After the bell for lunch rang Steph and I rushed to the cafeteria, got food and then sat down on our table and waited for others. A few moments later Ro and Mat showed up.

"Hey guys." She said. We greeted them and Mat sat next to Steph and Ro next to him

Tyler's POV

I was going to the cafeteria when I got pushed against the wall. I looke up and Mike was there.

"I hope you're ready for another round." He said and punched me in the face. I got so angry I kicked him in the stomach and he tumbled down, almost crying.

"Is the big guy just a big baby?" I teased. I laughed to annoy him. He looked at me angry and tried standing up. But soon he fell down again and held his stomach. I cackled at him.

"What are you doing?" Someone called. I turned my head and saw Safiya, Mat, Steph and Ro.

"I..." I trailed off. I didn't know what to say. Saf probably thinks I'm a bully. But I just defended myself. He wanted to beat me up.

"Tyler." She said, then ran towards me and hugged me. "What happened?" She asked.

"He wanted to beat me up and I finally defended myself." I said and Safiya smiled at me. Then Mike stood up and slowly walked away, still in pain. I'm guessing he's going to the nurse's office. "I was just lucky that Mike was here alone, because I wouldn't be unharmed if his friends were here." I said and everyone nodded. Safiya leaned in and kissed me.

"I'm proud of you." She said. I smiled at her.

"Now let's go eat. I'm still hungry." Ro said. We laughed and went to the cafeteria and ate. I was holding Safiya the whole time. I felt so proud that I defended myself today. I think I finally proved to everyone that I'm not a pussy.
