Gwen's POV
Wednesday 15th August 2007

After what happened on Sunday, I've been feeling very on edge. My birthmark also was showing very faint on my arm, so I had to wear a long sleeve today.

Henry's words has continued to replay in my mind like a broken record. The thought of someone hurting him, far less Aiden, angers me to the core.

"Hey girl you okay?"

"Huh?" I snap out of my thoughts. Looking to Jewel.

"You've been staring off into space for the past 10 minutes now." Jewel says leaning on to the counter.
"Matter a fact, you've been weird all week."

"Oh. Yeah, just thinking about a few things. How was the date with Fred by the way? I forgot to ask."

"Horrible!" She shouts, slamming her hands on the counter. I stare at her in shock.
"I have never and will never date a guy with such a arrogant, self centered, sexist ego. It took everything in me not to slap him right then and there." She says throwing her hands in the air.

"Can you believe he literally passed the bill to me. I mean a girl has no problem paying the bill. She has her own money. But the fact that he took it, read it, and then handed it to me talking about "handle that babe." Ahh!!!!" She screams dramatically. I look around the store just making sure there weren't any customers in here.

"Even the waiter was shocked. First of all, I ain't your babe."

"And everybody talks about how he's such an amazing guy." I say.

"Amazing? Huh! More like stale bread, with mold on it. He has such a horrible personality. He only talks about himself and how much money he makes. His ego is as big as the ocean, and he has no respect whatsoever for public servants.

He threatened the waiter Gwen. Threatened! To have the guy fired because he brought him iced water,instead of cold water. That was the moment I realised the level of stupidity I was dinning with." She says shaking her head and I laugh.

The Chimes sound off, Javier walking in.

"Ciao amori miei!(Hello my loves!)
Ready to go?" Mr. Javier says. His strong italian accent sticking out.

"Yep. We just have to get our things and close up." Ms. D says walking out the back.
"I'll go with Javier Gwen. Jewel can go with you. We'll follow behind you guys, pick up Aidie and then we'll head over to the school together."

"Okay sure. Well andiamo!(let's go)We don't want to be late and not get parking spaces." He says, taking her bags from her.

Mr. Javier and Ms. D are not officially yet, but they have been on a few dates recently. The two should just make it official honestly. They already act like they are.

Finally arriving at Jashville High, we find two free parking spots next to each other. Match day is considered a big thing in Jashville. Almost everyone in town shows up.

"It's a good thing we decided to come early. We may not have gotten these spots if we were late." Jewel says. Going to the back I take Aiden out the car. Jewel getting our bags for me.

"Rosie!!!" Aiden shouts and starts fighting for me to put him.

Closing the car door, I put him down and he runs over a her. Who wastes no time lifting him up. Emmett watches them smiling, proceeding to tickle his belly, making him laugh.

Unfortunately Edward and Bella couldn't come physically to the game because of Renessmae but they're watching it at home.

"Hi love. How was your day?" Carlisle greets. Pulling me into a hug, and kissing my cheek.

"It was good.How was yours?" I say smiling.

"It was good. The others are already inside holding our seats."

"Carlisle!! È bello vederti campione.(Good to see you champ)"

"You too Javier." He says side hugging him.

"Can we go in before I feel more single." Jewel says walking off.

"Don't worry Jewel amore. You'll meet the one soon." Mr. Javier says, as we follow after her.

We stood in the line waiting our turn to get our snacks. Rosalie went to sit with Aiden.

Carlisle explained to me the bond between them. It seems Rosalie and Aiden has a stronger sybling bond than the others. The two are practically inseparable when they get together.

"Are you sure you'll be able to watch the game?" Carlisle asks.

"Yeah. I promised Henry if I got to anxious I'll leave. But I don't think we have to worry though." I tell him, feeling confident in myself.

Flashback to this morning.

"Henry aren't you nervous?"

"A little yeah but not that much. Coach says if we stay focus and continue working together as we have done these past few days, we'll do a great job." He pauses fixing his bag.

After trying out officially for the team, Henry ended up taking over Wilson's old position as striker. James even told him that when Wilson was there, yes they won games but their teamwork was very strained.

Wilson only did what he thought was right and rarely listens to what James told him. So much so, that he said everyone was happy that he was suspended. There were no unnecessary confrontations and the team worked well together.

"Are you sure you can watch the game?" He asks, turning to look at me.

"Yes I can. The only time my emotions mess up the weather is when my emotions become intense. I don't think there'll be any problems." I tell him, he gives me the look.

"If it gets to much-"

"I'll leave. Promise."

End of Flashback

The teams stand in line, James and the other teams captain I suppose going up to the referee for the coin toss. James wins giving Jashville the ball first. Everyone goes into position. Cheers ringing off in the stadium.

"Let's go Henry!!!" Emmett shouts.
"Ya!! Henry!!" I cheer. Aiden sat cutely in Rosalie's arms, with his headset on. Arms up in the air cheering as well.

