[Rail Yard]

Facing one another after quite awhile, various bad memories surfaces up once more as Kaido glared angrily at Axel who seemed calm in this situation. Despite coming to this place alone, Kaido had set up various checkpoints surrounding the rail yard about 10 km away from this place as the center, as he had Argos and the others go at the 4 checkpoints which Axel could take to escape from him.

The reason why he placed the checkpoints so far and not let his other comrades actually surround the area, was all because he does yet have the full grasp of what Axel can do at his current self. After all based on what Axel had claimed, he is far more stronger now than he was before, typically he had grown stronger ever since their last battle. With it, one can even expect that he could also sense enemy's around him in a very wide range now that he is stronger. Due to that Kaido cant be careless at all around him.

However despite all of that, Kaido is currently holding himself back from attacking Axel, as he literally does not have a good impression of him ever since their last encounter. But for the sake of conformity, he has to listen through on what Axel is currently wishes to share.

"For a person who does not belong in this world, you are quite a carefree person"

"Stop the yapping, you better give me one good reason why i shouldn't attack you right here right now"

"Hot headed as always i see, you better watch your temper"

"......"

"Anyway as promise, i have some information that could somewhat be of helpful to you"

"... Speak"

"Did you know that your being hunted down?"

"I already know that, my life haven't been easy at all, everyday, i keep even wondering whether you guys are sleeping... your always up to kill me day in and day out, due to that i haven't had a long enough goodnight sleep"

"That figures, after all they are after your bounty"

"Bounty? As in bounty bounty?"

"Yes! that bounty"

Hearing that Kaido was shocked for a bit as he felt bitter from this treatment. After all by putting a bounty above his head, it was the same as if telling the whole world that there is a loose convict on the streets. Even though he hasn't been jailed yet and his identity was hidden to the world and his records were erased, he somehow felt like as such convict, which leave a bitter taste in his mouth.

After all there is a difference between a convict and a villain. A villain is evil, a convict is just a bad person. Villains often serve as antagonists or adversaries to the protagonist or hero of the story. They are characterized by their negative traits, actions, and motivations, which may include committing crimes, causing harm to others, pursuing selfish goals at the expense of others, or displaying traits such as cruelty, deception, greed, or ruthlessness. A convict is a person who has been found guilty of a crime by a court of law and has been sentenced to serve a punishment, such as imprisonment or probation, as a result of that conviction.

"That doesn't sit well to me" said by Kaido

"Right! Anyway do you remember the guys who attacked you before you got here?"

Hearing that question from Axel, Kaido then remembered the event that led to his exile too this world. It was quite a sudden attack and somewhat advantage towards them, he has no qualms about that strategy of the attackers, however they had done something that they shouldn't have. They involved a person whom Kaido knew during his high school days, practically his classmate and his friend.

Those people touched someone who he acknowledged and used it against him, what's more they took advantaged of the person and used it as bait to lure him out. In the end, that friend died and all of it is because of the guys who attacked him and had crossed the moral line.

The term "moral line" refers to a boundary or threshold that defines what is considered morally acceptable or unacceptable behavior in a given context. It represents the distinction between right and wrong, good and bad, ethical and unethical actions or decisions. The concept of a moral line is subjective and can vary depending on cultural, societal, and individual beliefs, values, and ethical frameworks. What one person or group considers morally acceptable may differ from another person or group's perspective.

"Oh i remember them... I remember them clearly... they touched something they shouldn't have touched and crossed something that shouldn't be crossed"

"Well it's great that you remember them, after all they are in this world too"

Once more Kaido is shocked as he didn't expect such an answer coming from Axel. But now that those people are here, it then simply gave himself another chance to avenge his friend.

"That's great, but who brought them here?" asked by Kaido

"Isn't that obvious? Its me"

"That's not really helping your case at all

"My case is different and so is this"

After that, Axel begun to disclose some of the information he knew, as he revealed it more and more towards him. In the end Kaido somehow tried his best to contain his anger, as he occasionally take a breather technique to stay calm.

Axel's sharing took quite awhile, in those long minutes, Kaido silently listened as he took everything in.

"That's all i know, pretty much sums up of what happened"

"Yes! you've been quite a help for giving all this information... but that's it"

"???"

"I said that's it, that's all you are and you've been quite helpful, but everything ends now... don't you dare think that just because you helped me by giving me some information, would be enough to make me forget all you did sh*thead"

With a simple laughter, Kaido suddenly launched himself forward, by enhancing his muscles on his legs, which enabled him to instantly arrive near before Axel. In one fell swoop, Kaido smacked Ariel down from the high place. As he restrained his movement with earthen element, before stomping towards him in a hard manner.

