards him.

"Don't leave. Please stay. I'm sorry that I didn't tell you about Scourge. I didn't think you would leave so soon. Please stay. Please? Just for a little bit?"

Shadow sighed to himself as he thought for a minute. He didn't want to see you upset. He looked at your eyes and saw that you really did care about him.

"Alright..."

"Yay!" You cheered happily as you hugged Shadow. Shadow slowly hugged back. Scourge saw this and smiled a little. Suddenly, Sanctum and Steel came back.

"What did we miss?" Steel asked.

*Sarcasm* "Who knows." Sanctum said in a rude tone.

"That and seeing my beautiful girlfriend have an amazing friend that she really cares about. I always want to make sure that she's happy." Scourge said with a smile. Scourge walked towards you.

"Hey babe?"

"Yeah?"

"Me and my friends are gonna head home. We'll let you spend some time with your friend." Scourge said.

"You're leaving?" You asked sadly.

"Don't worry. I'll be back tomorrow."

"Ok." You both gave each other a goodbye kiss. Scourge pulled away and walked towards his carriage with his friends.

Shadow felt pain in his heart when he saw you kiss another hedgehog. Sonic felt worried as well. Once Scourge and his friends left, You looked at Shadow and noticed that he looked sad.

"Are you ok?" You looked at him, feeling worried about him.

"Huh? Oh...yeah. I'm just a little tired."

"You can rest here for a while. We'll make you some salad and vegetable soup." Shadow smiled a little.

"Thanks Y/N."

"You're welcome." You smiled at Shadow and Sonic.

You gave Shadow a small kiss on the cheek. Shadow blushed madly making you giggle.
