When Ethan is in his living room playing a video game called GTA 5, he heard a thud in his room and he paused the game and went upstairs to investigate the room. He opened the door and looked around and he shrugged, he was about to go back to the gaming room and he finally heard a thud. 

Ethan: *confused* Huh? Who's there?

He looked around and heard the same thud inside his room, he looked around and kept on hearing the thud noises. 

Ethan: Who is in my house, you better get the fuck out of here. 

He heard his computer beep, he went towards his set up and looked up on Wattpad and he groaned and disgusted. 

Ethan: *disgusted* Ugh, not this. Izuku, King of Monsters and Heroes. Bullshit, Izuku Saiyan, Izuku this and that. He does have powers, why are they making him more powerful, Same thing with Jaune Arc. Why people, you're driving me crazy. Hell, let the Male Ocs have theirs, not your two nerds.

He got up from his desk, he threw a knife at the poster of both Izuku Midoriya and Jaune Arc. He walked towards his window and shouted out loud. 

Ethan: *yelled* FUCK YOU DEKU AND JAUNE ARC! YOU TWO DON'T DESERVE TO BE KAMEN RIDERS, SPIDER-MAN, KAIJU AND OTHERS BULLSHIT!

He shuts his window, and he sat back at his desk. 

Ethan: Even true or fake heroes are getting my nerves, they're in the same boat. Man, If only I was something more than ordinary hero *saw glowing light under his bed* Huh?

He saw a glowing light underneath his bed, he looked under it and saw a driver belt. 

He grabbed it and he amazed the driver, and he looked at the numbers. 

Ethan: What's with a numbers?

He looked back at his bed, but he saw a Primorial Booker.

(First one on the top).

Ethan: *eyes widened* Whoa, how did that get there? 

He looked around and he grabbed it and he opened it, then he saw all the cards of Showa, Heisei & Reiwa Riders and Daikaijus. 

Ethan: *amazed* Wow, cards. These remind me of Kamen Rider Dark Decade, but these cards are a lot. But, what's with a kaijus and Ultraman cards. I bet these out-rival Decade and Zi-O.......*curious* I wonder......

He looked around and he realized that his parents had been killed in the car accident, he looked around the neighborhood and he closed it back and he puts the Primordial driver on his waist and suddenly a powerful visible aura flows inside of him. Then he saw both Kamen Riders and Daikaiju Heroes.

Then it shows all the heroes together united, and they fight for humanity, peace, love and freedom. Three Kamen Riders in their pre-battle stances and three Daikaijus roared together, and they and then a holographic of all heroes transforms back into cards he looked at them and he amazed that he can transforms into any Toku-Heroes. 

Ethan: *shock* Wow, it means I can transform into all of them .............I'M TOTALLY IN!

Before he opened his Booker, he heard a portal noise. He looked outside of the window, he saw a portal and saw Reverse Flash being transported into his world.

R. Flash: *growled* That Monster killed me, I was about to kill that Virgo. I will have my revenge......*scenting aura* What the hell, this aura feels powerful. But where is it?

Then Ethan went back inside of his room, Reverse Flash turned at his house and he zoomed inside of the house. He punched the door down, and he looked around the house. 

R. Flash: Where is it?

====>Inside of Ethan's Room<=======

Ethan: *eyes widened* Shit, now what?

Suddenly, his Driver belt is glowing and it controls his arm and pulls out his transformation card. Finally, the door burst opened and Reverse Flash saw his driver. 

R. Flash: *glare* Okay kid, give me that belt so I can destroy this world. 

He was about to grab his belt, a powerful force paralyze him as he screamed in agony and pushed him back and he fell back downstairs. Ethan eyes widened that his driver belt is more powerful than the strongest villains, he smirking as he walked downstairs and saw Reverse Flash groaning. He stares at Ethan pulled his card out and he got back up. 

R. Flash: *anger* HOW THE HELL YOUR BELT DOESN'T COME OFF, WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU!

Ethan: *thoughts & smirking* Time for the new Decade's catchphrase. 

He smirks at him with his devious look. 

