Shahvaiz's POV.

"Get ready dude." I looked at my friend Mobeen who was smiling as he set the turban on my head.

"I'm ready. Are you enjoying my conditions?" I asked looking at him who put the stroller around my neck and nodded.

"Very. If your marriage succeed then I'll think to marry." He said and I smiled shaking my head and walked in front of the mirror to see myself.

"Boys let's say good bye to this room forever because now his best friend cum wife will not going to let us enter this room again." Mobeen said looking at my friends seated behind on the couch and cushions.

"Well said brother." Atif said and I chuckled.

"I by myself will not allow you all to enter my room now!" On my words,they looked at me shocked and smilingly I walked out of the room while I felt them running behind me.

"Such a shameless groom." Commented Mobeen and I nodded.

"I'm." I said and went down in the hall where the function was arranged.

"You ready son. Mashallah you're looking so handsome." Mom said coming closer to me and I hugged her.

"You happy?" I asked and she gave the answer with a nod.

"Let's go. It's time now." Dad said and I nodded.

Going to the chairs,I sat one of them and my friends gathered around me. My heart beat increased as I saw the Qazi Sahib coming with Dad.

"Get ready to fall in love." Atif whispered in my ear while I nudged my arm in his stomach to stop him

But truly my heart started to beat differently. I never felt this kind of feelings. Like butterflies flying in my stomach. I was smiling on my own condition.

"Bismilla Qazi Sahib." I heard Dad and I held my breath.

The moment was just coming. I couldn't stop my heart beating so fast that I could feel it beating in my ears.

"Do you Shahvaiz Imtiaz son of Muhammad Imtiaz accept Shanze Gul daughter of Muhammad Aetezaz as your wife with the Mahr of 50,00,00?" Qazi asked and I closed my eyes to take a deep breath.

"I do." With a smile I said.

Qazi repeated the question for more two times and I replied the same accepting my best friend as my wife, my companion.

"Congratulations." The hall filled up with the voices of congrats.

Marriage certificate was brought forward and I looked at the sign which were already done by Shanze accepting me as her husband. With a smile, I signed it and once again all applauded and hugged each other. My dad and mom came to now and hugged me with happiness. I could see the tears of happiness in my mom's eyes.

"Why are you crying Mom? Aren't you happy?" I asked and she shook her head negatively.

"I'm so happy son. Thank you." Mom said and I kissed her forehead.

"Boys take him out in the lawn. We are bringing the bride." Mom said looking at my friend while my heart jumped with her thought.

"Let's go." Atif said and I nodded.

I walked out with the beautiful strange feelings, rising in my heart.

"Already lost in bhabhi's thoughts!" Mobeen said and all laughed.

All the guest came out in the lawn which was decorated beautiful with lights and candles. I went toward the stage and sat on the sofa placed there waiting for her.

"Hey bhabhi is coming." Atif jumped and my eyes moved toward the entrance of lawn.

I forgot to blink. In deep red Lehnga with beautiful make-up and jewellery, she was taking slow steps toward me in the circle of her friends while some of her friends were throwing rose petals on her and I could see a small smile touching her lips. My eyes went to her lips where her nose ring was laying. Her beautiful eyes were lower kissing her cheekbones. A complete beauty was heading toward me and I was losing my senses with every step she was taking toward me.

"Dude stay in your senses." I came out of my thoughts when Mobeen whispered in my ear and I looked away immediately from her.

"What I'm doing and thinking!?" I asked myself and was amazed on my condition.

"She's my best friend. Shahi you should stop what you've start thinking." I scolded myself and saw my friends going down from the stage and all girls stepped up making Shanze seated next to me.

She sat next to me and my heart flutter as her shoulder touched mine. All guests came to meet us while we both were just receiving the wishes silently. Soon our friends and cousins jumped on stage and start clicking pics with us.

"Shahi." As the stage cleared from everyone, she called me.

"Hmm." I answered without looking at her.

"How I'm looking?" She asked and my eyes widened.

"I'll tell you later." I said shortly as I didn't want to talk to her in front of all guests.

