I don't want to be here! I don't want to be here!

Ugh! Why do I have to work the day after my wedding? Ugh!

"Good morning ma'am," the receptionist said.

"Good morning," I said and left to my office.

I got to my office and did a majority of the important work.

Okay, screw this. I wanna be with my husband.

"Attention everyone," I said.

It took me a bit to get everyone together.

"Something came up," I lied. "Therefore, I need to go. Which means, works done for the day."

They all cheered and went after putting finishing touches on things.

"Your early," Shehry said as I walked in.

"Where's everyone?" I asked.

"Out and about. All I know is Hussain is with his girlfriend,"he said.

"Okay," I said sitting next to him.

He pulled me closer.

"You know we're the only two people home," he said.

"Shehry! NO!" I said.

"I didn't say anything,"he said.

"Shehry, I know what you are thinking,"I said.

"Do you now?" He asked.

"Ji,"I said.

He laughed at that.

"You are too cute,"he said.

"Haan, cute toh mai hu," I said.

"So how was work?" He asked.

"I was missing you, so I lied to everyone that something came up, and just canceled work for the rest of the day," I said.

"Aaaiii hhhhhiiiii," he said.

"What if I had gone out as well?" He asked.

"That would've sucked," I said.

I noticed that he was staring at me.

"Kya hua?" I asked.

"Just wondering how I got so lucky,"he said.

I smiled at that.

"I love you,"I said.
