"I am ready but I don't know who will pick me." you pouted after checking yourself in the mirror. You were wearing the white wedding dress which was gifted by Jungkook. You knew he won't be able to avert his eyes from you once you enter the scene.

"Where are you both going?" Jaehwa asked.

You shrugged.

"So everything is surprise? I love surprises. I wish Jackson can give me one."

You guffawed but you paused when you heard the door bell.

Jaehwa opened the door only to spot a handsome man standing tall and proud. His facial features were crisp and firm, he smiled and then averted his eyes towards you from Jaehwa.

Who was he?

"Hello, my name is Xiumin."

Xiumin? You know that name.

"Who are you? What do you want?" Jaehwa asked.

"Jaehwa.." you walked towards the door. She doesn't knows about him, Jungkook's friend.

"Hi.." you waved your hand. "You are Jungkook's friend. Am I right?" you asked with hesitation.

He nodded, smiling. "I am here to take you. Jungkook told me so."

"Oh.." you looked at Jaehwa. "I will be get going."

"Yeah sure." Jaehwa, "Have fun. All the best." she whispered and you nudged her.

You followed Xiumin downstairs, he was leading all the way towards the parking. When you reached, Xiumin opened the door for you. He was handsome with well built, he had a constant smile on his face.

"Where is Jungkook?" you asked when your eyes met his. He was gazing at you, you could see his eyes were glued to your face, studying it.

"You will know." he said and you sat inside the car. He closed the door and walked towards the driver's seat. The whole time he didn't spoke nor you tried to initiate the conversation. You looked outside, trying to guess the path.

The car entered a lavish restaurant and he parked aside.

"Your destination." he said as he looked at you from the rear view mirror.

"Okay.." you replied. "But where to go?"

"They will lead you."

You nodded as you got down from the car. Xiumin stared at you from the window as he called Jungkook.

"Done buddy?"

"Yes Jungkook."

"Good..!"

"Jungkook, I must say... she is beautiful even I would have fallen for her."

"Yah.. you punk.. stay in your limits."

Xiumin chuckled. "Come on Jungkook. Don't worry.. I will spare her only for you."

"As if I care..." he chuckled.

"Okay, enjoy dude. One more thing. The parking is under repair so the car will be parked outside. Take the note."

"Okay Xiumin. Bye.."

Xiumin hung the call and smiled.

Jungkook was waiting for you, his hand clutching nothing but air, he was nervous, hella nervous. Never in his life he imagined that a day will come in his life when he will be standing tall and proud yet nervous for you on your date. Jungkook knew everything was well prepared, he personally took the note of everything, he wanted the moment to be special, it is your last date after all.

He sucked air, the atmosphere was pleasant, he did every single thing. For your date he chose an open terrace restaurant of the most famous hotel in Taipei. The view from the terrace was impressive, stunning, moonlight and stars witnessing your love, life is blessing for him tonight.

The door opened and that's when his breathe was stuck in the midway. He looked at you, his breathe perishing slowly and the time froze, he gazed at you from head to toe. You were beautiful, dressed in a white wedding gown only for him. For a moment he wished it should have been a church rather than a hotel and you should have been walking down the aisle towards him on your marriage. Jungkook was on brink of tears, tomorrow is his marriage with Ruby and today he is with you, only you. He knew his life won't be his when the sun rises because his soul will soon merge with you tonight.

You smiled, waving a bit. The gown was too much you thought but then you agreed just because of him, because he wanted. You knew it was his dream to marry you, say "I do." but then he cannot so you decided to be his date cum bride tonight. You studied him, he was dressed well in a tuxedo, fine art indeed.

You walked and stood in front of him. He didn't blinked.

"Done staring?" you asked playfully.

Jungkook nodded, looking away for a second, the tip of his nose turning red. "You should have wore the veil as well.." he chuckled.

You laughed it off.

"Even the stars are staring at you tonight.."

You blushed due to his statement.

"Come on.." he said as he lead you, he pulled a chair for you to sit and then he walked towards his place.

"If tomorrow is judgment day and I’m standing on the front line... the Lord asks me what I did with my life.. I will say I spent it with you." he said as he took his place.

You grinned a bit, slightly throwing a limp hair strand aside and then you looked at the male, he was gorgeous, cute and handsome. The moonlight showed a different shade of Jungkook, you were happy that his facial feature were taken by Jay because then at least you have a mini form of Jungkook by your side. You wished Jay should have been here, a family dinner could have been better.

"Tried making everything special just for you."

You nodded, you know everything he plans is special for you.

"The arrangements are beautiful."

Jungkook raised his head, "Thanks." he was happy due to your words. "I thought of making it special for you.. for us." he replied, his smile never fails to flutter your heart.