But amidst Kaido's frontal attack, Axel simply lied down unbothered as he said.

"Kaido! Kaido! Kaido! Always the hasty one aren't you? You really think that all problems can be answered through violence? This really undermines you, it's like your not different from those ordinary bastards back at our world..."

But before Axel could end his words, Kaido suddenly stomped him hard on the head, slowly burying him under the ground, as he raised his fist into the air and punch it down with a force of 10,000 volts that can literally kill a whale in one electrifying shock. However as if touching air, Kaido peeked at the person beneath him, only to realize that Axel had disappeared and his fist only struck the ground which created a huge crater on the ground itself.

"Teleportation?"

"Yup just as you guessed, teleportation... I can literally do anything with my own esper ability now... pretty  amazing right?" Asked by Axel who is currently squatting in front of him

"You talk too much"

Without any more words exchanged between them, Kaido then swung his arm towards him, as he released a huge torrent of flame wave towards Axel, which is hot enough that it could even melt the metals it bypasses. Unfortunately Axel saw through that attack by observing Kaido's muscle movement and used his esper powers once more to teleport behind him.

Naturally Kaido sensed the space behind him bend, due to matter being distorted, which initial sign for someone trying to teleport behind him. Without a second thought, he then quickly turned around as he punched the ground behind him and caused the whole earth to blow everything up, and causing Axel to be blow away in that one counter movement.

While the opponent is still in midair, Kaido enhanced his muscles on his feet and powering them up with his own jolts, which gave him a super human jumping capability to reachthe height in which Axel was blown away from. Just like that, when he got close to Axel in just one jump, he then struck out another straight, as Axel suddenly did something and completely froze the time in just a single thought.

Time manipulation refers to the hypothetical ability to alter the passage of time, either by speeding it up, slowing it down, stopping it, or even reversing it. This concept is often explored in science fiction, but in reality, it remains purely speculative and beyond our current scientific understanding.

Aside from space manipulation, time manipulation is one of the top esper ability and somewhat forbidden to be used till its full capability. After all The potential dangers of time manipulation largely exist in the realm of speculation and fiction. If time manipulation were possible, it could have profound consequences on the fabric of reality, potentially leading to paradoxes, disruptions in causality, and unforeseen consequences. Additionally, the ability to control time could be misused for personal gain or to manipulate events, potentially leading to ethical dilemmas and conflicts.

With the time frozen like that, Axel then sped up his own body, as he slowly dodged to the side, before he suddenly snaps his finger and caused the time to unfreeze itself. Following Kaido's initial attack and is in a position to counter, Axel then boosted his speed, as he suddenly grabbed the arm that missed its target, as Axel pulled it above his shoulder and threw Kaido unto the nearest building.

After getting thrown over, Kaido's reflexes kicks in, as he twisted his body in midair and did a flip as he landed unto the buildings glass window, before launching himself forward in just one shockwave which destroyed a whole section of the building. Bouncing back like a ricochet, Kaido then tackled Axel out of the air, and come crushing down to train to one of the cars in the train, followed by multiple explosions inside due to both of them going ham against one another.

After a few seconds a huge explosion rung out at the but of the car, as Axel Jumped out, and followed by Kaido who seemed to be trying to catch him. However Axel has no plans of getting captured, as he weakly blew out a breath towards Kaido, which then soon turned into a shockwave which knocked Kaido out of the air and force him to come crashing down at the car that they just got out from.

Following that, Axel raised his left hand as he crushed the car alongside Kaido inside of it, in just one hand movement with the intentions of actually killing Kaido himself in one crushing motion. As if that wasn't enough, with the car crushed to the point that Kaido wouldn't be able to move inside carelessly, Axel then suddenly turned the car around him into a armed missile and detonated them all in just a single snap of his finger.

Due to 7 cars being detonated into explosion, the whole world itself shook, which literally awoke the curious media and woke up the people who were sleeping and causing them to check out the explosion itself.

But before the fire could grow any stronger, Kaido suddenly dorwned all the fire with a huge tsunami of ice erupting around him and causing everything around him to freeze into stillness as the ice itself killed the flames around him. After getting rid of the fire, Kaido then glared at Axel as he controlled the ice around him to surge towards him, causing a huge block of ice to tower above the buildings and completely submerging one part of the rail yard into an ice age era.

But as the smoke settles, Kaido's eyes stared wide in shock, as he realized that Axel had teleported to safety once again and appeared behind him.

