There will be a POV switch in this chapter. I just had to write this from his view also.

Alexander POV

He just stood there, in his wolf form. He would always be the last one to enter a battle. He and his wolf, Ray are both as pathetic as can be found. Risk his own people, let them die. Rather than facing the music himself.

Coward.

Blood dripped from my mouth as I stepped over the last body. Now it's only him left.

I dug my nails into the earth beneath me, the hair on my back standing while I arched my neck. My tail whipped from side to side, as I took my stance. I could feel my blood boil as I stared at him.

Loud growls filled the silence in the forest, as I show my teeth, warning my father. I was in control now, this fight is mine.

I shoved my ears forward, tail held high, whipping again from side to side. I watched him carefully as he started to circle me.  I paced stiffly, tail lashing as I waited for him to make his move. He was always a cocky bastard. This will cost him dearly, the key is patience, wait him out. My eyes never left his, the only way to tell for sure what his next move will be is from his eyes, not his movements.  

I kept my weight on all four legs, firm on the ground as the wind blew through my fur. The sun was starting to set and darkness was slowly creeping upon us.

His feet went left, but his eyes right.

He pounced, his speed was still good for his age, but.

Not fast enough.

The moment his mouth opened, I stepped to the side, making him fall into the ground with a loud thud. Instantly I was on top of him, pushing him down. 

I forced myself into his mind, it took every ounce of my Alpha King ability but I did it. 

'This is for all those times you hit me, broke my bones, and called me weak.' I said, ripping off his left leg. 

'This is for killing my real mother, and forcing me to forget her!' I ripped off his right leg. 

'This is for abandoning your pack.' I ripped out a piece of his abdomen. His breathing was starting to slow down as he struggled underneath me.

'This is for turning me into a monster and calling my daughter a demon-child." I ripped off his right leg followed by his left.  His cries filled the forest as he howled in pain.

'This' I linked him, growling and showing him my canines. '- is for touching my mate.' His head flew out of my mouth as I stepped off his body. Landing next to the head of his chosen mate. Blood was dripping from my teeth, as my heart was racing, slamming into my chest.

I looked around, taking in the scene around me. It did not even take us three minutes to take them down. 

Idiots.

I took another sniff of my surroundings, ignoring the smell of blood that was surrounding me.

I pounced into their direction, following their sent as fast as I can. There cant possibly be a way that I can run faster than I currently am, I jumped over a tree trunk that was lying in the path. The sun was almost completely set now and it felt like I've been running for hours.

I closed my eyes for a mere second, taking a deep breath.

"Daddy!!!" I loud squeal hit my ears, the sound brought harmony to my heart as I saw Lily run towards me. Her little body stumbling over a few leaves.

I pushed myself, my paws now starting to pain from the amount of pressure I am placing on them. I stopped inches from her, as she grabbed onto my leg. 

Her head shook as she cried. 

Bella was carrying Nicola on her back, her wolf seemed okay, just tired and worn out. 

"Bella?" I linked her.

"There was nothing I could do, other than this Alpha."  Bella gave a low whine and looked at Lily.

I could not believe this, will there ever be one normal fucken day in my life?

"She woke up, for a few seconds, she said, she sensed danger and that I should take Nicola and Lily. When I refused to leave her, she commanded me." Bella linked me again.

"Take this path, follow it straight. You will find William soon. Do not wander off!" I growled and gave Lily a lick over her face. 

"Do as I say, Bella. NOW!" I commanded her, jumping into the direction they came from.

William POV

This is going to be something. That's right, once Alexander loses himself there is hardly any chance to get him back out of that dark place. The last time he had to find out that Cecile, the one and only bitch was pregnant. If it was not for Lily, he would have been lost.

'Be glad you did not get a mate like Cecile!' Seth spoke up. I sure am glad, but at least he has her now.

Cecile has to be some part demon or something. She would suck the living crap out of you. She secretly killed more than eight of our pack members, if it was not for Alexander's quick response as to have her followed, we would have never known it was her. I mean, children, who in their right mind kills children for their hearts, eating it out and then tossing them in a river. It really broke Alexander, he immediately rejected her, it was only when he was about to kill her when she spilled the beans about Lily. She bargained her way out of death, with her own child.

What a bitch...

The smell of blood hit my nostrils, and Seth pounced with excitement towards the source. The control was his, but he gets far too excited when he smells vampire blood. To him, it was a victory.

The sight before our eyes was horrid. In all my years as a Beta, this had to be the worst I've ever seen.

Surely Alexander has lost all his marbles now.

"Beta William. What now?" one of the guards, Jonah linked me. Suddenly my mind was filled with opinions and questions from the warriors. My head throbbed in pain as the overwhelming emotions of their worry traveled through my body.

"Stop! Now!" I mind linked them back. "You need to focus your fucken asses, if you want to help the King and Queen, along with Lily Bella and Nicola. So I'll say it once. Shut your traps!"

Silence,

Good.

I took in the sight before my eyes as Seth handed me control back. I slowly walked towards the battle scene. 

Okay, more like a graveyard.

I loud cracking sound hit my ears and I snapped my head in its direction.

Great. I stepped on a darn spinal cord...

Wonder who that belonged to.

There had to be at least 60 heads here lying around, some of them were split in half and others, well, I guess they were in a blender...

'would make a nice smoothie though.' Seth purred.

'control your hunger! I'm not eating this crap! Unless you want Rabies or something.' I snapped back. Gosh, he can be such an asshole.

"Beta William." Vincent linked me, yes, another guard they do have names, don't be so surprised.

"Yes?" I linked back, snapping my head in his direction.

"This is the head of his father," he responded.

"It's still warm."

'Great, he should be close then.' Seth said, clearly very proud of his Alpha.  Wolves... pff

The familiar smell of Lily hit me like a punch in the guts. I ran as fast as I could.  She cant see this.

A few seconds passed and I saw them. All of them except the two I'm worried most about.

"Bella. Follow me, NOT the pathway, there are bodies and Lily may not see them." I linked her. 

Cole came crashing through the trees and ran to Bella. Grabbing Nicola from her back. They embraced each other the only way wolves can, which was sweet if you wanted to puke at that moment.

"Get a room. Cole, take them back, NOW! and get Nicola to the doctor. Take seven warriors and guards with you. Including Alpha Luke."  

"Okay!" He responded. His brown wolf stood proud as he picked Nicola up. 

"I never, ever want balls again, uncle William!" Lily said sobbing. Her little body trembling as she cried. The great thing about being the Alpha King's daughter is that she has the gift to know which of us is which, even in wolf form. 

I sat down, as the grabbed onto my chest, crying as she hugged me. I placed my head protectively over her body and lightly hugged her back.

"Take care of her, or I'll personally kill you both." I linked them all as they took her from me.
