The ambulance sound was heard and the nurse and the ward boy rushed the stretcher inside the hospital. Avni ran behind them crying and immediately they took him inside the ICU. Avni sat on the chair crying so badly. She don't know what to do. Within sometime, the nurse handover Neil's clothes, his wallet and his phone. Avni looked at shirt which was full of blood. She hugged near her chest. She then called Ali.

Within sometime,

Neil's family reached there with Ali. All of them saw Avni sitting there crying.

"Avni..." Ali ran towards her

"Avni kya hua..." he asked while she can't able to speak at the moment and she was shivering.

"Avni... Say something...." her eyes were getting blurred due to the constant cries while Ali Hold her

Doctor came outside while all rushed to them

"doctor... Mera tillu.." shwetha asked him crying

"He was stabbed... And is injury on head is also little deep...He is  critical...can't able to say anything right now... " the doctor said leaving the khanna fam in shock Ness. While Avni was in utter shockness.

Riya reached there by the information of her goons.

" Aunty... "she went to shwetha, consoling her.

"All is because of that Avni..." shwetha said glaring at her while she looked at her and stood there crying.

"Because of you... This all happen..... Because of you... My tillu is in  critical condition....." she criticize her.

"shwetha.... Dont say anything before knowing what actually happened...." Bebe said and then looked at Avni

"Avni puttar hua kya hai..." Bebe asked while she looked at her

"Bebe..." she was interuppted by Shwetha

"aur kya honi hai bebe.... All had happened na.... Now our tillu is in hospital is because of her....." she shouted while Avni closed her eyes hearing her

"I am sor.." Avni was about to say but had stopped

"Just stops it... Chali jao se...you are a bad luck......" shwetha shouted making her jerk. This hurted her more. Riya stood happily seeing the scene.

"Avni... Come with me.." Ali said taking her from there while she without emotion went with him.

He made her to sit and went to buy some water. He gave the bottle and asked her to drink water. She took the bottle while her hands were shivering. Ali helped her.

" Avni... You have to say... What Had Happened....we cannot leave them as it is.. Who done such thing to you and Neil......" he said while Avni looked at him

Flashback

Avni's pov

The collage got over and I am so excited and nervous at the smae time. Neil told me that it is an important day for him today and for me as well.... My heart started beating now itself and I don't know how I will manage after seeing him.

By thinking I don't know when I reached the parking slot. I saw him who was looking at me. I gave a smile. Then we were started. I took my locket to have a word with Neela ma about my unknown happiness.

Within sometime they reached. They then walk some distance. Neil looked at Avni while her eyes glisten seeing the climate and the view.

" Avni... "he hold her hand and came infront of her still holding her two hands. She looked at him.

" Vo... Hmm..... " he eat his words don't know how to start and his major fear was her reaction after his proposal.

" Avni.... I..... I mean... Do you like this view.." he just turned away and took a deep breath while Avni looked at him confused.

He didn't turned at all, just calming himself.

"Haa Neil... Its so beautiful...." she said and stood beside him

"Hmm...just like you " he said without looking at her while he looked at him suddenly and just looked away

"Neil... You are such an idiot.... God! I am afraid... I am.. the Neil khanna... is afraid? Never?.... Huh... I can do anything.... Me and tension are parallel line... We never intersect each other... I can do anything..." he was blabbering within himself.

" Neil.. Are you okay.. "she asked seeing him odd

" Yeah yeah... Perfect... " he said looking at her and turned

" Avni... I love you.... I love you so much.... You don't know how much I love you.... " he said in a go. While Avni's expression toatly changed.

While Avni slapped him while he hold his cheeks.

"Neil..." she called him for the 7th time and he came out his thoughts

"are you okay?..." she asked

"My proposal was a dream.... Huf!.. Kya thappad tha..." Neil thought sighing

"I am fine Avni..." he said and cursed himself for flopping it so perfectly

Before Avni could say, they hear some bike sound and they turn to see two people coming towards them. Avni and Neil looked at each other and then them.

"You are Avni right..." one of the men said while Avni was shocked. He was about to hold her hand while Neil stopped

"Hello... Who are you?" he asked

"I am her neighbour..." he lied while Avni was confused

"No Neil... I don't know him..." she said while he hold and pulled her

While Neil jerked his hands and pulled Avni to his side. Neil then punched him on his face. He had a fight with them while. One of the men hitted Neil on his forehead.

" Neil!!! "Avni shouted and about to ran towards him while the other men hold her and pushed her on the ground. He took out his knife.

But still Neil got up and fight with the other men. He then saw him who was having knife and he was about to attack her while Neil ran and pushed him while he fell down.

"Avni..." he made her stand

"Neil.." she said seeing him holding his head as the men hitted him little deep.

"Neil... Lets go..." she said crying and hold him while Neil hugged her, closing his eyes.

One of the men got up and went near to stab Avni. While Neil opened his eyes and was shocked. He turned her jerkingly,  holding her near his chest while he stab at Neil's back. His eyes widened. And the men's ran away as they stabbed the wrong person. Riya indeed warned them not to do anything to Neil.

Avni looked at him shockingly.

"Avni... You... You are okay na..." he asked cupping her cheeks while his eyes were getting heavier.

"Neil...neil..."she hold him while her hand reached his back to hold him tightly but felt something in her hands.

Her hands started to shiver seeing the blood and that's when she realized he was stabbed and that why he turned her with jerk and risked his life only to save her

Neil... Neil.... Open your eyes... Neil...NEIL!!!!!" She shouted tapping his cheeks. And hugged him close to her chest.

" Neil... I am sorry..... I am sorry...."she cried hugging him
