At the beginning of the game, you will meet Kiana Kaslana, a white-hair girl in twin braids with blue eyes. Her battlesuit, [White Comet] is the first battlesuit and character you're gonna play for.

[White Comet] is a MECH type battlesuit. Pistol / guns are her main weapon in game. Her Ultimate cost 100 sp to burst and uses her combos to deal damage. While attacking, you can see that her SP is running out. It's like a timer.

After that, you will soon meet Raiden Mei, Kiana's g̶i̶r̶l̶f̶r̶i̶e̶n̶d̶  best friend. She will be your second battlesuit, [Crimson Impulse], a BIO type battlesuit . Mei uses sword / katana as her main weapon. Unlike Kiana's, her Ultimate will unleashes and will probably bleed enemies. It's also very strong than Kiana's in my opinion.

Later in the Dorm Supply, you have to use the Dorm Card for a new valkyrie - later discussed by Ai Chan. If you don't... You'll ruin the game :') So you have to spend 1 dorm card that Ai Chan gave you for free

(Am I going to get a new S-Rank after I got Dorm Card for free in the Dorm Supply?) 100% No. Instead you'll get Bronya Zaychik , [Valkyrie Chariot] PSY battlesuit.

Most players forgotten about it, because they're scared of not getting an S rank. And they have no idea that it was actually the "needed" valk for a begginers like them. And she's very important for both Kiana and Mei, they need a support valk!

[Valkyrie Chariot] is a PSY type valk. Bronya uses canon / lasers. She's not a main DPS, she's only a support. Her Ultimate gathers enemies and possibly bleeds them. If you click her Ultimate, well you need to switch out and choose another valkyrie for battle.

Here's an important note:

BIO counters PSY
PSY counters MECH
MECH counters BIO

So this is like (talking about the 3 battlesuit that is introduced) :

Mei is stronger against Bronya
Bronya is stronger against Kiana
Kiana is stronger against Mei

And there will be two types that counter each other and themselves, which is QUA (Quantum) and IMG (Imaginary)

And the last type that have no weaknesses is the Unknown type, usually for bosses.

  Why there's a different color of the valkyrie's in the profile

If you noticed, you already know that Kiana is a MECH type character, Mei is BIO, and Bronya is PSY. To know the types quickly, it will usually shows in their profiles.

MECH is Blue
BIO is Orange
PSY is Pink

QUA is Purple
IMG is Yellow

Also take note that Kiana, Mei, Bronya and other valkyries can also have DIFFERENT TYPES- except Seele who's battlesuit is all a QUA type
