Arshita's Pov

I was coming out of my room after finally checking that I didn't forgot anything as it was unfortunately the end of our trip today. and I was also definitely late as usual because I'd woken up late while everybody else was already present near the bus ready to leave.

But anyways, this trip has brought a huge change in my life. so many things had happened in span of just a week. Specially the most unexpected thing was that the two groups who were like the two opposites poles were finally becoming closer, our fights had reduced to almost none. Meanwhile I got to experience so many feelings which I'd never even thought of. Love being the most unexpected one, because I'd never been in a relationship ever before. Everything was really new for me but being with Shubman it all seemed to be too easy, he had become someone around whom I felt comfortable, important and loved. I know I realized it a bit late but he was really the most sweetest and genuine guy I had ever met. 

Shubman was actually the one who made me realize what love feels like, it is actually the most beautiful feeling in the world which no one can ever take away from you, except the person you really love. It's like a connection that brings two people together without them having any knowledge about it, and then eventually we all come to know that this is our fate. The person whom we never thought we'd even talk to, suddenly becomes the person you only want to talk to!

"Someone would think you're crazy if they saw you smiling like this to yourself!" I heard a voice from behind as soon as I closed the door of my room and I turned around as I said, "Well then I would say that I'm crazy for you!"

"Okayy! Being cheesy first thing in the morning?" Shubman asked smilingly and I just shrugged my shoulders while he chuckled coming closer as he kissed my cheek saying, "Good morning! I knew you would be late, so I just came to check up on you"

"Good morning to you too! You know me well, tell me truth have you been stalking me much before falling in love with me?" I asked raising an eyebrow and he just gave me a look while I chuckled saying, "Okay fine! I guess we should go to the bus"

"Wait!" Shubman said as he held my arm stopping me and I looked at him as he pulled me closer by holding my waist, "You forgot something!" He said while coming closer to my face as he tucked some strands behind the back of my ear and I smiled slightly, our faces were just an inch apart when my eyes went to the front and I saw Manish walking towards my room, and the next moment I pushed Shubman away before he could see us!

"What the...." Shubman was saying but stopped as soon as he saw Manish and now he was looking at us too! He walked upto us with a straight look on his face while I stared at him and Shubman was looking here and there.

"What are you guys doing here together?" He asked us raising an eyebrow and while I tried to form words Shubman spoke up "Ahh... Khurana sir sent me to look for everyone who wasn't present in the bus, so I was just looking for you guys"

"Yeah....yes he...came to call us" I said nodding my head while Manish just stared at Shubman saying, "You told us right? Now why don't you leave us alone? I want to talk to her"

"Ofcourse... Yeah! Come soon guys, Khurana sir was really angry earlier" Shubman said and Manish just sighed saying, "You don't need to worry about us, we'll be there"

I just sighed at his behavior as I knew that he still didn't like Shubman that much even if he was getting better with everyone else, I don't know what he had against him.

I just gave Shubman a pleading look and he just nodded his head slightly as he finally went away and Manish held my wrist as we started walking, "What do you want to about Manu?"

"What were you guys talking about, standing so close? Was he really just there to call us" Manish asked me as we came and stopped in a corner and I looked at him and spoke up after a moment, "Ofcourse. What else would we talk about? What's up with all these questions?"

"Nothing! I don't know why but I just can't help but feel intimidated by this guy! I can't seem to forget how he made you cry that day about Shriya blaming you for everything" Manish said and I sighed, as I kept my hand on his shoulder saying, "It's past Manu! He even apologized to me for that, I've already forgiven him for that, why can't you?"

"Because I eventually hate every person who ever made you cry" Manish said and I looked at him with a blank face, he's been acting really different yesterday. Even after that fight with Kiaan and those guys, he was talking about something he had to do but couldn't.

"I know you care for me, but please let it go! Maybe he's not as bad as we thought" I said and Manish looked at me and and then just sighed, "I'll try!"

"Btw how's your face? I don't even know why you fought so much yesterday" I said and he looked at me just shaking his head as he said, "I'm fine! And I'd fight again if they say something about my friend"

"Why do you even pay heed to those assholes? Just ignore them Manish! Inn log ko answer dena gaaye ke samne been bajane jaisa hai" I said and he looked at me for a moment and then started laughing as he said slightly hitting my head, "It's not gaaye idiot! It's Bhais ke aage been bajana"

"You got the point and that's enough, btw did you took hindi language classes without telling me?" I asked him and he gave me a look while we both ended up laughing again.

