Valentines Day.

"Happy Valentines Day my chubby little- Oh my gosh, what did you do?!" Arvilla's eyes widen when she reaches the twins' cribs.

"Joseph!  You poo pooed but where is your diaper?!"

Joseph looks to his mother and giggles.

Heidi stands up in her crib and looks over with a scrunched up little nose. "Ew." She points and looks to her mother.

"Yeah, Ew is correct.  I don't understand, baby." She sighs. "Alright, well bath time for you, mister."

"Nooo!" Joseph whines.

"Yes!  You've made a mess all over yourself and now mommy has to do laundry today."

Arvilla takes Heidi out of her crib and sits her on the ground.  She then lifts Joseph and holds him far away from her body.

"Ew, you stink!"

"Mama hode!" He smiles and reaches for her.

"No sir.  Not until you're clean."

"Mama!" He pouts.

"I'm sorry, bud.  I love you, but nope!  Come on Heidi Ho.  Follow mommy."

Heidi gets on all fours and crawls behind her mother.

Arvilla gives Heidi some toys to play with while she's washing Joesph off to keep her occupied.

"Oh goodness, this is gross.  Your poops have never been as bad as this one, Joe!"

Joseph just laughed as she washed him.

"It is not funny, stinker.  Don't do this again."

Joseph laughs and splashes his mother with water.

"No!  Ew it got in my mouth!" She whines and Joe laughs.

"This is Not how I imagined my morning would go."

After getting him clean and bathing Heidi, Arvilla stripped his sheets.

"Ew there's some on the floor!  Oh and here's the diaper.. Behind the crib!  Did you throw this, Joseph?"

Joseph smiles.

"You naughty boy!  No more of that or you'll be in big trouble.  You hear me?"

"Mama!" He smiles and reaches for her.

Arvilla let's out an exhausted chuckle and nods her head. "You think you can give me that sweet smile and things will all just go away?"

Joseph giggles.

"Well you're right!" Arvilla laughs.

After their eventful morning, Arvilla took the twins to a play place and out to lunch.  They then trawled back home and she gave them each a Valentine.

The next morning was the twins first birthday!

"Happy Birthday!  And YAY!  No messes this morning!"

"Mama!  Mama!  Mama!" Heidi was wide awake and bouncing in her crib ready to be picked up by her mother.

"Happy Birthday, my first born.  My Princess.  My Heidi Heidi Ho!" Arvilla grabs her and kisses her cheek.

Heidi giggles cutely.

"I love you, baby girl.  Can you say I love you too Mama?"

Heidi babbles then says Mama very clearly.

"Aw thank you sweet baby.  Let me put you down so I can get brother."

Arvilla lifts him up and kisses his cheek. "Happy Birthday, Joseph!  My sweet sweet baby boy!  My handsome Prince!"

"Hi Mama!" He smiles.

Arvilla chuckles and kisses him once again.  She then sits him beside his sister and they get ready to take off crawling.

"Wait a second, I've gotta give you your birthday spankings." Arvilla very lightly pats their bottoms. "BOOP!  And one more to grow on!" Both Heidi and Joe thought it was the funniest thing and started hitting each others butt's.

Arvilla laughed then picked them up to go downstairs.

Later around 2:00 the twin's birthday party began.

Arvilla's friends were there, and of course Alan and Miguel.  Joe's son and his family also came to celebrate, and for that Arvilla was so grateful.  She wanted the twins to have a relationship with him.  She wanted them to know Joe's family.

Heidi loved Joe's son.  Joseph liked him as well, but never wanted to be too far from his mommy.

Alan brought a date and Arvilla was sure to sit her down and ask a few questions.

"Mrs. Holden, this is Katie.  Katie, this is Mrs. Holden." Alan introduces them.

"Hello Mrs. Holden, it's very nice meeting you." She smiles. "I've heard so much about you!"

"Aw, well I've heard a lot about you as well.  Sit down." Arvilla says with a smile.

"So.. are you in school?"

"Yes ma'am!  I'm studying to be a veterinarian." Katie smiles.

"Very nice!  So whatever you two have going on here will not affect your studies?  Either one of you, correct?"

"Of course!" They both quickly answer.

"Good!  Well you seem like a very sweet girl, Katie.  Alan is a wonderful boy and I don't want to see him get hurt." Arvilla said slightly frightening Katie with the look in her eyes.

"I could never hurt Alan!  He's incredible, Mrs. Holden."

"Good.. and he is!  I know he would never hurt you either.  He's the sweetest young man."

"Thanks." Alan blushes.

Just then Margene brings a screaming Joseph over to Arvilla.

"What's wrong with him?" Arvilla asks.

"No idea but he won't stop."

"Honey, what is it?" Arvilla looks at Joseph.  His eyes were red and puffy.

"Mama!" He pouts and throws himself onto her.  Arvilla chuckles and rubs his back.

"I'm sorry.  He's a mommy's boy."

"It's okay!  He's so cute!  They both are." Katie smiles.

"Thank you." Arvilla smiles before looking down to her baby boy.

"They really like those toys you got them, Katie!" Arvilla laughs. "They don't care to see what mommy's opening."

"I'm happy they like them!" Katie says with a smile.

"Okay the next one is from Robert." Carol says sliding over a huge box with the help of her husband.

"Robert?!  Is he here?!" Arvilla's eyes widen. "Did he surprise me?" She smiles with so much happiness.

"No.. he sent it and asked if Arlo and I could bring it to the party.."

"Oh.." Arvilla's smile fades and she looks down.

Arvilla was embarrassed, and her heart hurt.  She really thought Robert would visit for the twins' first birthday.