A cold breeze passed by and you shivered a little, you could feel the hair behind your neck standing just by the way he was staring at you. You both did a small talk about Jay, about you.

After dinner, Jungkook stood up as he walked towards you, he asked for your hand. "Can I?"

You smiled a bit and placed your hand on his palm. He was overwhelmed just by the way your body came in contact. You rose from the chair and followed him towards the railing.

"Jungkook.."

He stopped and turned, a sincere smile was plastered on his face, you saw a spark in his eyes. How can you even live without him? Tomorrow, he cannot call himself yours once the sun rises.

"Today I wanted to do something for you Haewon." He averted his eyes towards the beautiful view, you could see the entire city of Taipei from the terrace, everything looked so tiny from the top.

"We have this beautiful city of Taipei witnessing our love. They have been invited to our marriage."

Your mouth flew open. What is he talking?

"I know I will be marrying her tomorrow but then I want to say 'I do..' to you." he inhaled, his chest raising and falling.

"Jungkook.." his name rolled off from your lips.

"We don't need any church or Pastor for our vows..." he slightly paused followed by a smile, he gripped your hands and lifted it. "I, Jeon Jungkook promise you that I will always love you, I will always stay by your side in ups and downs. I will love you and cherish you." his eyes dripped with tears, the wall, firm wall which he had made inside him had collapsed moment by moment. It was impossible for you to hold on. The man standing in front of you, the man who should have been destined to be with you is proposing, his vows were genuine.

"Do you want to repeat?" he asked as he swallowed his tears.

You nodded, clearing your throat. "I, Kang Haewon promise you that I will always love you, I will always stay by your side in ups and downs. I will love you and cherish you." you completed with a smile, Jungkook had his eyes set on you while you were speaking, it was impossible to not look away.

"Do you accept me as your husband?"

"I do..!" you chimed, chewing your lower lip, "Do you accept me as your wi..wife..?" you hesitated, the word 'wife' sounded pleasing to hear.

"I do..!!" Jungkook was excited as if he was ready to reply as soon as you complete.

You both giggled like a teenage couple who just fell in love with each other few weeks ago. You saw Jungkook pulled a velvet box from his pocket which revealed a ring. Your smile was indescribable, finally the time arrived when he sealed your love with the ring. You stared at him, his facial features, studying everything which now belongs to you.

Two different world had reunited tonight.

"This is insane.." you replied when he kissed your hand.

"I know.." he pulled you closer in his embrace, your chest touching his, breathe tangling, you both were a kiss away from each other.

"I am yours Haewon, I always was. Tomorrow I will marry her but that means nothing.. I will always be yours, for me you are my wife."

"I love you.. Is all that you can’t say. Years gone by and still words don’t come easily. Like I love you, I love you. But you can say baby.. baby can I hold you tonight? Maybe if I told you the right words at the right time, you’d be mine?" he whispered the lines of the song.

You bit your lip and tightened your fingers, your hands gripping his coat, a shiver shook you. You inhaled his scent. "How can I love when I’m afraid to fall? But watching you stand alone, all of my doubt suddenly goes away somehow. I have died every day waiting for you. Darling, don’t be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years. I’ll love you for a thousand more."

You noticed he was already crying, his voice turned groggy midway, his thick lashes stuck together, he was crying, the tears made wet tracks down his face. Tip of his nose turned red, you pinched it, giggling a little.

"Don't cry.. I am always here for you." you were not able to hold your tears after seeing his vulnerable state.

"I know.." he controlled his overwhelming feelings, "I want to treat you like my wife. I want to make you feel things... I want to love you all night Haewon..will you-"

"Yes.." you pecked his lips and his smile returned.

"Let's go.."

You nodded. Jungkook released you. You both walked towards the entrance. His support and presence was all you needed because you always knew he is the one.

You both walked down, he was happy and so were you.

"You wait outside. I will tell someone to bring the car. The parking is under repair."

"Okay.." you walked outside the main gate as soon as Jungkook left. Wind was rushing through your dress, you hugged yourself while walking. The street was bit crowded and people were gawking at you, at your dress but you didn't care because you had a great time and you knew it will be great night as well.

A mischievous smile was plastered on your face when you studied your ring. It was beautiful, stunning.

"Haewon…!!"

You quickly turned towards the source, you spotted Jungkook running towards you. A smile was formed on your face as if you thought he is going to hug you but you were wrong when you landed from your dream world and spotted his terrifying expression, he was signaling you to move. Something is wrong...!!

"What? Jung-"  your words were cut off by the noisy car which was in full speed, before you could complete and map what was happening, Jungkook pushed you hard and you fell on the other side of the road. Unfortunately​, he failed to escape resultant; he got hit by the car in front of your eyes.

"Jungkook..!!"
