The next day.

"Ugh, what time is it?" I groan quietly

"Like.. 3 in the morning. Now go back to sleep.." A voice that I was 99% sure wasn't anyone I knew said.

"Who are you?"

"No one that you need to know girlie."

"Well I do now.."

"No you don't."

"Listem here buddy, I know it may seem like I'm not strong, but I am! So don't test me.."

"Oh I'm so scared." They said sarcastically, that's when I sighed and walked out of the room watching them follow me.

"Okay, who are you?! Why are you following me?!" I yell quietly forcing myself not to use my powers.

"Just cause why not." They continued to follow me and I ran faster.

"Celeste, please teleport me up.." I quietly say after tapping my ring.

"Why?" She asked, and I sigh.

"Let's just say, someone is literally following me and I need to get somewhere safe." I turn a sharp corner and Celeste teleported me up.

"Thanks Celeste! Shoot the others.."

"Go into pop mode then go save the others."

I nod. "Superpops we can't be stopped!" I transform and teleport back to see them about to touch Chloe.

"Leave the girl alone." I growl.

"Why should I?"

"Or else you'll have to deal with us." I hear one of the girls so I turn to see Emma, in pop mode, luckily.

"Electra." I smile.

"And I'm here too!" Finley said, also in pop mode, smiled at us, but dropped her smile when she turned her head to the person.

"So leave her alone."

"And what if I don't??"

"W..What's happening.. w..who are you..?" Chloe slowly woke up, and we all gave her a clear look.

"Miss. Leave. We'll handle this, go!" Finley said and Emma and I nodded in agreement.

"O..Okay.." Chloe nodded and jumped out the window.

Chloe's POV
I jump out the window, and then I realized I need to go into pop mode so half way from me falling I grab my ring. "Superpops we can't be stopped!" I yell quietly and transform into pop mode then, I get up, after rolling on the ground for a little bit.

"I need to go help the others.." I run back into the dorm.

"Cosmic! There you are." Layla smiled at me.

"Leave. NOW." I growl.

"And if I don't?" They ask, and we all look at each other.

"Then this happens." We all show our powers, and they leave out the window.

"Who woke up first?" Finley and I asked.

"I did, you'd think that I'd be used to saving you guys, but I'm not!" Layla yawned.

"You seem tired, you okay?"

"It's three in the morning, at this point I'm gonna go back to bed."

"We'll I'm staying up." Finley said as we all glance at her knowingly.

"Okay miss ghost hunter." I chuckle.

"Girls we need to transform back." Emma reminded us.

"Right!" We transform back and 3/4 of us go to sleep while the last one goes ghost hunting.

In the morning and back to Layla's POV

Word somehow got around that we stopped someone from kidnapping us, even though, we stopped them from trying to kidnap no one other than Chloe and I, but, this isn't shocking anymore.

"How the heck did word get around so quickly?! We just did it at like 3 am!" Chloe muttered to us, and we all shrug.

"So, Fin, how are you Chad doing?" I ask and Finley glares at me.

"I... I don't know, we were planning to go on a date but then he canceled." She sighed and walked ahead of us as we walk to our class.

"Are we gonna-." I start to ask but I get cut off.

"NO! we aren't going to murder Chad." Emma yelled at me, so I sigh.

"Fine." I grumble and turn to Chloe

Sooo, do you like anyone? Chloe asked me telepathically

What- NO! Why would I? I ask back still telepathically

I can just feel sparks between you and Alex(an OC that I'll put a picture of on the top of this chapter)? You should ask him out!

What if he doesn't like me.. I don't know Chloe..

Well you know, we'll be next to you all the way!

I smile softly and Emma looks at us with pure confusion but quickly shrugged it off.

"Ohhh a talent show!" I say as we catch up to Finley

"You should join Lay!" Finley told me, and I look at her, and she could tell by my expression that I was confused.

"You can sing really well!" Chloe smiled, so I nod.

"I'll do it!" I smile brightly.

"Yes!" Emma hugs me and I hug her back

After school

I head to where the talent show auditions were being held, Finley, Emma, and Chloe were following me, then Finley shape-shifted into a gitaur.

"H..Hi.. I'm Layla, and I'm going to be singing an original song I wrote called queens don't." I grab my "gitaur" aka Finley and start singing.

I put the gitaur down and look at the judges.

"We will get back to you Miss. Layla." One of them said and I nod grabbing my gitaur and walking out, then it shape-shifted back into Finley.

"YOU WERE AWESOME LAYLA!" Chloe yelled, straight into my ear.

"OWWW- No need to yell you're gonna trigger my power.." I mutter plugging the ear she just yelled into.

"Sorry!" She chuckled nervously.

"Oh! I feel like we never knew this, but what's your powers?" Emma asked

"Super-hearing, I can blind people for a little bit, and, well, you know my attacking power for when were fighting bunglers."

"Oh! Cool. You know all of our powers."

"Mhm! So now what?"

"Shopping?" Chloe suggested

"Sure!" I smile and we head to the mall.

Once we get there, I head into my favorite store, while the others head to a different store.

"Hey do you need anything?" A worker asked me, and I shake my head 'no'.

"Alright, if you do, let us know!" They walked off, and I continue looking around for a dress when Chloe runs into the store and drags me out.

