Rayna's POV

"Didn't sleep yet?"Aaryan asked as he came inside the room.

"No.I was waiting for you.Today I want to know everything."I said and Aaryan looked at me.

"Now?"he asked.

"Yes...we can sit in the balcony.I want to know why she is back.I thought you will tell me by yourself but you are not telling me."I said.

I had so many questions from the time I saw her and heard her name but I didnt say anything.

I thought he will tell me by himself without me asking for it but now I think I have to ask him otherwise he will never tell me.

I got up and put pillow on both sides so that kids will not fall and kissed their cheeks and was walking towards balcony.

"Sh!t ! I forgot my mobile in the hall."he said and was leaving but I held his hand.

If he checks his mobile he will want to read the latest chapter first and will talk about it.

"Leave your mobile.You can take it afterward."I said and he nodded in a yes and we walked towards the balcony.

He sat on the swing and pulled me on his lap making me shriek by the sudden reaction and he started laughing.

"So tell me what do you want to hear?"he asked and was making patterns on the back of my palm.

I turned sideways and looked at him.

"Why she is here?"I asked.

"Few days back I saw her infront of my gym."he said.

"The day you were upset?"I asked and he nodded in a yes and told me everything making my eyes widen in surprise and shock.

She wants a house by her name otherwise she will tell the kids everything?

What type of stupidity is that?

She is an actress.

Why cant she buy her own house ?

Then he started telling me how dad is helping him by investigating her.

"Dad said a year back she stopped acting and no media report has any news about her."he said.

"That's strange."

"Why did she come today?"I asked.

"To remind me about our meeting day after tomorrow where she will get an answer from me and threatened me that if I back out she will tell kids everything."he said.

"That day she seemed so nice."I said.

"Rayna please stop talking to strangers."he said and I nodded in a yes.

"What is your plan?What is dad saying?"I asked.

"Dad asked someone to follow her.Here she stays in a nearby hotel and doesnt get out of hotel much so we dont know where she goes."he said.

"What if she tells the kid everything?"I asked.

"She will not tell."he said.

"How can you be so sure?"I asked.

"I dont know..I just think that we should come to some conclusion."he said.

"Today she is asking a house to shut her mouth..and if we give her a house..tomorrow she will ask for something else."he continued.

"You were keeping all this in your head?How much stressful it would have been?"I said as I held his hand tightly.

"No...you took out all the stress."he said.

"Indirectly you removed all the stress."he said,again.

"How?"I asked confused.

"Nothing."he said and smiled.

Why is he smiling ?

Anyways.

Leave it.

"Can I ask you something?"I asked.

"Yes?"

"What do you feel when you saw her after so many years?"I asked.

"Nothing."he said.

"I was shocked but other than that I felt nothing."he continued.

"But please stop talking with strangers."he adviced.

"But how can I know that I will be talking with her ?"I justified myself.

"Baby...please stop talking with strangers on road.Everyday till you reach home safely I get so tensed."he said making me smile.

Atleast there is someone who takes care of me.

Who feels tensed for me.

My mobile started ringing and his mom  was calling me.

"Why is aunty calling me?"I asked.

"Maybe dad called me to say something but my mobile is downstairs so mom is calling you."he said.

"Then you only pick up the call."I said and gave mobile to him.

"Yes dad?"he said as he accepted his call.

"Yes..my mobile is downstairs and I am upstairs."he said after some time.

"What?"he asked after some time.

"Okay.okay..Thank you dad for helping me."he said and cut the call after some time.

"I have to meet her in a restaurant day after tomorrow..right?"he asked and I nodded in a yes.

"Dad is saying to go to her hotel tomorrow so that we can find something about her..and she will be shocked as she see us suddenly and will not have the time to make a new plan."he said.

"Us?"I asked.

"Now that you know everything I will take you with me."he said.

What?

"Dad send me the name of her hotel on whatsapp..tomorrow after dropping kids off to school we will go to the hotel where she is staying currently."he said.

"You will take me with you?"I asked.

"Ofcourse baby."he said as he kissed my cheek.

I smiled and rested my hand on his chest.

"Thank you for being there.I dont know how I have handled all this alone.Why she is back when I have finally moved on ?I just want to go and shout at her and ask her that is she not happy by ruining my life once...then why she is ruining it again ?"he said,almost shouted and I turned around and looked at him.

"Dont get angry.It's okay."I said.

"No its not okay."he shouted.

"So what do you want to do ?I am with you..your parents are with you...what more do you want?"I asked,almost shouted like him.

"Do you know how I feel...what if she tells the kid everything?what if they choose her...I have grown too attached to them..now I cant leave them again because if kids decide to stay with their birth mother I will leave by myself...I am feeling all this things and still I am quiet and trying to make myself understand that nothing will happen."I said and he was just looking at me.

"I love you."he said.

"That is the only thing which has made me secure...Your love."I said and he pulled me closer to him and once again I rested my head on his chest.

"Let's stay like this for some time.After many days I am having some alone time with you."he said making me laugh.

"I know...but we will have to go inside after some time...the kids are alone...speaking of them I remembered how sad Piya is."I said.

"Can I hit Abhinav for making my princess upset?"he said and I hit his hand playfully.

"You cant do that..lets wait for some days to see if she handles the matter on her own..if not we will see."I said.