Ethan: *devious smirk*.........I'm just a passing through Kamen Rider......who travels through Space and Time............HENSHIN!!

He puts his card in his driver, and he twists the handle. Then a Driver belt activated. 

Announcer: KAMEN RIDE......PRIMORDIAL!

Then 10 illusions transformed into his Kamen Rider form. 

Ethan (Primordial): *amazed* Whoa! Cool. 

R. Flash: *eyes widened* No, not this monstrous Kamen Rider. Kamen Rider Primordial! The Destroyer of the Universes!

Ethan (Primordial): *smirking* Ooh, I like that name and the title *thoughts* Destroyer of the Universes, I wonder what that means? Eh, might as well defeat this guy. 

He walked towards him, Reverse Flash tried to run out of his house. Ethan stopped him by freezing his body and he punched him forward and grabbed his leg, then he punched his leg as Reverse Flash screamed in agony and threw him out of the window and crashed out of the window. Everybody saw Reverse Flash crashed out of the window, and they saw Ethan in his Kamen Rider form walking outside and everybody's eyes widened and cheered for him. But Ethan doesn't like it. 

Ethan (Primordial): *disgusted* Tch, think I'm a hero. Guess again. 

He grabbed his Booker and turned it into sword form and he stabbed through his heart, and everybody's eyes widened and a woman screamed. He sliced through his body in half, and he dusted his shoulders off. 

Ethan (Primordial): *smirking* Now that's a true hero would do, kill the ones who are greed and murderer. 

He saw the police arrive at his place, Ethan turns around at his house. 

Ethan (Primordial): *smirk* Time to teleport my furniture in my new dimension. 

He raises his hand up and teleports the furniture into a different place, he turns back at the police. 

Ethan (Primordial): *smiles* Any problem, officers?

Male Officer: *glare* Sir, what you did there is killing a villain. 

Ethan (Primordial): *smiles* Why, it has to be done. So, the world is safe anyway. 

Female Officer: *glare* You just killed the villain for no reason. 

Ethan (Primordial): *cocky* So what, I'm not the heroic Kamen Rider. I am............KAMEN RIDER....PRIMORDIAL!

Then a Japanese sign shown on the screen. 

仮面ライダープリモーディアル Kamen Raidā Purimōdiaru!

Ethan (Primordial): *smiles* And now, let's see the world that you're afraid of me. 

He pulls out 9 cards of Dark Riders, and he pulls out his Primordial. Before 5 officers were about to shoot him, they got blasted away and everybody saw another Kamen Rider and it was Kamen Rider Diend.

Diend: You might as well run away from him, he is the King of Riders and Warriors. 

He turns to Ethan in his Kamen Rider form. 

Diend: Kamen Rider Primordial, right. 

Ethan (Primordial): *nodded* Yeah, so what?

Diend: I am Daiki Kaito, I'm also known as Kamen Rider Diend. I'm here to give you this. 

He handed him another version of his own driver.

Ethan (Primordial): *shock* Whoa, it looks like your driver. 

Daiki (Diend): *nodded* Yes, but this one can summon Kamen Riders like mine. You can also both transform into your own Primordial Driver belt or Primordial Firearm Driver. But, I must go for now. Also.....

Ethan (Primordial): *confused* Also, what?

Daiki (Diend): Restore the Universe for humanity or destroy, even kill all Deku-Verse for us Kamen Riders.

He summoned the dimensional wall and he went through it, and he disappeared. He turns back at them and he smirks at them and he brings out Dark Riders cards. 

Ethan (Primordial): *smirk* Let's see you people fear me, as The King of Riders and Warriors. 

He mixed all Dark Rider cards together into one, he put it inside his Primordial Firearm Driver and he closed and it activated. 

Announcer: ATTACK RIDE. 

He pointed up in the air, he pulls the trigger and summoned all Dark Riders.

Announcer: GEKIJOUBAN!

He summoned all Dark Riders: Ryuga, Dark Kabuto, Nega Den-O, Dark Decade, Dark Zi-O, Bujin Gaim, Gold Drive, Dark Ghost and Gemn. Everybody eyes widened at the dark Riders being summoned. 

