Neil was waiting for her in his bike. He smiled thinking that it has been one year and Today is her last exam. The past one year was full of mixed for them. Neil has his same routine that is to work in office morning and to be with her in evening. They even go out and spend time with each other and sometime have get together with friends. The last few months were little hectic for them as Avni got busy herself in studies. Neil made sure she don't stress herself and always there for her. He helped her in studies and finally they made into last exam.

"Neilu.... " He heard her voice and turned while she came and hugged him.

" Huff!! The paper was good! " She said while he hugged her tightly.

She broke the hug and saw her eyes which was fully in tears.

"You cried? "  He asked confused while she nodded.

"Yeahh... It's last day and I and saisha got little emotional... " She said like a kid and wiped her tears.

"Awww..... " He felt cute and pulled her cheeks while she chuckled.

They started to home. Neil opened the door and she got in tiredly. They went into her room and cuddled each other.

"Jaana... " He called her

"Haa Neilu... " She replied with her eyes still closed.

"I wanna take you somewhere this evening.... " He said while she opened her eyes looking at him.

"Where? " She asked excitedly.

" Hmm... I won't tell you now... " He said sticking his tongue out while she made a annoyed face and again closed her eyes.

He pinned her baby hairs behind her ears while she opened her eyes and saw him looking at her lovingly.

"Don't you think it's time for us " He paused while her face flushed with reddish shade.

"For us?.. What Neil? " She asked looking down not meeting his eyes.

He moved her face closer and pressed his nose on her bubbly cheeks. She closed her eyes.

"For us to get married " He said while she opened her eyes and looked at him and her eyes started becoming moist.

"For us to be together...." He said looking at her eyes while she smiled widely hearing that.

He kissed her forehead while she closed her eyes.

"Wait... Tell me you didn't take it in anyway.. " He asked smirking while Avni's face flushed fully and her eyes widen.

"Naughty girl... " He said smirking seeing her expression.

He again moved her face closer making her breath uneven. He kissed her cheeks and he moved his face down and then started nuzzling her neck while Avni closed her sensing the ticklish feeling.

Their moment got disturb when his phone rang. They shot open their eyes and Neil again closed his eyes annoyed while Avni let a silent laugh seeing his expression. He went to pick his phone.

At evening

They reached somewhere while Avni's expression totally changed into shockness. She turned to look at Neil who was already looking at her. He was observing her and her shockness didn't suprised him. They came to his home. He hold her hand and nodded his head assuring her. He walked while she went with him holding his hand tightly.

Shwetha was sitting on the couch and she heard footsteps and looked at the direction and her face completely changed seeing Avni.

Avni looked down when she saw her. Neil looked at shwetha and then turned his face to see Avni. They went near her. Neil left Avni and moved near Shwetha.

"Mom... " He hold her hand while she looked at him.

" Tillu...Don't say anything.... " She stopped him before he could day anything.

"Mom... Listen to me....please... " He made her to sit.

"I know you want me to be happy.... And you can do anything for me.... Avni isn't what you are thinking of her..... She is my happiness.... I can only be happy if I am with her.... Mom.... You will understand her easily ..." He was interrupted by her.

"Why should I even understand her Tillu?.... Yess... I want you to be happy.... And I can do anything for that.... You know what....You have become blind....She will ruin you... And I will do anything to save you from her.... " She said while Avni looked at her when she said the word 'ruin'.

"Mom... Mujhe samaj nahi aaraha hai ki... Aapko samaj nahi aaraha hai aur aap samajna hi nahi chaathe hai.... " He said while Shwetha looked at him.

"Tum hosh main nahi ho Tillu... Pata nahi yeh aise kya jaadu kiya tumpe ... " She said looking at Avni with disgusted look.

"Mom.... I love her.... I want to marry her.... Why are you not seeing my love for her.... " He said her while Shwetha looked at him shockingly.

"I will never agree for this....i will never accept her..... " She shouted and stood up while Neil too stood up. While Avni eyes started welling up with tears.

"Give me one reason not to accept her " He asked her looking into her eyes.

"She is najayaz Neil... She is impure.....She is your bad luck... She will destroy you... She will kill you... Ohh yeah she already tried once..... She can't be your wife Tillu.... How can.." She was interrupted by him. Avni pressed her lips together trying hard to control her tears which was threatening to fall. She was not looking at anybody to hide her tears.

"Enough Mom! " He shouted while his face had a disbelief expression.

"I never thought you would be like this Mom... Seriously?!.... Its a... It's a great shock to me seeing you believe all this... " He said in disbelief still trying to register her words, the impression she had on Avni.

His all doubts got clear. Firstly, he thought, she was against love marriages but he was wrong. She was only against Avni.

"How can I be your son, Mom? " Shwetha was shocked hearing him while Avni too shocked. She looked at Neil shockingly.

"I can never think like this.... Never ever..... Thank god main aapke jaise nahi aay.... " Shwetha was hurt by his words. She looked at him with tears in her eyes.

Avni came near him.

"Neil do you even realise what you are saying .... " Avni hold his arms turning him towards her .

"Ab kush ho na tum...." Shwetha asked her while they looked at her. She was glaring at her while Neil came in between them. He hold Avni's hand.

"Tu kuch bhi bol Tillu.... Main tumhari Maa hu... Pura haq hai tumhe... But yeh baat kaan khol ke sun le na... I will never ever accept her.... Never..." Shwetha still didn't changed her decision. Avni removed his hand after listening to her which was holding him and about to move while he hold her hand again.

"Then please listen to my decision too.." he said and hold her hand tightly making Avni look at him.

"Main shaadhi karunga tho Avni se hi..." He said and he took Avni from there.
