Next day evening there was a lot of buzz and chaos in Malhotra's garden. The arrangements of the engagement were done beautifully just like a dream engagement. Everyone was happily running here and there to get ready and the most restless soul of the day was Manik because he was not allowed to meet Nandini. In the morning after waking her up and fulfilling his promise he left the room and that time he had seen Nandini now it's been almost 10 hours since he saw her,since he talked to her and kissed her of course. He was pacing here and there restlessly when suddenly he saw Navya she was going towards the outhouse and was cursing something moreover she had some shopping bags in her hands. Manik's evil mind thought of something and he run behind Navya.
"Aray Navya ji..!"Manik called her and she gave him a helpless look.
"Kya hai?"She asked with a frowny face.
"Wo ji main dekh raha hoon ap subha say bohat kaam kar rahi hain..! Tou koi help kar doon main ap ki?"Manik said innocently.
"Wow..! Ya hum kya sun rahy hain Manik Malhotra will help me? Am I dreaming?"Navya taunted and Manik faked a smile. "Anyways I am going to give this bags to Preeti Bhabhi aunty nay diya hain..!"She explained.
"Acha..! Tou laoa main day ata hoon..!"Manik said hurriedly and snatched the bags from Navya's hands.
"But you are not allowed in outhouse..!"Navya said confusingly.
"Haan..! Tou main kon sa andar jaoan ga..! Bahar say he pakra kar wapas aa jaoan ga..!"Manik said innocently and Navya after giving him a glare left. "God..! Such a Drama queen..! Pta nahi Cabir kesy handle krta hai isy..!"Manik thought shrugging his shoulders and run towards outhouse. He quietly sneaked in the outhouse luckily no one saw him. He placed the bags on the table and rushed towards Nandini's room. He opened the door and it seems luck was on his side the door was not locked either. He came inside and locked the door. Nandini was not in the room he became sad and was about to left the room when suddenly he heard the click of the door. He turned in the direction of the sound and the sight in front of him was enough to took his breath away. Nandini had just came out of the bathroom after taking bath and she was just in her towels.

Nandini didn't saw Manik and walked towards her cupboard to get her clothes. She was about to pick up her clothes when somebody grabbed her hands,pinned her with the cupboard and slammed his lips with hers. She gasped for a moment but feeling the familiar touch,her Manik's touch she closed her eyes. Manik kissed her wildly like never before and after feeling her breathless her broke the kiss.
"You want to kill me?"He asked panting heavily and Nandini smiled.
"I didn't knew that you are here..!"She said lovingly ruffling his hair to calm him down. She kept ruffling his hair until he gain his breath.
"You are beautiful..!"Manik whispered huskily and sucked few water droplets from her neck.
"I am beautiful because you always make feel it..!"She said cupping his face and he smiled. Then he started kissing her neck and bare shoulders he deliberately didn't gave her any love bite because she had already a very dark one on her shoulder which she had hide by wearing sleeves tops but now if he will give her then it won't fade away before party and he didn't wanted his princess to get embarrassed in front of anyone nor he wanted to show off his relation..! After taking his sweet times his hands went to open the knot of the towel and Nandini held his hand.
"Ooo Mr.Romeo..! Why are you making this difficult for both of us..! Manik go..! Koi dekh lay ga..!"She said softly and he made a sad pout.
"I want to be with you all the time..!"He said in a babyish tone.
"Even I want to..! Aik bari shadi ho jye tou I promise I will be with you all the time..!"Nandini said poking his nose and he smiled. They were whispering sweet nothings in each other's ear when their happy moment was ruined due to constant knock on the door. Nandini's face went pale and Manik shrugged his shoulders carelessly.
"Aiyappa..! Manik..! bhabhi..! Chalo..!"Nandini panicked and started dragging him with her.
"What I am not sacred..!"Manik said frowning his face.
"Manik I am..!"She whispered angrily and locked Manik in the bathroom. Then she quickly wore her clothes and open the door.
"Nandu..! What took you so long..!"Bhabhi complaint and placed her engagement dress on the bed.
"Wo I was in the bathroom..!"Nandini lied and faked a smile.
"Acha..! Chalo it's getting very late..! Jaldi say wear your dress first then I will do your makeover..!"Bhabhi said smilingly and sat on the bed. Nandini made a bad face as she wanted to sneak Manik out of the room but Bhabhi had some different plans suddenly some idea hit her mind.
"Wo bhabhi..! Mjy na bohat bhook lagi hai..! Ap please mery liye kuch khana ko lay aoa please please..!"Nandini pleaded.
"Ok ok..! I will get something for you till then you change your dress..!"Bhabhi said affectionately and went out. Nandini sighed in relief and opened the bathroom door. Manik was standing inside with a real bad face.