The referee blows the whistle starting the game.

I watch on as the game goes. James at center back gets the ball, passing it to the goal keeper who then passes it to, Gregory at wing back. Running up with the ball the other team tries to take the ball but he passes it to Jason, their attacking midfielder.

I had asked Henry to explain everyone's position to me, so I wouldn't be confused.

"Let's go Jashville Strikers!!"

Jason runs up field with the ball, passing it forward until the ball reached Henry.

"Let's go Henry!!!"

Henry moves up with the ball passing it to Dallas. A defender on the other team marking him for the ball. He tries to slide but Dallas passes the ball just in time to Henry who kicks the ball toward Mitchell who kicks it in the goal post. The goalkeeper jumps to block it but misses it giving us the first goal of the game in 15 minutes.

Loud cheers erupted around the field. Striker fans blowing on their horns. Others waving their flags.

The boys celebrating their goal.

3RD Person's POV

"With only 7 more minutes left in extra time, Jashville Strikers and Everton Warriors are tied 2:2 after, Warrior's forward Aston scored a beautiful free kick, after returning from half time. Fans on both sides are very anxious as time continues to count down. The weather seems to be feeling the tension as well." The announcer says.

"The Warriors are carrying the ball down the field. Most of the warriors going down the field to help. Richards passes the ball back to Daleson, Oh!! Johnson intercepts kicking the ball back up field to Dallas Martinez. Martinez passes the ball to Jason. He kicks...Oh!! That was very close. It's going to be a goal kick."

"What a nail biter this is. Only 3 minutes left on clock. Jason with a slide in, Matthews, Strikers' central midfielder has the ball, he passes it to Benedict. Warriors defends.
Benedict passes the ball to Dallas, Dallas kicks the ball... Ah!! Blocked by the goalkeeper but he doesn't hold it!Sweeper manages to kick the ball out field. Rewarding the Strikers with a corner kick.

I cannot believe this John!! We haven't had a game as excited as this one since the starting of the season.
Can the Strikers make a goal with this corner kick."

"I agree. Henry Benedict is taking the corner kick for the strikers. I must admit Victor, he has been giving us a great performance and showing a lot of skill through out the entire game today. Even with it being his first time."

"I totally agree with you. Even the teamwork between Strikers seem to be more at ease at today's game. Okay here he goes. This is it. This corner kick seals the deal. Is this the tie breaker? Or will we be ending today's game with a draw?"

"Both teams are lined up at the goal post. Benedict gets ready....the whistle blows.

He kicks....

GOAL!!!!!!!

WHAT A GOAL VICTOR!! HAVE YOU SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. HITTING OFF THE CORNER OF THE POST INTO THE NET. NO ASSIST, NO HEAD SHOT. STRAIGHT FROM THE CORNER INTO THE POST!!" John shouts.

"Even the weather seems to agree John, that was a beautiful goal! Great job Henry Benedict. What a way to end the game! What a victory for the Strikers!"

Gwen's POV

We stood outside by our cars, waiting for Henry to come out.

"I must say, the rain came in well with the final goal." Jewel says, and I laugh awkwardly.

"It's as if it felt what we were feeling huh." Ms. D says smirking at me. I smile sheepishly. The others laughing knowingly.

"Henry!!!!" Aiden shouts. We turn in the direction of the school, to see Henry and James walking out together. Both cleaned up and looking fresh.
"You won Henry!!"

"We did!!" Henry says taking Aiden from Rosalie and throwing him up in the air and catching him.

"Great job as well James." I say.

"Thanks Ms.B." He says. A charming smile taking over his face.
"I know it's a school night but Coach is taking the team over to the pizzeria to celebrate. We won't be out late. 10pm for the latest."

"Oh. How are you getting there?" I ask Henry.

"James said he doesn't mind taking me and dropping me home."

"Yep." He throws his hand over his shoulder.
"I'll make sure he is home by 10pm Ms. B."

"Oh okay. Stay safe then." I tell him.

"I will, don't worry. I'll bring something back for you." He says kissing Aiden's cheek before, handing him back to Rosalie.The two joking around with each other as they leave.

"Why do I feel like a mother who just sent her kid off to college." I say, watching after them sadly.

"I think its more of the realization that he's getting older." Ms. D says watching after him as well. We look to each other.

"17 already."
"18 next month." Ms. D says.

"Where has time gone." We say at the same time.

Honey's POV

Stay safe... Stay safe...

The creeking of the door, awakens me from my dream. The familiar footsteps of the guard heard. They turn on the lights blinding me.

"Has she eaten today?"

"No sir. She's refusing to eat." The guard says.

"Come on Honey. Are you going to remain this stubborn."

"Shut up Anderson."

"All you have to do is tell me where she is?" He says stooping down to my level on the ground and lifting my head to him.