"Guy's alert call again" We heard Shubman and looked at him as he pointed towards the bus where everyone else was ready and Mr.Khurana was giving us glares.

"Thanks for telling Shub! Let's hurry up" I said and Shubman smiled as he went into the bus when Manish held my hand and pulled me back as he looked at me with an expressionless face and asked, "Arshu! You're not hiding anything from me, right?"

I looked at him while the guilt was hitting me really hard for keeping all this me and Shubman thing a secret from him, someone whom I'd never kept a secret from or never lied to! I felt really bad for doing this to him but I didn't had a choice over this one, I knew just how much he hated Shubman and what would his reaction would be if he knows about all this.

"Say something" Manish asked shaking my arm and I came out of my trance as I slowly shook my head in denial and he gave me his usual grin saying, "I knew you would never, secrets doesn't have a place to stay between us"

I just looked at him silently as it was eating me up inside for breaking his trust like this, but I had to atleast until they were on talking terms so I said almost in a murmur, "Yeah..right!"

We both finally climbed up in the bus while only two seats were left, one was beside Shubman, and the other one beside our very own loudspeaker.

I and Manish looked at each other and before I could walk upto where Shubman was Manish immediately sat beside him and I gave him glare while he just shrugged his shoulders murmuring to me, "I don't my eardrums to get ruined so soon"

"You're dead once we reach back, how could you?" I said when Mr.Khurana spoke up almost startling me, "Ms.Kapoor you can kill him afterwards, take your seat right now! The bus is going to start"

"Sir I actually have a headache, can I please use the last seat, please can you call someone to the front sir" I said trying to act while holding my head when sir said, "Then I think this the best place for you! Students usually shout in the back seats so just sit down"

"Now I'll surely get a headache, which I didn't had till now" I murmured to myself as I finally took the seat beside Mr.Khurana and the bus finally left for the airport which was almost three hours away from here. May god help me!

"Arshu you want something to cure your headache" Hardik asked me slightly taking out the bottle of vodka from his bag and I shooted daggers at him as he was just trying to irritate me while I couldn't do anything from where I was sitting.

I almost threw my bag at him while he was busy laughing, I just sighed and slumped more into my seat as I was so bored right now, while Mr.Khurana was trying to lecture me about the rules and regulations which we all never followed.

I just sighed while rolling my eyes a it had already been almost two hours while I hadn't clearly paid attention to whatever the loudspeaker had vern trying to explain me, when suddenly my eyes stopped on Shubman's seat where I saw Manish sleeping soundly that too on Shubman's shoulder who was struggling to sit straight as they were just on my right side!

Shubman also looked at me and I couldn't help but smile mischievously as I murmured, "You guys look cute"

"Well....thanks! I guess you're enjoying more than me" He murmured back I just gave him a 'not funny' look while he smiled.

We both were staring at each other smilingly when Mr.Khurana startled me again as I was almost leaning down from my seat, "Arshita! Sit straight, could you? Or you want to sprain your neck?"

I just sighed in annoyance while Shubman chuckled and I finally sat back straight in my seat.

Shubman's pov

We finally landed in Delhi and after a long bus journey we all were dropped off at our houses. I and Shriya walked inside our house and were welcomed by Lisa jumping straight on us while mom and dad also came out. They hugged us both and then we all had lunch while we both were telling them about our experiences of the trip when suddenly my phone rang and it was Arshita. I guess she also reached her house as I had asked her to call me once she's home.

Shriya saw my phone and gave me a smirky smile while murmuring, "You can go! I'll handle them" 

I just gave her a grateful smile as I got up to go to my room telling my parents that I was tired and needed some rest. I immediately came and plopped on my bed as I picked up her call and she spoke up on the lieu, "Why are you picking up now?"

"Because you called just now" I said confused and she sighed while saying, "No! I mean after almost ten rings"

"What? Were you really that desperate to talk to me babe?" I said mischievously and she scoffed slightly saying, "No because you asked me to call you! And what's with this babe?"

"Aren't you my babe?" I asked trying not to laugh and I knew that she had her cringy face on right now as she said, "Don't you dare babe me! I hate these cringy names so much! I love it when you call me Arshu!" 

