Sorry that took so long. But I decoded the Caesar cipher on this page:

Please excuse the angle and lighting, I can't take any better pictures for some reason. Anyhow, the code is the very bottom paragraph on the left page. It reads "My Muse has warned me that my assistant may not be committed to the cause. He thinks that F is not bold enough to follow through. I worry he might be right."