"Manik..! You have to go..! Please jaoa..!"Nandini pleaded and pushed Manik out. Manik naughtily gave her a quick peck and run out because he too was getting late..!

Manik was standing in specially decorated area for Groom and Bride..! Where he and Nandini were going to exchange engagement rings it was a kind of stage. Whole of the Malhotra garden was beautifully decorated with lights..! Chair tables..!
Everything was white because theme of the party was of white color all of his friends were in white mixed dresses. Manik himself was in total white blazer with blue jeans and shirt. He was chatting with his friends when suddenly all the girls came running to him Mukti,Alya and Navya..!
"Manik..! Get ready..!"Alya shouted happily.
"For what?"Manik asked in a confused tone.
"For being dead..!"Mukti shouted.
"What?"Manik was still confused.
"Uffooo..! Manik hum abhi abhi Nandini ko dekh kar aa rahy hain..! Mata Rani ki kasam qayamat lag rahi hai..!"Navya exclaimed and Manik's eyes twinkled.
"Correct..! She is looking like an angel..!"Alya said dreamily. Manik was about to say something when Mukti again shouted.
"Bride is here..!" She shouted and all run towards to help her out in the dress..! As the dress was very heavy and she was stumbling..! Dress was simple yet very elegant..!
Manik's eyes fell on his lady love and for an instance he forgot..! He forgot to breath..! He forgot to blink his eyes..! How? How can be someone so beautiful..! So pretty..! So much innocent..! Her lowered eyelashes due to shyness were cherry on the cake she was walking towards HIM..!
"Ho gya clean bowled..!"Cabir taunted to Manik while Dhruv and Abhimanyu giggled but Manik was least affected with the taunt or we can say he didn't heard it as he was engrossed..! Here Nandini although didn't look at Manik but she was clearly feeling HIS intense gaze on her..! She reached the place and Manik stepped down he extended his hand for help as soon as he did that his friends started cheering for them. Nandini shyly held his hand and he carefully helped her to step on the stage.
"You are looking beautiful..!"He whispered in her ear and she shyly turned her face away as blush crept her cheeks.
"Ok..! Time for rings..!"Nayonika announced. With that she and Preeti brought the engagement rings.
Preeti had Manik's ring and Nayonika had Nandini's ring. Firstly Preeti gave Nandini Manik's ring and Nandini without looking at Manik slid the ring in his finger. All clapped for them. Now it was Manik's turn he adjusted the ring in Nandini's finger holding her hand tightly when she was about to pull back her hand when Manik kissed her knuckle, again everyone clapped and Nandini worriedly look at Dadi who was giving MaNan a displeased look. Nandini tried to free her hand from his grip but he didn't left her hand. Holding each other hand MaNan took blessings from Preeti,Rishab,Nayonika and lastly they reached Dadi. They both bent down to touch Dadi's feet. Dadi placed her hand on Manik's head only moreover she didn't let Nandini to touch her foot either. Nandini became sad and Manik very well noticed Dadi's gestures but he didn't said anything because of guests. After that MaNan's friends hopped in their arms to congratulate them. They clicked pictures,selfies but throughout all the session Manik didn't left Nandini's hand. Nandini was so much overwhelmed by his support and care that she forgot about Dadi and started enjoying with everyone.
Suddenly Manik got a call and he excused himself. Now Nandini was standing alone, she was totally uncomfortable with her necklace it was itching her a lot. Suddenly Dadi came to her.
"Larki..! Myny tmhy bola tha na raat main tum aur Manik sath nahi reh skty..!"Dadi said giving her a deadly glare.
"Dadi..! Hum raat main sath nahi hoty..!"Nandini stammered.
"Jhooot..! Bohat achy say janti hoon..! Kal raat Manik tmhry sath tha..! Main tmhy akhri baar smjha rahi hoon..! Agar aagy say aisa hua tou main bardasht nahi karoon ge..! Mat bholo tm abhi Manik ki biwi bani nahi ho..! Agar aisa hua tou main kbhi tmhy us ki biwi ban'ny nahi doon ge..! "Dadi said coldly and went away leaving Nandini in tears. As soon as Dadi left Manik came he saw tears in Nandini's eyes and became worried.
"Hy..! Baby what happened..!"Manik asked worriedly cupping her face and she shook her head. Manik quickly dragged her to a quiet corner. "Now tell me kya hua?"Manik asked lovingly caressing her cheeks. "Dadi nay kuch kaha?"Manik guessed and Nandini bobbed her head in a yes. "Ohooo..! Tum Dadi ki batoon ko dil mat lo..! Main hoon na..! I will talk to her..!"Manik said politely and Nandini hugged Manik. "Waisy you are looking breathtakingly beautiful..!"Manik complimented her again.
