CHAPTER 9

Ben and Mandy are tied to the mast of Uma's ship.

"Coochy, coochy, coo," Harry says as he rubs Ben's chin with his hook. "How's it feel to be the king now, eh?"

"Oh, Give it a rest, Harry," Mandy says as she rolls her eyes.

"Still think you can order me around?" Harry sneers at her.

"Give it a rest. We don't want damaged goods," Uma says as she walks over.

"You said that I could hook him," Harry argues as he hangs on the ropes.

"I said at noon," Uma tells him.

"20 more minutes," Harry says as he holds a pocket watch in Ben's face.

"That says 11:30," Ben tells Harry.

"You better hope your girlfriend," Uma tells Ben.

"Well, she's not my girlfriend anymore," Ben says as he looks down and thinks about Mal. Uma lets out a chuckle.

"Leave us alone, Harry," Uma orders.

"19 minutes to go now," Harry says as he gets in Ben's face.

"Go and take her," Uma orders motioning at Mandy. Harry cuts her loose before leading her off the ship.

"Harry," Mandy says once they are out of sight, as she touches his shoulder.

"Don't," Harry says as he steps away from her and holds a finger up. "Don't act like you care. You are the one that left me."

"You actually think that I wanted to leave you?" Mandy asks him as she looks at him hurt.

"I told you that I loved you and the next day you were gone," Harry explains as his heart aches. Mandy felt her heart break a little when he said loved.

"Harry, I had no choice. My mother... I tried to stay here with you," Mandy tells him as tears start to well in her eyes. "For the past six months I have thought about nothing but seeing you again. Because Harry, I love you so much and I never want to lose you again." Harry looks at Mandy shocked as he watches the tears roll down her face. Harry drops his hook, grabbing Mandy's face wiping some of her tears away before kissing her.

"I've never stopped loving you," Harry tells her as they rest their foreheads together.

"I didn't know what you Were going through

I thought that you were fine

Why did you have to hide?" Harry sings causing Mandy to look at him.

"I didn't want to let you down

But the truth is out

It's tearing me apart

Not listening to my heart

I really didn't want to go" Mandy sings as they share sad glances.

"Even though we've changed," Harry sings as he looks at her.

"Nothing has to change," Mandy sings as Harry starts to smile.

"And you can find me in the space between

We can meet in the space between," They both sing as they remember their times together before she went to Auradon.

"There are no words left to say," Mandy sings as she leans her head against his shoulder.

"I know you got to find your place," Harry sings as he looks at Mandy.

"But this is not the end," Mandy sings.

"No, you're part of who I am," Harry sings in agreement.

"Even if we're worlds apart

You and me," They sing as they smile at each other. 

"Yeah," Mandy sings.

"You can find me in the space between," Harry sings.

"Where two worlds come to meet

"I will never stop loving you," Mandy tells Harry before they kiss again.
