Rayna's POV

"Okay..okay..Let's meet tomorrow."he said and cut the call.

"How did uncle find out everything?"I asked.

"I dont know.....when I asked to tell me in detail she said that she will tell me when we meet in person."he said.

"So I said that tomorrow I will pick her up and bring her here."I said.

"Here?oh my god!We should clean the house and organise everything and.."

"Rayna calm down.She is coming to meet us not to inspect the house."he said cutting me off.

"Anyways...I will go and prepare dinner."he said and went to kitchen.

"I saw a different Rayna at the daycare."he said as he came and sat beside me on the sofa after putting the kids to sleep.

"I also got to see a new side of myself."I said.

"I was so angry at her that I wanted to go and slap her but controlled myself but next time if she messes with you or the kids I will not leave her."I continued.

"Is this the same Rayna who was asking me to go and console her by saying something?"he asked.

"She made me realize that not everyone needs our niceness."I said.

"That's what I was trying to make you understand but thank god you realized it by yourself."he said.

"Anyways,I also didn't knew that she will go to such an extent."he continued.

"But I hope after today she will not cross our path."I continued.

"I also want the same."I said.

"You know what I did wrong?"he asked.

"What?"I asked.

"Today only I should have told the kids that they will not go to daycare again but I thought I will not tell them till you join the hospital and till that time I will find a new daycare."he said.

"You are right.Actually kids like Monica mam and they will ask the reasons of leaving the previous daycare and joining the new one but now they think that as mommy is home they dont have to go to daycare."I said.

"We should tell them after some time."I continued.

"But they will ask a lot of questions,specially Piya"he said making me laugh.

"But as I said earlier I dont want them to go to daycare."I said.

"I know..but what to do?"he asked.

"I have an idea."I said.

"What?"

"Their school ends at 2 p.m.,right?"I asked.

"And I finish my work by 6 p.m."I said and he looked at me with question in his eyes.

"I will tell sir that on weekdays I will leave the hospital by 3 p.m. and to balance that I will work full time on weekends."I said.

"No.Saturday and Sunday are the only days when you are free."he said.

"I know.I was so happy when I came to know that I dont have to work on weekends."I said.

"Then why are you sacrificing your happiness?"he asked.

"If kids can come home,have lunch with me and take a nap for few hours instead of sitting in day care and getting tired then I am ready to sacrifice my happiness."I said.

"I will talk with sir and his sister who handles the reception nowdays.Anyways can you do me a favour?"I asked.

"What?"

"Sunday gym is closed so no problem but can you take off on Saturday,please?"I pleaded.

"Okay..okay..I will see what I can do."he said.

"Thank you.Thank you so much.I love you."

"We are doing so much for Piya and Surya.Do they even realize it?"he asked.

"It's not their job to realize it.Thay are kids , ofcourse they will not realize it but as an adult and their parents it's our job to keep them happy and to make sure they get everything they deserve."I said.

"You are something.I am not great like you..that's why I kept proof of how much I have dome for them..remember that 'budhape ka blackmail.'he said and I started laughing loudly.

"I love to see you happy."he said and I stopped my laughter and looked at him but I dont know what should I say so I changed the topic.

"Anyways,what we will do for them is in our hands but we dont know will they realize it or not.Maybe they will realize or maybe not.We dont know.So mr. Aaryan let's fulfill our duty without thinking much."I said and he noded his head in a yes.

"Hello aunty."I greeted her and made her sat on the sofa.

"How is your burn?"she asked.

"It's fine aunty."I said and she took my hand in her palm and looked at it.

"It must be paining so much."she said.

"No.Aaryan is making sure that I apply cream on it atleast five times a day so it's better now."I said.

"Aaryan is like that."she said.

"Aaryan you can go to gym..I will cook lunch for everybody and we can talk after you come back home.Dont miss work because of me."aunty said.

"Mom its fine.You dont worry about my work and tell me everything that happened."he said.

"On mother's day he saw you when you came to drop me off."she said.

"What?Then why didn't you tell me that day?"he asked.

"I had no balance.Yesterday I recharged my mobile and called you."she said.

"You should have told me.I would have recharged your mobile."he said

"Next time I will tell you."she replied with a smile on her face.

"Anyways what happened?"he asked.

Nivedita's POV

Flashback.

"I thought you had gone for grocery shopping."he said as soon I entered the room.

"I thought you will come home late."I said.

"From when you are meeting him?"he asked.

"It's the second time I had met my son and that too after so many years."I said.

"You promised me that you will never meet him."he said,angrily.

"And you promised me many things ,tell me how many promised have you fulfilled?"I asked.

"It's okay..now I will forgive you but this is the last time you are meeting him."he said.

"If you will not let me to meet him I will leave this house."

"Leave this house?Have you gone crazy and where will you go?You will go to your son?"he asked.

"Atleast I will be happy there."I said.

"Why do you hate him so much?"I asked.

"He is our son."I said.

"Our son?I have given him everything and what he did?nothing...I told him to take law but he didnt listen and then also I helped him financially to open a gym and after that he decided to be a father....everybody is asking about him but I dont have anything to say...I avoid the topic when they ask about him and if I cant avoid,I lie to them that he went to abroad for higher studies."he said.

"But why do you have to lie?If someone asks me about my son I will proudly tell that he is doing his dream job and raising two kids alone."I said.

Even though now he was not alone but I dont want to say that infront of him.

"You dont know how the outer world works.....people will laugh at me if I tell them.They expect my son to be a lawyer and marry a girl of a reputed family...Now I have to think of another lie..as people are asking me when he will be back."he said.

He will never accept Aaryan.

"You will not meet him."he ordered.

"If I cant go to meet him lets get a divorce."I said.

"What?"he asked.

"Let's get a divorce."I said,again.

"No.What will people say?"he asked and I chuckled.

"Seriously.You dont have the fear of loosing me but you have fear of what will people say.Anyways I was wrong to expect that you will have a fear of loosing me."I said.

"If you want to keep your reputation and status then you will not say anything if I go and meet my son otherwise let's get divorce and be prepared for thousands of answer you have to give."I said.

"If we get a divorce,you will be the one society will judge."he said angrily.

"I know as I am a woman I will be judged but I have nothing to loose.I have already lost my life by marrying you but I dont want to loose the last years of my life.I will go and meet my son and I will bring my grandkids here if I wish.Remember that it's my house too."I said

"You cant do that."he shouted.

"I will do that but dont worry I will not bring my grandkids when you are here.You know for the first time I am happy that you are a workoholic which motivated you to open another firm in another state."I said.

"What do you mean?"he asked.

"Every weekend you go to another state to work in your other firm so I can bring my grandkids on weekends."I said.

"No.You cant bring them here."he shouted.

"It's my house too and I will bring them here otherwise let's file for a divorce then there will be hundreds of questions like 'why the great lawyer took divorce after so many years' or 'what happened between them that the great lawyer took such a big step?'

"What has happened to you?You have changed."he said.

"After coming back from death I realized that I have wasted half of my life and I can't waste the rest of my life and I will do what will make me happy whether its meeting my son or my grandkids."I said and went to my room.