"No I want to know now. Tell me or I'll turn to you to know the answer." She said and I knew she was looking down as she was bride but her questions were not stopped.

She was seated like a bride but with me she was just like my Shanze who was so stubborn and a package of endless questions.

"Don't turn. I'll tell you later briefly." I said looking around.

Shanze's POV.
"Don't turn. I'll tell you later briefly." He said and i didn't ask again.

I knew he was feeling the same strange tingles like I was feelings. Running from our own strange feelings was more strange. His continue touch on my shoulder was giving me strange feelings. This was my Shahi,my best friend but today I was feeling something different. Since his name connected to mine,since I become his,my heart was fluttering inside my chest making me restless.

"I'm going crazy." Mumbling under my breath,I smiled on my own condition

"Take them inside." I heard mom's voice

Shahi and me were taken inside while all the guests took their leaves. We were seated now in hall together and I could see my friends around me. Mom and Dad were looking at us with a smile.

"Dad say something at least. I'm feeling like we become aliens that you all are staring at us." I heard Shahi's voice and I tried to hide my smile.

I knew he was feeling awkward with this situation where we were seated like statute and our family members were staring at us.

"Shut up idiot. You both are looking so beautiful together. My brother will be happy today." Dad said while coming to us and my eyes filled up with water as I missed my Dad.

"Bless you two. I'm so happy." Dad said and placed his hand on my head while mom came to me and hugged me.

I just couldn't stop my tears and let them cone out of my eyes. On this big day of my life,I was really missing my parents.

"We are your parents Shanze. Don't feel yourself alone." Said mom and I nodded.

"I..I know." I said moving back and wiped my tears.

"See what you have done with your make up! Girls." I hugged Dad who sat next to me and I just keep feeling his love while mom moved to call my friends.

"Love you Dad." I said and looked at him who was smiling looking at me and Dad.

"Love you too bacha. You're more dearer to me than Shahvaiz. You're my daughter. And you moron I'm giving you my daughter so don't ever make her cry." Dad said looking at Shahvaiz and I tried to hide my smile.

"Girls take her now to Shahvaiz's room and please do her make up again." Mom said and my heart jumped in my chest on the words mom said.

I looked at him who looked at me and then we both looked away feeling strange.

"Come on." My friend Iraj held me and I got up.

With beating heart,I start taking steps toward the stairs. I entered the room which was also now mine.

"Welcome." My friends said and I smiled stepping toward the bed.

"Sit. Let me set your make up." Making me sit on bed,said Iraj and start doing my make up again.

"All things are placed here. You dress and night dresses in the closet and dinner is also placed here with fruits. Enjoy with your Vaiz." Said Ayesha my friend and I nodded  with a smile.

"Thank you all." I said looking at them.

"No worries. We are going to send him in. Brace your beating heart." They giggled and stepped out of the room leaving me with my beating heart.

Haider's POV.

"We know what you want to know." Doctors said looking at me

"Then why are you not telling me!? 10 years passed and she didn't come back." I said trying hard to stop my tears.

"I'm fighting with my dying hopes every day. At least give me a hope that she'll come back." I said looking at them who were looking hopeless.

"We know Mr Haider and we are trying since 10 years to bring her back to life but it was not a small accident. Why don't you understand that she's in coma since years because that accident was much major which directly effected her Brian." Doctor said and I nodded

"I know and it was my fault. I know but give me some hope that one day she'll come back from coma." I said looking at the team of the doctors who were treating her all these years.

"We can't do anything. Just pray and don't lose hope." Doctor said and I got up and walked toward her room where she was laying since ten year like a lifeless body.

Stepping in the room,as my eyes fall on her,tears brimmed up in my eyes and I walked toward her. Taking seat in front of her,I keep looking at her who was sleeping since years.

"Hey sleeping beauty come back or your prince will die." I said holding her hand and placed it on my heart.

"Haaniyah." Calling her,I kissed her hand.

"Come back or you want me to die. I'll die if your didn't come back to me." I cried and kissed her hand again.

"Come back. I'm dying without you." I said and looked at her again who was maybe listening me or not.

