"Ugh it's disgusting." She throws the object over to the side and faces you again.

The whole room fades into darkness except Meleni. She is now floating in front of you. You look down and now see that you are floating too. "Yeah I know that you must be confused but look at me." You look up at her. She is holding the 'object' in her hand. "See this?" You nod. "This is what we call the Wemik. Not a Wemik. The Wemik. The only one. What it does is it lets the owner of it control time."

You give Meleni a scared look. Her expression doesn't change. "Don't worry. When we travel in time with this, it is full-proof that we won't change the past or have like 30 copies of us all over the universe. It just allows us to look at old memories or a sneak peak into the future. Wanna try? You did want to hear about what happened when I was 7. Now this is your chance. Take it or leave it..." Meleni whispers something but you don't catch it and decide not to ask for it might get you into trouble.

You think about it for a minute and finally nod your head. Meleni smiles at you. "Well ok then! We're off!" Everything starts spinning and then a blinding flash of light.
