The next morning soon arrived as you woke up but didn't open your eyes. You felt warmth against your back and around your waist. Finally finding the effort to actually open your eyes, you found an arm, wrapped around your waist holding you in place. The more you woke up, the more you started to feel. There was slight breathing against your neck as it scent slight chills down your spine, smiling you turned your head slightly over your shoulder to see your true love, sleeping next to you. He stayed the night....You thought as you blushed with a shy smile planted on your lips. You tried to move to face him, but found that his legs were intertwined with yours under the covers and as you couldn't exactly get out of it. His arm tightened slightly keeping you close to him as you heard a muffled whimper. You smiled as you just embraced his warmth and found this moment in time comforting. You held his hand that was placed around your stomach as you smiled softly. You start to recall things that Kaneki said last night, and it got you thinking. The ghoul that attacked me....is at school....You started to over think and your smile disappeared from your face as you continued to worry about the possible out comes. What if they are following me.....what if they go to attack me again...What if- But soon enough, Kaneki woke up as he kissed your cheek with a soft "Morning" You turned in his arms as you smiled, wanting to forget your thoughts. "Good morning." Kaneki kissed your nose as he pulled you close brushing some of your (h/c) hair out the way of your face and behind your ear. "You ready for school?" As soon as he said that, your smile slowly faded as you moved your gaze down now not looking up at him. You moved closer to Kaneki as all your thoughts rushed back into your head. "You can't come though....can you." You said softly and sounded slightly disappointed. Kaneki caressed the back of your head and ran his hands through your hair gently. "Well, after what happened last time....i was just in the school grounds." Kaneki said softly as his heart slowly broke as he pulled your closer. "You should stay home then, it would be better for you." You said firmly but with a sweet tone as you looked up with a soft smile. "But-" You put your finger to his lips. "No buts. You are only allowed to come to school when you think you can handle your lust for humans." You smirked as you felt yourself take control of this situation. Kaneki pouted as you chuckled softly.

After a long debate of weather Kaneki should come to school or not, you finally left your home with Kaneki still inside, meaning that you won and Kaneki gave in. Yes it was pretty hard for you to try and persuade him, but with a little advantage of being the girl, you used your charms and it worked. You began to walk down the street and made your way to school. This was the first time that you noticed Luke didn't walk to your house and with you to school. You looked around making sure you didn't walk past him by accident. Then you realized that that was a stupid idea and went back to focusing on where you were going, but as you turned around you bumped into someone. "Wow, better watch were your going." The male voice chuckled a bit after saying the sentence as you looked up startled seeing Luke. "Luke! You scared me!" You chuckled as you smiled feeling the nervousness wash away as he moved out of the way and began to walk with you. "Sorry  i was late getting to your house." He paused looking in front of him before he looked back down to you. "I had an issue i had to deal with." He said smiling. You shrugged not really caring why he was late but something seemed slightly off with his reason. He chuckled as he ruffled your hair. Luke then remembered yesterday as he stopped and put his hands on your shoulders. "Omg!" He pulled you into a tight hug wanting to comfort you. "Are you ok? You seemed really depressed yesterday after you saw Kaneki!" You smiled hugging back as you closed your eyes. "Yes Luke, i'm fine." He pulled back concern written all over his face. "Are you sure? You didn't seem fine when we went back to school..." He said not wanting you to lie as he put an 'are you telling the truth' face on and looked into your eyes. "I promise Luke!" You chuckled as you pushed his arms off and began to walk. "Do i look fine?" You asked with a playful smirk on your face as you did a little jump and a skip. Luke shook his head and chuckled as he followed behind. "Your such a child..." He smirked as you both walked to school.

Kaneki's POV

Kaneki couldn't help but feel like this was all a mistake letting her go to school on her own, she could be in grave danger and he wouldn't be able to do anything staying at home. He began to worry for (y/n) as Kaneki soon realized that she wasn't alone, she had Luke, (f/n) and Hide, also along with all the students that were in that school. Kaneki came to a conclusion that the ghoul that attacked (y/n) wouldn't do it in front of all those people, he would be an idiot if he did. The bastard would have given himself away just like that and probably get himself killed. Plus (y/n) wouldn't go off with a stranger if one loured her.....would she? Kaneki shook his head as he placed his chin in the palm of his hand in thought. He thought about sneaking around the school grounds and watching (y/n) from afar making sure she was ok and wasn't in any harm. Kaneki layed on the couch looking up at the ceiling. He took in a big breath and let out a loud sigh. "When is this day going to be over...." He groaned closing his eyes wanting to get away from the stress and worry. He just hoped his love would be alright....
