Anni's pov..

" What are you doing here?" I asked Karan boringly as he entered my cabin. He gave me a duh look and rolled his eyes.

"Neil went to meet your Dad." He said sitting on the visiting chair. I looked at him surprised.

" Good." I said thinking about the consequences of his meeting my dad. I thought for a second thinking about the worst possibility. " Alright, not good I think." I said nervously.

"Played the worst possibilities in your head?" He asked chuckling and I nodded.

"Same here." He said sighing.

"I just hope Dad doesn't get mad." I said biting my lips.

" I think he won't." He said.

" But I don't trust Neil in this. He can act like a fool not the weird kinda but like being too sweet which you already know dad dont like." I said sighing.

" He won't..relax. He is too serious about you to mess anything up even though you haven't confess to him." He said to me rolling his eyes mocking me.

" I don't believe in that word. But I am trying to accept my feelings." I told him sighing.In just few days I became from the girl who never wanted love to the girl who actually wanna believe in it but it's hard to do it.

"Someday you will believe that exists and you will give it the value. You need to trust in yourself." He said.

" I think I still need time." I said sighing as I close my eyes.

" Take your time." He said.

" If something goes wrong then I will regret about it later, this why I want to take it slow." I said.I really dont wanna mess anything up neil is quite a gem when in relationship I really dont wanna hurt him by doing anything even if that's unintentional.

" Don't let him go. Though I am sure he won't leave you ever even if you try to leave him. Still just don't make him feel you are not happy with him. Just try to give your relationship a chance. I bet you won't regret about it later." He said.

" Thinking about it." I said nodding.

" Just let your insecurities go for once. You can't live like this. Time to be happy. And you deserve it." He said and I tried to smile.

" Done with your fake smile." He rolled his eyes and I laughed.

" Don't forget this smile worked on Samuel Henderson. Otherwise there must be a big blunder on the wedding day." I said smirking at him.

Samuel Henderson is a psycho.Who was obsessed over my sister from a long time dad warned him many times but he was an asshole who couldn't understand that and during anna and Karen's engagement he made a blunder about their engagement he also shot anna.

But atlast the bullet couldn't go deeper cause Karan pulled anna away and also karan completed the ring ceremony in the hospital when anna woke up.

" Don't take that Bastard's name in front of me. He is lucky enough that I let him go and suffer in the jail instead of shooting him directly in his brain. He should be thankful for that. But I swear if I see him again no one will be able to save him from me." He said gritting his teeth. Yeah, I mean he is right. If even I see that bastard I will do the same. My dad almost killed him but karan said we no need to do it. He will suffer anyway.

" Then why did you let him go that time?" I asked him confused.

" I just thought like a matured person. If we kill him then his family will be after our families. This why I didn't kill him. He better suffer in the jail. Besides if we kill him he will get rid of the pain at once but if we make him suffer and spoil his reputation that will eat him alive every time. It will be more painful than death." He said sighing while clutching his fist.

" You're evil sometimes but your ideas are good." I admitted chuckling.

" I know that." He said smirking.

" Full of yourself too." I said glaring at him.

" Yeah, know that either." He said grinning.

" Want coffee?" I asked him rolling my eyes.

" Yeah. Make it 2." He said and I heard a knock.

" Come in." I said. The next moment I saw widely smiling Neil entering the cabin. I looked at him raising one of my eyebrows. He smiled more and more.

"What happened?"I asked confused.

"You can guess that why bother to ask me." He said shrugging as he sat beside Karan's chair.

"I can't now tell me." I said looking at him.

"Got the permission." He said grinning.

" Woah!!! How? I mean was Dad angry? Did he shout at you or threatened you? Did you do any stupidity?" I asked him narrowing my eyes.

"Slow down and keep your curiosity on the bay cause I am not going to reveal things." He said and winked at me. I glared at him.

"Tell us already." I said more like whined.

"Nah, Babe." He said smirkingly.

"Ok, break up. I won't date with a guy who is so much secretive." I said. " Even Jonny is better than that." I said.

" Who is Jonny now?" He asked in a jealous tone narrowing his eyes.

" My classmate. I think I will date him instead of you." I said.

" Try me, Babe. Try me." He said looking at me.Damn his this passionate look is something i can never get enough of.

" I feel like a third wheel here. I am going to pick up Anna. Meet us in Greene's restaurant. Let's have lunch together. We will be waiting."karan said rolling his eyes as he walked out of my cabin.

"Get out." I said to Neil.

"What babe? I didn't heard that." He said smirkingly.

"You are annoying." I said more like whined.

" Nah, babe, nah. I am handsome, dashing, hot and list goes on." He said. I rolled my eyes but tried to hide the smile as what he was saying were facts.

" Don't roll your eyes they will stuck in a awkward position." He said.

"What?!" I asked him looking at him weirdly.

"That's what karan told me this morning." He said and laughed.

" Stupid got his stupid friend." I mumbled.

" I heard that, Babe." He said smirking.

" Well it's truth." I said glaring.

" Nah, Babe. I am not at all stupid." He said winking.

" You're." I said and stood up to get the file from the cabinet. Damn it!!! Why did I wore shoes today instead of heels?!!

" Need any help, babe?" I heard Neil behind me.

" No, thanks." I said trying to reach the file. Suddenly he got the file and I turned to take it.

" Here." He extended the file towards me. I was about to take it but he pulled it away grinning.

" It's not free." He said winking.

"Now what do you want?" I crossed my arms over my chest.

"You already know that." He said smirkingly.

" I don't know, stupid." I said.

" Are you really clueless ?" He asked looking at me smirkingly.

"This is my office." I said at once getting what he was about to say.

" So what?! You are my girlfriend." He said shrugging as he pulled me closer by my waist as my hands landed on his well built chest.

" You claimed that forcefully. I didn't agree." I said narrowing my eyes.

" Same, Babe. Same." He said winking.

" No. Not same. You didn't ask me. At least." I said. "Liam at least asked me. But you didn't. I should dat-" I was saying but he pressed his lips on mine and stopped me from uttering anything more.

I tried to freed myself but soon I gave up. I mean I love the feelings he was creating in me. I hope this relationship works. I really will work hard about it and make it work. I will make myself believe in love and may be one day I can say I love you back to Neil. He deserves that. He really really does. I am hoping to make him happy one day.