I didn't know but I just wanted her to come back to me. Where I could see her shinning eyes and beautiful smile.

"Haaniyah." Whispering her name, I placed my head near her shoulder and closed my eyes.

Shahvaiz's POV.

With beating heart,I took steps toward my room. I mean it was my own room but for the first time,I was feeling strange going in because I knew today there would be someone else,waiting for me. Pushing the door back,I stepped in the room which was giving so beautiful fragrances of roses. Closing the door,I looked at the candles and smiled as they were not simple candles but her favorite which had beautiful fragrance in them,spreading around.

Taking a deep breath,I walked toward her who was seated on bed,hiding her face in veil.

"Ahemm." I coughed a little and sat in front of her.

Slowly with beating heart, I lifted her veil up and her glowing face appeared to me.

"Assalam-o-alikum." I greeted her and her eyes moved up to look at me.

"Walikumusalam." She replied and I smiled looking at her who smiled too.

"Hmm..aren't we getting too formal? I can't be with you like this strangely." I said sitting up properly in front of her and she giggled.

"Me too. I mean I'm feeling so awkward like this." She said pointing toward her attire.

"Yes me too." I said taking the stroller out of my neck and threw it aside on bed.

"But actually for today we should behave because I'm the bride and you're the groom and you should talk to me like grooms do to their brides." I heard her philosophy and couldn't hold my chuckle.

"Stop laughing." Slapping my shoulder, she said.

"What kind of bride you are. Slapping your husband on your wedding night." I said and she nodded moving her head up and down.

"Yes. Now your bride is asking for the gift." She said looking at me.

"Oh Damn I forgot." I said while sitting up and she narrowed her eyes at me.

"Shahi how can you forget my chocolates!" She said looking at me and I could see her eyes going wet.

"Hey don't cry. I was joking." Wiping the tear from her cheek, I said.

"Just a kid you're. Just for chocolates you are crying." I said holding her face in the cup of my hands.

"I'm sorry. I brought them." I said and she smile giving me a breath to take.

"Thank God you smiled." I said moving back and pulled the drawer of the side table.

"Here." Placing a box in front of her,I said and she looked at me and then at the box.

"Oh Shahi thank you." She said and opened the box in hurry.

"Wow so much chocolates." She said touching the chocolates but her hand stopped and I looked away.

"What's this?" I heard her but I didn't say anything.

"Shahi what's this?" She asked and I turned to her.

"What?" I asked pretending to not know anything.

"This!?" Showing me a case,she said.

"I don't know. How it came here." I said looking at the box and then I looked at her who was glaring at me on my acting.

"Okay I placed it here." I said slowly and looked down.

"I know." She said and opened the case and I saw her eyes go wide in surprise.

"This!." Her words stuck while I took the case and took out that diamond ring out of it.

"Your gift." I said and slightly held her hand and slipped that ring in her finger.

"Its a promise that I'll be best husband,best companion. A promise that I won't let you regret on the decision of marrying me. A promise that I'll always hold your hand, I'll make you smile, wipe your tears and..!" I stopped and looked  at her hand where that ring was shinning.

"And?" She asked and I looked at her again.

"And I'll love you from the bottom of my heart." I said and her eyes lowered down and I could see her cheeks tinted pink.

"But on top of that we'll be best friends." I said and she nodded still with lower eyes and light smile on her lips.

"Shanze." Calling her,I moved closer to her and she looked up and my closeness startled her.

"You're blushing again!" Touching her cheek with my thumb I said and she pushed me back and looked away.

"I'm..not blu..blushing." She said and I chuckled looking at her pink face.

"Yeah right." I said laying back on the bed.

"Hey don't be formal. This is your room too now. So easy and relax." I said looking at her and she nodded.

"I know and now you have to do what I'll say." She said turning to me.

"Huh! No way." I said and she giggled.

"Yes. Good husbands always listen to their wives." She said and I smiled on her words.

"Let's eat something first." Grabbing my hand,she pulled me with her toward the fruits which were placed on the table.

"Slow down or you'll fall." I said looking at her heavy Lehnga which was coming in her feet and I knew she never wore such long dresses.