"Okay I understand babe!" I said and she just sighed while I chuckled a bit as we both kept talking and I don't know when I dozed off.

After finally a break of two days we all were back in college, we all had just entered in when our sports teacher entered the class and spoke up, "Okay student I have an announcement for you all!"

"As you all know that every year we have a football championship matches in our college so want all the boys of the team to come and meet before recess! You all need to be ready for the best! Be late and you're out of practice! Got it"

"Yes sir!" We all said as he went out and I was now really excited as I'd always presented the football team earlier my college and I'm a part of team here too, I was so glad to be a part of this!

"Finally the first good thing happened to us in this college!" Abhishek said who was sitting beside me and I nodded my head smiling as I said, "Well not first good thing, I've got some better things recently too because of this college" I said looking in Arshita's direction while she busy lecturing Manish over something.

"Abhay tujhe nhi lagta aaj kal ye bhut jyada muskurane laga hai" Manjot said from behind and I gave them a look when Shriya patted my back from behind saying, "Tujhe kya problem, mera bhai muskura bhi nbi sakta kya?"

"Btw I've also notice since the trip, Shubi kuch toh gadbad, kya chupa rha hai tu humse?" Mayank also asked me and I just sighed while saying, "Shut up guys, it's nothing like that!"

"Sorry not sorry for disturbing your so important discussion guys but I need the names of the team members for the football" Manish said coming upto us and we all looked at him and I nodded as we all gave our names and he was going to leave when he turned back and spoke up again, "I hope you guys play well, because this is another level and not your old school"

"You don't need to scare them off Manu! It's just football" Arshita said coming from behind and I smiled as she was trying to stop us from creating any scene!

"Exactly, I know don't know Manu tu itna serious kyu ho jata hai matches ke time pe, aisa lagta hum phirse 12th ke boards dene Jaa rhe hai" Hardik said coming from behind and we all laughed, "You won't be disappointed" I said looking at him while Manish just nodded his head and went away.

Everyone got back to their discussions while Arshita was still looking at me and then suddenly winked at me while I fake coughed, and she chuckled slightly while shrugging her shoulders as she went back to her seat.

After sometimes all of us boys were present in the changing room as we had to go for practice when suddenly I saw the girls coming in and my eyes widened because they weren't allowed in the boys changing room.

"What the heck?" I asked while looking at them and they all laughed when Tanya said, "Relax! We've been here before many times"

"Yup exactly! We just wanted to see how's the practice going and bought Shriya and Nikita too as they'd never been here before" Arshita said and I just shooked my head, "Don't you guys get caught?" Manjot asked them amused while Arshita shooked her head saying, "We do sometimes! But who cares"

"Hey there guys! Two new on the sneaking in team?" Ishan said coming upto us as he was continously looking at Shriya and I cleared my throat while nudging his shoulder as I murmured, "Don't be so obvious!"

"What about you? You think I don't know why you're here" Ishan said pointing towards Shubman and I just punched his arm telling him to seal his mouth, "Well, we wanted to wish you guys luck for your first practice" Shriya said Ishan smiled widely when Manish came from behind and pushed him to the side saying, "Hey there girls! Tanu go and handle your boyfriend, he's already got into super athletic mode jumping here and there in this room"

"OH god this guy!" she said and we all laughed as she went to stop Rishabh while Nikita went to meet Mayank too when Manish turned to Arshita and kept am arm around her shoulders, I knew they were best friends and I didn't had anything against their friendship but the way Manish acts around her doesn't seem so normal to me! The way he's always trying to be with her sometimes infuriates me.

"Missed me?" Manish asked her and Arshita gave him a look while she said, "Not at all!"

"Neither did I! Who do you think you are?" Manish said and they both just laughed when I said, "I think you guys should leave before sir comes back"

"Well you're right! But what could they do more than punish us with a little extra homework if they find us here?" Arshita said and I chuckled when the next moment sir entered in and spoke up from behind startling all of us, "Well I have a better one for you girls! The four of you are going to be watergirls until their practice ends"

"Sir? No sir I didn't mean it like that, I was just saying that sir is kind enough to not give us any punishment" Arshita said mad I tried not to smile while sir just gave her a look, "Get out four of you before I expand the punishment to everyday practice"

"We're out sir!" Shriya said as the four of them immediately went outside and I chuckled as we also went to the ground for the practice while the girls were sitting in the stands on the sides holding out water bottles as they kept coming one by one to hand us bottles in between.

