Ethan's POV

She told me the surgery worked I was so happy. I won't worry about him. Well I will but not as much.
I thank her for telling me. And a doctor came out with Mark.

"Oh my god Mark!!!! Its gone!!!! I'm so happy!!!!" I say hugging him.

"Umm... Ethan." Mark said.

"Yeah."

"PEOPLE NEED TO BREATH!" Mark yelled. I let go. Mark was laughing. I lightly punched his arm.

"You scared me." I say.

"I know." Mark said. I lightly punch him again.

"I know." I mimic.

"We should probably go." Mark said. I nod realizing people staring at us. We left the building. Mark drove us back to his house. We decided to tell the fans.

"Hello everybody my name is Markiplier and this is a vlog explaining how surgery went. I will tell you it worked. But I don't know everything about it because they drugged me. But I'm fine now so..." Mark said.

"We need to celebrate!" I yell.

"Okay but how?" Mark asked.

"Livestream duh." I say.

"Right, we will do a livestream tomorrow at 12pm." Mark said, "anyway we got to go because I want pizza."

"Pineapple on pizza!" I say.

"Okay half pineapple." Mark says.

"Yes!" I yell.

"Buh bye!" Mark yells. Then he turned off the camera. I look at Mark smiling. I always wonder if he really loves me. I always wonder if our love is real or fake. Should I ask him about it. If it's fake I would be so mad and sad.

I see Mark uploaded his video. I see comments.

Tears were wanting to fall out of my eyes. I didn't think that 5/10 comments were hate on me. I guess people don't like me dating Mark. I know I should talk to Mark about it but how. I felt a small amount of tears on my face. I guess people don't like our relationship. I don't know how to tell Mark. I will soon. But I need sleep. In my world I need sleep.