"I won't fall." She said and took another step toward the table to get fruits.

Her feet tangled with her Lehnga making her lose her balance and she landed on me making me lay down on the floor having her on top of me.

"Shahi." I opened my eyes to see her who was on top of me with close eyes.

My eyes went to my chest where her tiny hands were holding my Sherwani tightly in her fists.

I looked at her again who was looking so beautiful and being this close to me,she was giving me new strange feelings.

"So you won't fall!?" I asked and she opened her eyes slowly only to make my heart tingle.

She didn't say anything nor I could. The pairs of our eyes were lost in each other. Without blinking, I was looking at her.

"Shahi." Her voice brought me out of my gazing and I realized what I was doing.

"Sorry." Freeing her waist,I helped her to get up.

We both stood up and looked away feeling awkward and strange.

"You...you okay?" I asked and turned to her who just gave a nod with eyes lower.

I could see her cheek pink and shiver of her eyes. Leaning closer to her with  a mischievous smile, I tried to hide my smile and thought for a second.

"You blushing again!?" I asked and she turned to me.

"No..why would I!?" She said looking back in my eyes like my Shanze.

"Then why your cheeks are pink?" I asked touching her pink cheeks.

"Its makeup stupid. You think I'll blush. Never." Saying, she walked toward couch and put that basket of fruits in her lap and start eating grapes.

Smiling,I walked toward her and sat next to her who was enjoying her fruits.

"You're so crazy for fruits that you forget to call your husband." I said taking seat next to her.

"Oh sorry. Here." She said passing me the apples.

"Thank you." Saying,I didn't took the apples but moved closer to her and I could see her startled on my closeness.

Moving my hands up to her nose,I slowly freed her beautiful nose from that nose ring and let it hang on her shoulder while she looked at me shocked on my act.

"Enjoy now." I said moving back.

"Th..Thank you." Her nervous voice came and she start eating her all time favorite fruit bananas.

"I never thought that I'll see my wife eating bananas on our wedding night." I said and chuckled while her hand stopped from taking another banana.

"Very funny." She said and took another banana and start having it.

She keep eating while I just keep watching her. I was smiling on her childish acts. She was looking around while having bananas. I don't know how much bananas she ate but what I knew that I was enjoying to see her. I really wanted to see her like that who was not aware of what she was doing to my heart. I was amazed on my feelings that how it start changing on just first night of our wedding. She was looking so beautiful that it was getting hard for me to avert my eyes from her.

"Shahi." Calling me,she turned to me and I looked away from her face.

"Control Shahi." I said to myself and turned again to look at her.

"I'm so tired. Can we sleep?" She asked and I nodded.

"Let's change and then have sleep." I said while getting up and she followed me.

We both walked toward the dressing table. But I stopped and turned to wardrobe and as I was about to open the wardrobe, she called me.

"Shahi my dupatta." I turned to her and saw her tangling with her dupatta and saw trying to unpin it from her head..

"Wait." I said going closer to her.

"Let me see." Removing her head,I start checking her dupatta which was pinned on her head.

"Its stuck." I said and she nodded.

"Stop moving Shanze." I moved closer to her and examine her head.

"Its hurting." I heard her and looked at her reflection visible in mirror.

"I'll do it slowly. Don't move okay.!?" I said and she gave a nod.

Slowly, I took the pin out that was stuck in her hair and dupatta. I looked at the mirror to see her who was already looking at me.

"What!?" I asked looking at her who slowly took off her dupatta from her shoulders and hanged it on her right shoulder.

"I never thought that that we'll be standing like this as husband and wife." She said and I smiled with a nod.

Shanze's POV.
"I also never thought." He said with a smile and I felt my heart skip a beat.

Today his smile smile was having so much effect on me that it was getting hard for me to control the feeling rising in my heart.

"And I'm happy that you're standing as my wife in my room." On his words,I turned to see him.

"Tell me you're not already in love with me!?" I asked with a naughty smile on my lips.

"Hahaha...love." He laughed and I keep waiting for his answer.

