"What are you doing?" Harry cried.
"I'm going to kill!!" the girls screamed in unison.
"Snap out of it!" Harry said.
Then he realized that someone was there in either an invisibility cloak or in a charm that only lets certain people see that person. Oh my gosh, he thought, someone else is here and there either really dangerous, really brave, or really stupid.
Harry stood there and got out his wand and pointed it where the girls were pointing there wands.
"Where's Ron when you need him?" Harry asked. But as he said Ron's name he saw Ron hidden saying things Harry couldn't previously hear. Now he could hear him and realized why Hermione had started yelling when he had said Ron's name. Hermione being the one looking that way could now see him had it been the other way around Hermione would probably be the one thinking this right now.
"Hey!" Harry shouted.
"What?" all three yelled in unison.
"Ron, what the h**l were you spying on us for?" Harry screamed.
"I'll get you for this!" Ginny screamed.
"I wanted to talk to Hermione after Harry left so I hid but then he said my name and Hermione saw me and assumed I was spying because I was on the outside of the glass sliding door they were in."
"Oh that makes a lot of sense! Said no one ever!" Hermione growled.
"I would still like to talk to you please let me!" Ron begged.
"Fine," she spat then turned to the others, "leave us."
The others walked quickly away assuring her they would be close should she need them. She nodded and they walked out trying to find a good place to hide so they could be close.
        "What do you want?" she spat.
"I wanted to let you know why I obliviated you." he replied, his tone soft.
"You better have a good reason." she spat, just like the ministry official had a while ago.

Flashback

     "Ronald Bilius Weasley you have been called here today for your ministry hearing as Obliviated spells are for the ministry's use only as of the end of the "Battle at Hogwarts." the ministry official said to start the meeting.
        "I didn't do it I swear." that was all Ron could say. 
        "Sure that's what they all say is there anything else you would like to say?" Ron shook his head.
        "Well then I find you guilty." said the ministry official with a wave of his wand, "I sentence you to two weeks in Azkaban."
     And with that a flailing Ron was thrown to the dementor's.

End of flashback

"RON!" Hermione shouted for the fifth time, "you zoned out."  she said softly despite how mad she was.
"Yeah I was just remembering." he said.
Hermione realizing who it was took in her mean tone again. "What do you want?"
"I didn't obliviated you." he said simply.
"Sure." she said not entirely sure of anything.
"I wanted to tell you what I think."
"Yeah and what's that?"
"Zabini snuck into our house and obliviated you because Harry almost died and he wanted you to forget who Harry was so he could finish the job you-know-who started." he said as if it was as simple as saying Accio and whatever you want coming straight towards you.
"Of course." she spat, and with that she ran off.