All Dark Riders are glaring at them and growling at them, Ethan (Kamen Rider Primordial) chuckles at them.

Ethan (Primordial): *chuckles* I can also summon Riders, Ultra Warriors and Kaijus, no strongest heroes or villains can't stop me. Ikuze!

They charged at the officers and they began to kill them or annihilate them, he turned around and saw the S.W.A.T. team headed his way and he smirked at them and he grabbed a kaiju card and puts it inside his Primordial Firearm Driver. 

Announcer: KAIJU RIDE. GOJIRA (GODZILLA)!

He summoned Godzilla behind them, as he turned around and Godzilla roared at them.

Godzilla (Monsterverse) uses his Atomic Breath at them, while the Dark Riders are destroying the neighborhood and the city. He already teleports his furniture to another dimension, then the Dark Riders have finished their mission and transformed back inside the card and he grabbed them. He pulled out a finisher card and put it inside his belt driver. 

Announcer: FINAL KAIJU ATTACK RIDE. G-G-GOJIRA! 

Then Godzilla (Monsterverse) is energizing his dorsal fins, and Ethan summoned the dimensional wall and he walked through the dimensional wall. 

Ethan (Primordial): Hmph, adios.....so-called home. 

He disappeared, and Godzilla (Monsterverse) uses his Nuclear Pulse around the city to destroy everything. The city was destroyed and Godzilla roared again, he transformed back into a card and teleported where Ethan goes. 

======>A.R. Union-Verse<======

In the world of Union-Verse, the world is filled with heroes, villains, crimes and others. Suddenly, a powerful force began chopping trees down and it built a cabin outside of Union City and it built fast and it was completely finished. 

Suddenly, a dimensional portal was summoned and it was Ethan in his Kamen Rider form. He transforms back to his normal state, he smiles at his new home. 

Ethan: *smiles* Hmm, who knew my Dimensional powers can transport my furniture to another place that I can travel.

Finally, a Godzilla card was summoned in front of him and he grabbed it and put it back in his Book. 

Ethan: *sighed* Well, time to get some sleep. I wonder what this place is?

He went inside of his house, but suddenly an unexpected guest from Union Academy. 

???: Hmm, that kid is strong. Where did he come from? I better report this to Rias.

As she went back to Union Academy, Union Academy will find out Ethan has the ultimate powers of all Riders and Kaijus.

=====>Meanwhile at Unity Academy<======

Unity Academy is filled with Crossover Heroes like Dexter, Jimmy Neutron, Mystery Inc., Amazing Spiez, Timmy Turner, Miraculous Ladybug, Ninja Turtles, Kim Possible, Jake Long, Justice League, The Avengers and other heroes. It was founded by Will Ekta, and they're a rival to Union Academy who have been fighting for decades. Meanwhile, Will is in his office doing his work and he hears something inside his office. 

Will: *curious* Hmm, hello. Is anyone there?

He heard it again, he looked around his office and he stood up from his desk. 

Will: *serious* Ben Tennyson, Alvin and Beast Boy, this better not a funny prank again. You know what will happen if I-

Then in front of him, a dimensional wall appears in front of him. He got into his battle stances, and finally it was Narutaki who came through the dimensional wall.

Narutaki: Mr. Will Ekta. 

Will: *eyes widened* Who are you and how did you know my name?!

Narutaki: No time for that now, there is a powerful Kamen Rider who conquers all the Universes. Don't even fight him, before he will wipe out both Union and Unity for mercy. 

Will: *confused* Who? Who's gonna destroy us?

Narutaki: Kamen Rider Primordial. 

He summoned the dimensional wall again, he walked through it and disappeared. Will Ekta confused the new Kamen Rider. 

Will: New Kamen Rider? Conqueror of all Universe? Who ever this person is........he's gonna be a threat to all True & Fake Heroes. I better not interfere his mission, I hope Union Academy doesn't find out or things might get..............chaos.

As the screen fades black, his logo comes up in the background.
