Season: Spring

Holiday: Easter

~Ingredients:

-Brownie:

1 Cup White Sugar.

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.

1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour.

1/4 Teaspoon Salt.

1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder.

1/2 Cup Butter, Melted and then cooled.

2 Eggs.

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract.

-Chocolate Frosting:

3 Tablespoons Butter, softened.

3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.

2 Tablespoons Whole Milk (or Heavy Cream).

1 Tablespoon Honey.

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract.

1 Cup Powdered Sugar.

-Orange Frosting:

1 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips.

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil.

Orange Food Coloring.

-Carrot:

12 Wooden Skewers, for dipping.

12 Large Strawberries.

-Carrot Patch:

1 Package Oreo Cookies, crushed.

Robbin Candy Eggs, for garnish.

~Directions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Sift together the dry ingredients. Place into a jar or in an air tight container. Set aside.

Step 3: Melt the butter and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 4: In a medium bowl, beat the two eggs and the vanilla extract.

Step 5: Add in and gently stir the dry ingredients.

Step 6Pour the melted butter into brownie mixture and mix until just incorporated.

Step 7: Pour into the baking pan and bake for about 20-22 minutes.

Step 8: Remove from the pan and set it aside to cool.

Step 9Orange Frosting: In a small deep bowl, microwave white chocolate chips on high for about one minute, stirring every 20 seconds to remove the lumps.

Step 10: Add coconut oil and 10 drops of orange food coloring. Mix until well combined.

Step 11: Making the Carrots: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 12: Pierce each strawberry with a skewer and dunk the strawberries in the melted orange chocolate. Repeat if more coat is needed.

Step 13: Place on lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set. This will take about 15 minutes.

Step 14: Making the Chocolate Frosting: Combine the room temperature butter, cocoa, honey, vanilla and sugar.

Step 15: With a mixer combine the ingredients for about 30 seconds.

Step 16Slowly add in the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach desired consistency.*

Step 17: Frost the brownies and then top with crushed oreos.

Step 18: To Make The Carrot Patch: Top the brownies with the carrots and garnish with the Robin Eggs.**

Step 19: Slice into squares and serve.

*The reason we said slowly was because you may not need all 3 tablespoons, you may need 1 more. It all depends on you and what type of consistency you would like.

** You can also add some peeps instead of robin egg candy. You can also do M&Ms on it if you want.

Enjoy!