"No." I say looking up at him.

"Ah!!! You stubborn woman!!!! I am your king!"

"A King protects and watches over his people. All you have done is cause havoc... and distress to the people of Faitoria. Father...would of declared it differently if you hadn't killed him." I tell him, my voice weak from not eating for the past month.

"And what? Do you think you could rule better than me little sister? You have no clue of what is going on. Don't be so quick to judge." He says storming out the room in a fit of rage. Slamming the door behind him.

I try to sitting up but it only resulted to serious pain throughout my body.

"Okay Honey, on three. One...TWO!!!!!" Sitting up, I fight to catch my breath. My entire body feeling so weak. At least I had a bed in this cell of a room.

After Darla and I separated, I went out in search of answers. Darla was not meant to get her powers at 16. I also had to find out who had the bounty on me, which turned out to be my brother. I tried going to the Elders in Eltria but I had to wait a few years before I could.

Everyone, everywhere was looking for me. I needed the search to die down first before I could do anything. I stayed in Sweden for about 7 years. Living in a cottage house that my father told me about. Apparently it belongs to him and my birth mother. My mom would teleport them there, so that no one would be able to track them when thy wanted to get away.

Eventually I finally got to visit Elder Simone, one of the last remaining Wise Ones.

Flashback

"But Elder Simone. How is that even possible. She is only suppose to control the elements." I tell her, pacing her living room floor.

"The legend of the Elementress was basically an old folk tale that no one really believed. Year after year the royal family gave birth to boys. So when the queen became pregnant, no one paid mind to it, because we already assumed it would be a boy. However when rumors started to spread that Queen Marianna was carrying the first female born. That old folk tale became reality.

Unfortunately before anyone could celebrate, or plan their evil, the queen was poisoned and her baby had died.

I was sadden when I heard the news,but I believe the kingdom grieved a whole lot more when the gender was confirmed to be their first princess. The first female royal after centuries. The possible Elementress...dead. Why? Because the King's brother's wife, was jealous of her sister in law. Either way, there was always strife between the royal family ever since the late king decided to crown his youngest son instead of the oldest. Life went on after that. Prince Ethan was born, and it seemed we were back to the top. Sit down Honey, you're towering over me." She tells me, and I finally sit down for the first time since I got here.

"What about me? What do I have to do with this?"

"Your father and the Queen, were never truly in love. They were forced in an arrange marriage to join the Fairy Kingdom and Faitoria. Your mother, was the King's first love and the woman he wanted to marry. They met on one of you father's trip to Eltria. Him a Fai, her a fairy. And a very powerful one at that. Sadly his father didn't care of that. Power was all he wanted."

"But aren't Fais and Fairies the same? Why would they need to join alliances?" I ask.

"Fai's and Fairies were once a single kingdom. Prince Valiant and Valon Ter. Valiant was full fairy and Valon was born without the power to fly. He was not the only one also. Seeing as there were many others in the kingdom just like him." She explains.

"Fai was the name given to those who didn't possess the power fly. A name meant to show that they were half of what they were norn to be.

However despite his family's dislike to him, Valon was favored by many in the kingdom and all those like him. Surprisingly when the time came for a new King to be crowned,their father choose Valon instead of Valient, which shocked many people. It seemed that even though his father did not show his affection towards him, he had always been watching his son.

He saw how greatly he was favored and how powerful he was even though he couldn't fly. Valiant because of it, became bitter and filled of hatred towards his brother. Many fairies hated the idea of an outcast, a half breed, a Fai leading them, and it caused an uprising within the Kingdom, Valiant leading them. With the threat of war and not wanting anyone to die, Valon decided to step down as King with the condition of taking those who choose to leave with him. Almost half of the kingdom left with him that day and Valon went on to build his own kingdom with the help of King Terman,Darla's many greats grandfather."

"So that's how Fai's and El's became acquinted." I say and she nods.

"Fairies and Fai's remained enemies for many generations after that, until your grandfather gave the Fairy king a choice, either go to war, or he surrenders his control to him in the form of an alliance. When your mother told your father of you, they decided to keep you a secret.

You're very powerful Honey. Not many Fai's have the powers that you have. And because of your photokinesis, you are the first fai to fly. And because of your mother's multiple powers, you have surpassed every Fai in the category of power." She says analyzing me.

"So that's why I was chosen."

"You have just much part to play to this whole thing as The Elementress, Honey. You've been gone from her life for what? Ten- Twelve years now. Word is spreading of a new enemy and the possibility of a war we have never seen before. And if Darla is as powerful as you say she is, and her powers are sometimes so greatly influenced by her emotions, there is no surety of what were to happen if she lost all sense of reality because some power hungry fool was to be the cause of that." She says.

"The Elementress was born to protect those she loves and her people. If everything you told me happened simply because someone spoke ill of you... imagine what were to happen if someone she loves is killed."
