Stand abilities:it can heal anybody that's been injured,but not if the person is close to death,and is able to stop time for two seconds just to get away if in danger.
Stand weapons:(if it has any weapons)

You may tag your character if you want to,oh,and please fill it in one form,now for the rules,

Rule #1: no killing unless given permission or unless we get to the point of where a certain character is close

Rule #2:no overpowered ocs,like the world.

Rule #3:no controlling my ocs.

Rule #4:no smut,I don't want this book deleted.