But instead of answering, he leaned closer till my face and I startled for a second but didn't avert my eyes from him who was so close to me.

"I want to be in love with my best friend. I want to be in love with my wife. I want to be in love with you Shanze. Crazily." On his words,my eyes lowered down while heart beat increased.

"You're blushing again!" Touching my cheek with his of finger,he said and I looked at him.

"I'm..I'm..not blushing." Taking a step back,I said and turned again toward mirror.

I could feel his eyes on me but I kept myself busy in taking off my jewellery and bangles.

"Let them stay." As I leaned to my feet to take off the anklets,he said and I looked  at him.

"Why?" I asked standing up and opened my hair from that bun that made my head arch.

"Looks beautiful on your feet." He said and walked toward wardrobe while I smiled.

"Vaiz." I called him while brushing my hair.

"Hmm." I heard him and turned to see him who was busy in finding his clothes.

I keep looking at him and then decided not to say what I was going to ask.

"Nothing." I said and walked toward him.

Taking his clothes out,I gave them to him and took my night suit out.

"You go and change. I'll do it after you." I said and he nodded and turned to go.

But stopped and I looked at his back. A second later,he turned and I looked at him confused. Without saying anything, he took steps toward me and I got nervous on his not blinking gaze.

"What..What happened?" Getting nervous on his every step, I said.

"Shanze." Calling my name, he covered the distance between us and leaned closer to me while I held my breath.

God! What's he doing with my heart!??

"I forgot to tell you that..." He paused while he tugged my hair behind my ear.

"That?" I asked looking back in his eyes.

"That!" He paused and took steps toward me making me move back.

My back touched wardrobe and I stopped while he keabed closer to my face.

"That you're looking so beautiful in the bridal attire." He said and smiled and I looked down.

My heart was beating as hell in chest. He was thinking it was a game but no it was not. It was an mini heart attack of feelings being this close to him.

"You're blushing again." Whispering in my ear,he moved back and this time I didn't say anything but keep looking down.

"Stupid." Hiding my face in my palms, I said with a smile.

Shahvaiz's POV.

I was standing in the balcony looking around the darkness. The cool air was touching me and I was feeling so good.

"Shahi." I turned on her call and saw her coming to me in the night dress.

"What are you doing here? Let's sleep." She said standing in front of me.

"Who sleeps on their wedding night!" I said and she looked away and I realized that what I said.

Such an idiot I'm!!

"I...I mean...that...we...should talk." I said and she came to stand by my dude looking at the darkness.

"You're right. This might seems usual. There's nothing to remember about this night. I don't know why people talk about the beauty if thus night." I heard her and turned toward her.

"People talk about this night because they feel and live its beauty." I said and she turned to me.

"But I'm not feeling anything. Just a bore night like always. Nothing excited. Its making me sleepy." She said looking around the silence.

"I don't know how people remember a night where nothing is so special." She said and I smiled taking a step closer to her.

"Shahi that.." I didn't let her complete and pulled her toward me by wrapping my arm around her ways which made her collide with me chest.

"You want to remember this night?" I asked looking at her who was standing dumbfolded.

"I'll make this to remember." I said cupping her face.

Leaning closer,I pressed my lips in her forehead to mark my first kiss on her. Moving back,I looked at her who's eyes were closed.

"Shanze." Calling her,I rested my forehead on hers and she opened her eyes

"The first kiss of our start." I said and her eyes lowered down while I free her from y embrace and moved back.

"Hmm..come let's sleep now." I said and she nodded still looking down.

We both walked in and I closed the door of balcony. We reached near the bed and looked at each other.

"You can't take left side and I I'll sleep on right side." I said and she nodded and we both stepped in the cozy bed and lay back after pulling the blanket on us.

"Good night." Turning the nights off,I said looking at her.

"Good night." She said and I closed my eyes with a smile.

But my eyes opened up on a thought. I switched the lights on and turned to her.

"Shanze you didn't tie your hair." I said but she didn't turn.

"Let me sleep Shahi." She said and I sighed while looking at her Long hair spread on bed.

"Good night." I said and lay back and turn off the lights.