"What's up Chloe? Why the heck are you dragging me out of my favorite store?" She doesn't answer. "Chloe? Are you feeling okay?"

"I'm feeling fine." She smiled, but that didn't sit right with me.

"You sure? You don't seem fine."

"Oh I'm 100% sure I'm fine."

I get myself out of her grip and head to the store where the others were, where I saw Chloe, again.

"Okay, I must be going crazy, I swear Chloe was trying to drag me somewhere!" I sigh.

"Uhhhhh, I've always been here." Chloe told me.

"So then who was that!?"

"Maybe someone that looks like her." Finley shrugged

"Or a bungler!" Emma whispers so only we could hear her.

"SHH- I can hear something!" I hear a faint alarm coming from a store. "Someone robbed a store!" I say quietly putting my ring on as the others eyes widen and nodded.

"Let's head to a more private place, so people don't see us y'know, in you know what mode." Finley said and walked out, and we follow her into an abandoned store.

"This place is empty, and creepy, I LOVE IT!" Finley chuckled as we nod slowly, all glancing at her.

"Superpops we can't be stopped!" We all say in unison, transforming.

"Let's go!" I say, heading to the store where I hear the alarms go off.

"There you.. I am going crazy? Do you see a non-pop mode Cosmic there?" Finley asked and I nodded.

"Oh pops, so glad you could join me." The person robbing the store smirked.

"Yeah yeah, who are you?" I say, not having it

"I used to be a pop for the pop team down in Nashville, but now, I go by Moonlight." The snap their fingers and go back to their original self.

"You look a lot like the pop.. what's her name.." Chloe tried to remember the Madison's pop name.

"Moonpop or mistpop? Cause she looks like both of them." I say softly but still not having it.

"I think mist."

"I see it."

I go to attacking her while the others continue to talk about who she looks like.

"Ow.." I groan as the others look at me then walk in front of me.

"You okay L?"

"Of course Cosmic!" I stand up and smile, as we attack Moonlight, before she teleports away.

"We better head back to Majesty, we got a lot to talk about." We walk out of the store and teleport up to the ship.

"Great job ladies." Majesty said and we smile.

"Thanks Majesty, but, she said she was a pop, and she reminds me a lot about Madison.." my eyes widen when I realized what I just said "I-I-I mean Moonpop!"

"She does though, she ever has a purple ring!" Finley added.

"Which means that's how she shape-shifted into me!" Chloe nodded.

"I agree." Emma smiled.

"Either way, I'm gonna go practice for the talent show!" I teleport down to earth and into my dorm and when I get down the earth I transform back into what I was wearing before

"Layla! Can we talk?" Chad asked, smiling happily as ever.

"What made you so happy?"

"I decided to join the bunglers, again!"

"YOU WHAT?!"

"I did!"

"Then I'm sorry about this.." I use my blinding powers on him, then quickly teleported back on the ship.

"Uh.. I got news.. Cheshire wants to be a bungler, again."

"We know, and we agree with him. Being good is soooo old fashioned." Chloe smiles.

"This can't be good.. I need someone I need power.. Celeste! Can you teleport me to Vandelia?"

"Sure thing, Layla." Celeste teleported me to Vandelia, and I land outside of a castle.

"Peyton you better be here cause I need you..." I mutter walking near the castle.

"Who are you? What is your business here?" A guard asked me so I sigh.

"Sir, I am Princess Peyton's friend, and I need to talk to her." The guard looks at another guard and they let me into the castle, and I first look for the queen, then Peyton.

"Mother!" I hear Peyton yell and I ran to her, worried about what happened.

"P-Peyton! What happened?!" I asked Peyton, not working about anything other than her.

"First off, it's Princess Peyton to you! Second off, my mom has disappeared, and no one has seen her.." Peyton muttered

"Okay, Princess Peyton, where was she last seen? I might be able to help!"

"I'll show you where." She showed me the way to where she last seen.

"Thanks Pow- I mean, Princess Peyton!" I tap my ring and start searching from clues.

"How do you know I'm Powerpop?!"

"Simple, I am a superpop too."

"You are?!"

"Mhm."

"I don't believe you."

"Listen here Peyton, I know your powerpop, I know all the of the pops identities."

"What are they then."

"Chloe is Cosmic, Finley is Flash, Emma is Electra, Camilia is Crystal, and you are Power." I smile.

"Okay then, who are you?!"

"Layla aka Lightningpop!" I turn to her, showing my ring.

"Mhm, what's the phrase we say to transform."

"Superpops we can't be stopped!" I yell, letting myself transform in front of her.

"Oh! Layla.. sorry I'm dumb, anyway, what's the problem?! Minus my mom missing."

"The others have kinda, sorta, joined the bunglers and you and I are the only ones left!" I tell her. "Also, Camilia is on a mission to find something so she's out of the problem."

"So it's just us?"

"Mhm."

"Well, power is back baby!" She grabs her ring, and puts it on and nods. "Superpops we can't be stopped!" She transformed into her pop mode.

"Yes! My favorite person is back!" I smile and we teleport to the ship.

"I'm your favorite?! What about Cosmic and Electra?!"

"They're a close second Power." I chuckle.

"What's the game plan."

"To let us help." A new voice said and Peyton and I turn to who said that and get ready to fight, but soon stop when we realized they were other pops.