It was the last round of practice when suddenly Hardik kicked the ball with way too much force and it went towards the stands and straight to Arshita's head! We all looked at her in shock while I and Manish were the already running towards her.

"Oh God! I feel like I'm dying!" She murmured while the girls looked at her worriedly and before I could reach for her Manish stopped me giving out a look as he held her and she almost fainted!

I was looking at her worriedly but just couldn't do anything unless I wanted everyone to know about us! Manish's just picked her up as he took her straight to the nursing room and got her checked!

I kept looking from outside the room again and again as Manish was still with her, and I couldn't go in! Fortunately Arshita woke up soon and looked fine as it was finally the tike to go home.

Manish bought her our while I was still standing there, they both looked at me and I was looking at Arshita as I asked, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah! I'm fine!" She said slightly nodding her head and I also did the same while Manish just silently took her and they both left in his car, I was still worried about her so much as I couldn't even properly ask her if she was fine or if she for any concussion or was it still paining! The thoughts juts wouldn't stop even after I had reached home long ago.

I was turning and tossing over my bed still feeling uncomfortable as I still hadn't talked to Arshita and was afraid that what if I disturb her by calling while she's resting.

I sighed in frustration as I sat up on my bed and then looked at the clock as it was ten at night!

I immediately got up as I left my house and drove off straight to her house without thinking any other thing, I reached her house and looked around and luckily found my way, I quickly climbed up the pole after many attempts of trying to not break my bones, I knocked on her window slowly.

And after three knocks the window was finally opened and she had the most shocked look on her face as soon as she saw me, "Surprise! But first let me in, or I'm gonna die" I said holding on tightly on the pole and she immediately nodded her head while pulling me inside, I finally sighed in relief and when I looked at Arshita she gave me one of her prettiest smiles, and the next moment I hugged her tightly.

"I was worried!" I said and she hugged me back tightly as she spoke up, "I'm okay but I can't deny that it still feels like I've grown another head on top of mine! It's a bit swelled up I guess!"

"Seriously? Let me look" I said quickly trying to check her head and she chuckled while holding my hands as she said, "I'm fine! But most of all I'm surprised, I didn't knew my studious boyfriend could be so daring! You literally sneaked into your college's head trustee's house! Okay I'm impressed because if my dad saw you, you could be expelled by tomorrow"

"Well love can make you do things you never thought of!" I said smiling and she chuckled as she bought me and we both sat on her bed while I looked around her room and it was just like her, messy and beautiful at the same time!

"Btw Shub I noticed something today. You wanna know" Arshita said making me look back at her and I raised an eyebrow as she continued, "You being jealous!"

"Excuse me? When did I ever got jealous?" I said trying not to look at her and she smirked, "It was so obvious just by looking at your face BABE!" she said pressuring on the word babe and I couldn't help but smile as I held her hands saying, "Okay fine! I was jealous, can't I be? I have all the rights! I just can't seem to stay away from, and I know I shouldn't feel like this because Manish is your best friend! I promise you I'll work on that"

"Why are you so sweet?" Arshita asked me and I smiled while tucking a strand of hair behind her ear as I said, "Maybe because you like sweets!"

"Well that's right!" she said and we both laughed while I caressed her head and she winced while removing my hand from her head, "I'm sorry! I almost forgot!"

"Oww it's like I've grown a three months bump on my head!" She said and I started laughing while she did the same when she realized what she said.

"I know that was lame! So stop laughing!" She said while she still wasn't able to stop laughing and I pulled her cheeks saying, "It's okay, you're so cute BABE!" I said and she hitted my arm while I kissed her forehead while chuckling and then looked at her face while caressing her cheeks!

"I love you! Take care of your bump!" I said and she gave me a look but ended up smiling, "Yeah sure! I love you too!" she said smilingly and then pecked my lips while I smiled as I pulled her again kissing her.

I never knew I could be this happier until I met her, our journey of becoming just lovers from being just enemies was such a tragic one that we didn't even realized that we were falling, it just happened, I was left and she was right, but we both ended up in the middle because people say opposite attracts and I guess they say right!