"And you are looking so handsome..!"Nandini said pulling his cheeks and he grabbed her from her waist. He was about to kiss her when suddenly they heard cough. They look at the source of noise and saw their friends giggling.
"Kabhi tou us bechari ki jaan choor day..!"Cabir said sarcastically and Nandini was so embarrassed that she hide behind Manik. "Aray Nandini tum kion sharma rahi ho? Sharam tou is Manik ko any chye..! Kahen bhi shuru ho jata hai..!"Cabir said laughingly and all joined him. Manik gave him a deadly glare and pull Nandini in his arms. She being a pure soul hide her face in his chest.
"Awww..! Nandini you are blushing..!"Alya was going all awe on Nandini and all joined her.
"Stop teasing her guys..!"Manik ended the teasing session.
"Guys..! Nayonika aunty nay hmy bola hai kay come and have your dinner..!"Abhimanyu said and all noddingly followed him. Soon they all started having their dinner and Manik was taking care Nandini should eat properly. After dinner now it was time for the engagement cake. The cake was beautiful moreover cute too.
All gathered around MaNan as they cut the cake and everyone cheered for them.
"Oye Manik..! Nandini ko bhi cake khila..!"Cabir said happily. Nandini shook her head and glared Manik as Dadi was not liking it at all. But Manik was Manik he forcefully stuffed Nandini's mouth with cake. All laughed and Nandini made a bad face. Manik too was laughing suddenly he got a glimpse of Nandini's neck it was all red. Manik's eyes widen with worry and he leaned closer.
"Manik what are you doing..! Sab dekh rahy hain..!"Nandini said angrily.
"Chup..!"Manik shouted angrily and Nandini became afraid. Manik traced the red marks and Nandini hissed. "Myny kiya?" Manik whispered in her ear as he thought that this redness is because of his love bites she immediately shook her head in a no. Meanwhile Nayonika and Preeti too came.
"What happened?"Preeti and Nayonika asked worriedly.
"How did that happened?"Manik shouted worriedly.
"Manik..! Relax I am ok..!"Nandini tried to calm him down.
"No you are not ok..!"Manik shouted and within a second he picked her up in his arms. "Party is over guys..!"Manik said in a serious tone and walked towards outhouse leaving everyone shocked.
"Manik..! This is no right..! Tmhy aisy nahi karna chahye tha..! Dadi ji ko kitna bura lagy ga?"Nandini said worriedly as Manik made her sit on the bed.
"Nandini..! Aik aur lafz agr bola na tum nay tou you will regret..!" Manik shouted angrily searching for an ointment in the drawers. And Nandini kept mum. Manik after getting the ointment sat beside her. He carefully unpinned her dupatta and took off her necklace.
"Thora jalay ga..!"Manik said sadly as he applied the ointment on her rashes and Nandini smiled.
"Manik it's ok I am fine..!"Nandini said smilingly.
"No..! Dekho kitna red ho gya hai..!"Manik was on verge of crying.
"Manik..! Main jab ya artificial jewelry pehanti hoon na tou ho jata hai..!"Nandini said causally.
"What? Tmhy pata tha tou kion pehni..!"Manik said angrily.
"Uffooo Manik..! Kuch nahi abhi dekhna it will be fine..!"Nandini said lovingly and cupped his face.
"Tum theek ho na?"Manik asked sadly.
"Bilkul..!"Nandini said and placed her lips on Manik as their only healing balm. They kissed each other softly but they were forced to broke apart with the knock on the door.
"Come in..!"Manik said in a loud voice and Nandini started taking off her jewelry. Their friends peeped and Manik gestured them to come in.
"How are you Nandini?"Cabir asked worriedly and kneeled in front of her.
"I am fine Cabir..! Manik na bus aisy he..!"Nandini said holding Cabir's hand.
"Cabir..! Tou main cancel kar doon party..!"Abhimanyu asked as he was talking on the phone. Actually boys had arranged a party for Manik but now they knew now Manik will not leave Nandini alone and he was talking to manager of the pub.
"Haan kar day..!"Cabir too said.
"Wait kon si party?"Nandini asked stopping Abhimanyu.
"Wo..! Engagement ki khushi main Manik kay liye hum boys nay aik party arrange ki the but ab hum nahi jayen gay..!"Dhruv said and Nandini frowned.
"Kis khushi main nahi jaoa gay?"She asked angrily.
"Nandini I am not leaving you alone..!"Manik said determinedly.
"Manik..! I am not alone..! Mukti,Alya,Navya sab hain..! You guys go and have fun..!"Nandini assured Manik and with lots of convenience Manik went left with a heavy heart.
He came out and saw family sitting in the lounge.
"Mom..! Nandini is allergic with artificial jewelry..! Shadi kay kise bhi function main us ky liye artificial jewelry nahi aye ge..! Only GOLD..!"He said coldly and left with his friends.