"Hmm..."

"What are you thinking?"I asked.

"What if she aborted the kids...then they would not have been here in this world and I would not have experienced so many beautiful things in my life..."he said.

"Now you are going in deep zone...kids are here..be happy that she didnt abort the kids."I said and he nodded in a yes.

"My only regret will be not meeting you earlier in my life."he said and I laughed.

My only regret will be meeting him so late but I will not tell him this.

"God has different plans than us."I said and he nodded in a yes and suddenly I started coughing.

"Wait I will bring a bottle of water for you."he said and went to kitchen and I sat comfortably on the swing.

Dont know what will happen tomorrow.

Why is she doing all this?

He came back with a bottle of water,duvet and a bedsheet.

He gave me the bottle and placed the bedsheet on floor and sat on it.

"Arre,wake up,why are you sitting near my leg?"I asked shockingly as he put his head on my lap.

"It's okay..you sit on swing comfortably..I am comfortable here."he said as he gave me duvet and I wrapped myself with it.

"It's cold...come inside duvet."

"It's okay...sit comfirtably for some time..when cold increases I will come inside duvet."he said and I removed the duvet.

"As long as you will not come inside the duvet..I will not wrap it."I said stubbornly.

"But you are not comfortable if I sit with you."he said.

"As long as you are with me I am comfortable..ha..if your legs are paining as I sit on your lap and thats why you dont want to sit here..then its different matter."I said with a shrug.

"Baby...I can perfectly handle your weight."he said as he stood up and carried me in his arms,sat on the swing and made me sat on his lap and covered us with duvet.

"Perfect."I said snuggling closer to him.

He opened his instagram.

"Acha...show me how many girls are following you."I said as he was liking some pictures.

"And who is this beautiful girl?"I asked as I saw him liking a picture.

"She was in my gym...left few years back."he said.

"Oh."

"And this?"I asked.

"Some model baby...I dont know why I followed her."

"Why else..you liked her."I said and he started laughing.

"If you want I can unfollow everyone and only follow you."he said.

"All sweet talks."I said with a shrug.

"Do you want to see?I can uninstall instagram."he said and went back to main page and was going to uninstall it.

"No..no..its okay."I said and stopped him.

"I can uninstall anything which makes you unhappy baby."he said and was clearing his notifications by swiping them.

"What?You uploaded a new chapter."he asked and I just shrugged and he went to read the chapter and I just relaxed closing my eyes as I knew what will come after he reads the chapter.

"What.Are.You.Doing?"he asked slowly.

"What?"I asked.

"Dont act innocent.."he said.

"Some relation dont have happy ending."I said.

"What do you mean?Is this the end?"I asked.

"I am not saying anything."I said.

"Is this the end?"he asked.

"Maybe..."I said.

"Okay..do whatever you want to do...you will not listen to me."he said.

"Baby..dont be upset."I said as I pecked him on the lips making him surprise.

"When you do things like this I cant even get upset."he said and was checking the comment.

'Please check the dm.'

He read a comment.

"Why is this reader asking you you to check the dm?"he asked.

"How can I know..I didnt check dm.."I said with a shrug.

"There are some people who gave their personal informations in their dm and asks me to contact them but I dont pay much attention."I said.

"Oh...I forgot you are a writer..ofcourse you will have many fans."he said.

"What happened to you suddenly..you dont look handsome when you are upset."I said.

"I forgot many people are your fans and like you."he said.

"But I only love you...their personal information doesnt matter to me but I want to listen each of your thoughts."I said.

"Sayings things like this so that I cant be even mad at you."he said.

"Saying things like this because it is the truth."I said as he wrapped his hand around my stomach and pulled me closer so that there wont be any space between us.

Nivedita's POV

"Thank you for helping Aaryan."I said as I was there when he called Rayna and talked with Aaryan.

"Thanks is said to strangers and if you forget I will remind you that I am your husband,not a stranger and he is my son too."he said and was leaving the bed but I held his wrist and stopped him.

"Where are you going?"I asked.

"Out of this bedroom where you are making me feel like a stranger and if I am a stranger I dont have the right to stay in this room,right?"he said angrily making me smile.

"After everything you still think of me as a stranger and thanking me?"he continued.

He was trying to leave but I didnt leave his hand.

"I am so sorry.Sleep here."I ordered and he looked at me and laid down on the bed.

Slowly he pulled me in his arms and I snuggled closer to him.

We are sleeping in each others arms for the past few days and it feels so good.

"This feels so nice."he said making me laugh.

"How did I missed all these in the last few years."he asked caressing my hair.

"You were lost in your own big world."I said as he kissed my forehead.

"But now after tasting this world I can never go back to that world."he said as he wrapped his arms around my stomach and pulled me closer and started kissing all over my face.

"Move."I said and laughed.

"We are old."I tried to push him but instead of moving he came and laid on top of me and was continuiusly kissing me making me laugh.

"You still look beautiful and as I said earlier we are not old..we are only in our fifties."he said as he removed the plaits of my saree and started kissing my neck.

"Every night you say we are old and still you cant resist it."he continued as he removed the hooks of my blouse.

He was right.

Few days back the first time he touched me and I couldnt resist it and from then everyday I refuse but melts under his one touch.

The touch which I never knew I was craving for till the day he touched me for the first time after so many years.