"That was too close"

Hearing his voice behind his ears, a chilling goosebumps arose inside of him, as he swung his arm behind him, only for Axel to catch it with his left hand and used his other hand to turn into a friction sword and cuts down Kaido's left arms.

With that blood splurged out all over the place, as pain course throughout Kaido's body.

Stomaching the intense pain he felt, Kaido then used his psychic energy to control his detached arm on Axel's hand to wring off him by itself and choke the latter with intense force. Following that Kaido then kicked Axel's straight to his chin while being choked, as he quickly spun around and kicked him on his guts, causing Axel to propel back and crashed through the blocks of ice that he previously made and land unto the first building its crashed.

After that Kaido stretched out his hand as he further controls the arm that was choking Axel, as it drags him all over the building and bumping to numerous articles and even to the point that it also dragged his face up unto the walls.

Getting annoyed buy this kind of attacks, Axel then quickly regained his composure as he tapped Kaido's detached arm and quickly turned it into light particles which evaporated into thin air. Catching his breath in that situation, he then expanded his search radius as he instantly found Kaido and used his ability to teleport right in front of him and give him a surprise punch straight to his face.

Just like he expected, Kaido didn't expect that straight hook to suddenly appeared in front of him and smack him on his face and causing him to crash back down. At the same time when Axel got out of the building, he was quite surprised to see that Kaido had healed his detached arm and made already something similar in just a span of few hours.

High-speed regeneration typically refers to the ability of living organisms to rapidly heal or recover from injuries or damage to their bodies. This concept is often explored in science fiction, comics, and other forms of media, where characters may possess superhuman or enhanced regenerative abilities. In this case with his ability to control matter, Kaido had to simply improve his own cells and forcefully regenerate his injury in order to close it all up

They might become more aggressive, knowing they can quickly recover from any counterattacks, or they might deliberately bait you into attacking in ways that they can exploit. Fighting such an opponent would require strategic adjustments. Instead of focusing solely on causing damage, strategies might involve exploiting weaknesses in their regeneration process, such as targeting vital organs or finding ways to inhibit or nullify their regenerative abilities.

In summary, fighting an opponent with high-speed regeneration would require a combination of adaptability, strategy, and possibly unconventional tactics to overcome their regenerative abilities effectively. It would likely be a test of endurance, skill, and mental fortitude. So it was really a fortunate event when Kaido chose the side he wanted to listen.

Without any exchange in words, Kaido quickly flips himself up, as he erupted multitudes of rocks unto the ground and reshaped them all as spears. With any single hesitation, Kaido sent them all towards Axel, forcing the latter to make a mirror wall in between him and the attacks, followed by him entering into the mirror realm where everything is duplicated as we saw fit.

Seeing this crack in space that Axel had made, Kaido then fearlessly entered the space and Realizing that Axel had controlled all of the trains in this mirror realm and launched them all to Kaido causing the latter to put up a quick resistance for him to take it out.

Destroying all of the train in a single deteriorating touch, after that by making a platform below his feet by manipulating the wind, he then launched foreword, only for Axel to control this space like a god and brought Kaido into another dimension, the reverse world, a world where everything is reversed, unless one in proficient in moving in reverse, he wont be able to quickly adapt to this sudden change, which caused Kaido to be confused in which direction is right or wrong.

However without giving time for Kaido to adapt in this situation, Axel attacked him immediately, as he and begun playing with him all over this reversed world. Smashing him unto the walls, cars, trucks, hot objects, and even cemented walls, Axel quickly pulled unto Kaido's hair and threw him across the reverse world, before snapping his finger and bringing him into a world where everything is being split apart by an unknown force.

Not understanding how the laws in this actually works, Kaido saw his whole body being split apart by so0me unknown force, causing him to quickly get annoyed and enact an explosion which shook the whole dimension and the occurring dimension before it. Just like the sound of a breaking glass, the whole dimensional plane was destroyed which shocked Axel and caused him to be blown out of his dimension and back to the original place where the two had originated.

Naturally the explosion followed him into this world as the whole section where they just disappeared a moment ago, suddenly exploded and blew everything away in a small radius. But despite being a small radius, multiple screams could be heard all over the place, as the explosion spread out and completely obliterated anything it touches and that include the civilians that the explosion touched.

In that moment this area itself suddenly turned into a fiery pits of hell, as Axel saw a figure walking by the fire and glaring at him with its red eyes. After focusing it for a bit, he realized that Kaido was walking towards his direction, as fire that he produce seemed to melt anything it touches, in that moment, Axel felt that he had literally annoyed Kaido with his new profound strength.
