Two days later.

"How are you two liking Disney World?" Arvilla asked her twins with a smile.

Heidi looked up to her mother with a miserable look on her face.  Her skin was pink and slightly sweaty, but she still looked as cute as ever with her tiny blonde pigtails and Mickey Mouse ears.

"Well missy, you should be smiling!  We're gonna go see the Princesses next!  Joe you'll like them too." Arvilla smiles.

"Mama!  Mama!" He says.

"What?"

"Hode!"

"You want me to hold you?  You're too heavy, baby."

"Eh!  Eh!" He fusses. "MAMA!"

"You're fine in there.  Princesses, Here we come!" Arvilla then takes off with the stroller.

"Woooooah." Heidi smiled.

"You see?  Aren't they beautiful?"

Heidi giggles.

"Let's take your picture.  Joe, you too."

"Hiii!" Joseph smiles before hitting Arvilla's arm. "Boobs, Mama!" He points to one of the princesses."

"Oh my gosh, Joseph!" Arvilla's turns red. "I'm sorry." She chuckles nervously.

"He is so cute!  You both are!"

"Thank you!  He's a little flirt like his daddy."

"Dadaaaa!" Heidi smiles sweetly.

Arvilla smiles then takes their picture.

The rest of the day was simply magical.  The entire trip was amazing.

Of course it was difficult for Arvilla, but being with her babies made her feel complete.

After a week it was time for them to return home.  Once again the twins were great on the plane. Arvilla was extremely grateful.

It is now the middle of January and today Arvilla is doing some cleaning around the house.

"Oh goodness!  Everything I clean you two come up behind me and make it all messy again!"

Heidi and Joseph look at their mother and laugh.

Arvilla let out an exhausted chuckle as she sat down on the ground beside her twins.

"You're cute so I'll forgive you.  You know what?  Why don't we try walking?  Then you can surprise everyone at your party next month!"

"No!" Heidi says.

"Fine!  Joe, come to mama."

Joseph smiles and crawls over.  Arvilla stands him up and Joseph goes limp. "NO!"

"What are you doing?"

"Hode!"

"Oh you want cuddle time?  Fine, but later we're walking!"

Just then her doorbell rang.  It was Margene.

"Hey!  Come in, we're just cuddling." Arvilla chuckles as Joseph lays on her.

"Aw so sweet!  Hi Heidi!"

"Bye bye!" Heidi waves.

"I'm not goin' anywhere, kiddo!" Margene laughs.

Arvilla chuckles and sits on the couch.  After talking for a while Margene asks about Robert.

"So have you heard from Robert lately?"

"Yeah, we talk all the time.."

"Why do you look pouty?"

"Because I thought he would visit!  He's almost been there a year and he hasn't even tried to come see me."

"I'm sure he's tried.  He's just a very busy man."

Arvilla sighs.

"I know.. My feelings are just hurt.  I don't know why."

"I'm sure he wants to visit, Arvilla."

"I know." She sighs once again. "I'm just being a brat."

"You are not!" Margene chuckles.

Later that evening she video chatted with Robert.

"Hey!  You're in your jammies!" Arvilla laughs.

"I am, it's four o'clock here."

"Gosh I always forget about that!  Go to bed and we can talk tomorrow.. or later for you!"

"No, it's okay!  I'm off tomorrow so don't worry."

"Oh that's nice!" Arvilla smiles.

"Yeah I'm looking forward to it.  So how are my little buddies?"

"Finally asleep!  My little Joe is so clingy, and Heidi Ho hates going down for the night."

"I can't believe they're almost a year old!"

"I know." Arvilla pouts. "My little babies are growing up!"

"They say it goes fast."

"It really does.. Do you ever want kids, Bobby?"

A soft smile appears on Robert's face. "I would love to have kids.  I'm just not sure if I ever will."

"Oh stop that!  You will, I know you will.  You'll make a fun daddy!"

"Well thanks." He smiles.

"You're welcome." Arvilla giggles cutely.

The two then talk for about hour.

Robert didn't tell Arvilla, but he had three weeks off.  He could easily visit in that time.  But he chose not to.

Robert loved Arvilla so much, and he felt he needed to stay away.  He hoped his feelings would eventually disappear.  Arvilla loved Joe, and she always will.  He knew she wasn't interested in him the way he was in her.  And the thought of that killed him.
