After leaving the airport they picked up some food and headed to Arvilla's house.

"The lovebirds are here!" Margene smiles.

"Yeah!  Oh my babies!" Arvilla kneels down and lifts her arms. "What are my children still doing up?"

"MOMMY!  MOMMY!"

"They weren't listening."

"Aw well at least I get to see you before you go to bed!" Arvilla lifts them both.

"I missed you sweet babies."

"We mished you too, mommy!" Heidi says moving Arvilla's hair out of her face.

"Ya.  Soooooo much!" Joseph wraps his arms around her tightly.

"Aw.  I'm sorry for leaving.  I'm here to stay now!"

"Me too." Robert smiles.

"We wanna know the dirty stuff, spill it!" Margene smiles.

"Oh Margene!" Arvilla laughs.

"Come on, Margene.  Let's go home and leave these four alone." Carol pats her back.

"Ohhh!" Margene groans. "But I wanna know!"

"We'll get together and talk about it soon.  Let's go."

"Oh Carol, you're no fun!"

Arvilla laughs. "Thank you both so much.  I owe you Big!"

"Yes you do!"

"Margene, Stop!  You owe us nothing!  You all have a great night."

"Thanks." Arvilla smiles softly.

The two women leave and Arvilla looks to her twins. "You two need to get to bed."

"No tanks." Heidi says.

"Yes, yes, yes, come on."

"Mommy we wanna stay with YOU!"

"I know but you need to get to sleep.  I'll be here in the morning, loves."

Joseph laid on Arvilla's chest and softly caressed her chest.

"He's tired.  He always rubs my boob when he's tired." Arvilla chuckles.

"Sounds like a great soothing technique."

Arvilla laughs and rolls her eyes. "Go get the food out, I'll be down in a minute."

"Alright.  Goodnight guys!"

"Night night." Heidi cries.

"See?  You're exhausted!  Let's go upstairs."

Heidi gave her mother a bit of a fight, but both twins fell asleep pretty quickly.

"All done!" Arvilla smiles walking into the kitchen.

"That was fast."

"They were exhausted.  Gosh, I'm starving!"

"I'm sure you are!"

The two begin eating and that's when Robert realizes he still doesn't have a place to stay.

"Oh my gosh!"

"What?"

"I forgot I need a place here!  Can I sleep here until I can find something?"

"Sure." Arvilla laughs. "..Bobby?"

"Yeah?"

"I wanna take this slow.. Us."

"Whatever you want, I'm for.  You're my girl now and whatever you say goes."

"Ooh." Arvilla giggles.

"Mhm!  How would you like to go on our very first date tomorrow?"

"I would love that!"

"This is so cool!  I get to go on a date with the most beautiful woman on the planet."

"Stop it." Arvilla rolls her eyes.

Robert chuckles. "I'm gonna have to go shopping tomorrow cause I don't have first date clothes."

"Yeah and all the clothes you have smell like Flora." Arvilla says with a mean but cute look on her face.

Robert laughs. "I'm gonna get a bunch of new clothes just for you."

"Thanks." Arvilla smiles sweetly.

"I'll pick you up at seven tomorrow night."

"I can't wait!"

Robert and Arvilla stayed up talking for hours like always.  The two sat on the couch, Arvilla rested her feet in Robert's lap.

"Your poor little eyes look so sleepy, Arvy.  Why don't you go to sleep?"

Arvilla yawns. "I should.  I'll see you in the morning."

"Alright." Robert rubs her leg.

Arvilla smiles and leans towards him.  She kisses his lips softly.  Robert places his hands on her back and intensifies the kiss.

Arvilla giggles and pulls away.

"God, I love your lips!"

Arvilla licks her top lip and smirks. "Thanks."

"Okay go upstairs, you're driving me crazy."

"Goodnight!" She laughs.

The next day.

"How do I look?  Is my mom pooch sticking out too much?" Arvilla brushes her hand over her stomach.

"Oh please!  No, Arvilla!"

"I'm so nervous!"

"You've been out to dinner with Robert before."

"Yes but never as Robert's girlfriend!  I haven't been someone's girlfriend in over twenty years, Margene!"

"Just be you.  That's who Robert fell in love with."

Arvilla takes a deep breath and calms down.

"You look beautiful, mommy!" Joseph walks into her bedroom.

"Oh thank you, baby!"

Heidi follows behind and asks, "You goin back to Lonon?"

"No." Arvilla chuckles. "No, I'm just going to dinner with Uncle Bobby."

"Me go too!" She smiles.

"No it's just gonna be us today, boo boo."

"What!  Dat no fun!"

Arvilla chuckles.

Just then the doorbell rings.  Arvilla takes another deep breath. "He's here!  He's been out shopping for new clothes all day!" She giggles. "Thank you for watching them, Margene."

"No problem!  You go and have fun!  Kids, tell mommy not to come back with anymore babies!"

"Stop it!"

"You better not, mama!" Joseph makes a face.

"I won't baby.  I promise." Arvilla smiles. "You two be good!"

Arvilla kissed the twins then made it down to greet Robert.

"Hey!  Aww, flowers!  Thank you!"

"You're welcome.  Wow, you look beautiful!"

"Thank you!  You look so handsome." She smiles.

"Thank you!"

"And look at this." Arvilla softly touches his hair. "You got a hair cut!"

"I did.  You like it?"

"I love it!"

Dinner.

"So what are you planning on doing?  I know you love your job Bobby.  I don't want you to give that up just for me."

"I'm taking a leave of absence right now but I requested I stay in Idaho."

"But you love traveling."

Robert smiles softly and takes Arvilla's hand in his. "But I love you more." He kisses her hand.

"Bobby.."

"I'd give up everything in my life for a moment with you."

"Aw.."

"You do want me here, right?"

"Of course I do!  You don't care that I have children, do you?" Arvilla chuckles.

"No!  I love those boogers."

"And they love you.. Uncle Bobby."

Robert laughs.

"Is that weird now?  Should they drop the uncle part?"

"I like it.  I don't see any harm."

Arvilla looks into Robert's eyes and her smile grows.

"You are stunning."

"Stop it." Arvilla looks down with a smile on her face.

"That!  That right there is what I love most about you."

"What?"

"I love how embarrassed you get when I tell you you're beautiful.  It's like you don't know how gorgeous you are."

Arvilla giggles. "I don't know though!"

"You're cute, Arvilla Holden."

Arvilla smiles.  Her cheeks blushing. "Thanks."

"Well I had an amazing time.  Thank you, Bobby."

"You're welcome.  That you for the lovely night."

"You're welcome." Arvilla giggles.

"I was kinda hoping I'd get a goodnight kiss."

"Ohh!" She laughs and kisses him.

"Mmm.. Perfect." Robert smiles softly.

"I had a lovely time, mister.  I hope we do it again some time." She says opening her front door.

"Absolutely!"

"Goodnight."

"Goodnight."

Arvilla closes the door and laughs.

Just a few seconds later Robert opens the door with a smile on his face. "Heyyy!  How was your date?"

Arvilla laughs. "Oh it wasn't that great." She scrunches her nose and makes a face.

"What!" Robert jokes and dips her for a passionate kiss.

Arvilla laughs into his lips.  She was absolutely crazy about this man.
