Her hand rested on the doorknob. She was going out. But yet she had hesitated was she afraid? Afraid of what? The humans she lived with? Not a chance she thought answering her own question. What human could stop her she was too powerful and yet they knew what she was. She was dangerous. But was she? She had stopped and waited. She was hidden. She was half hidden in the shadows. But was she dangerous? The only question she couldn't answer immediately. She had stopped with her hand on the doorknob when she had heard the car door slam across the street. She made her decision. She turned the doorknob. She was going out.
     She walked swiftly down the street. Pausing and jumping at the slightest sounds. She heard footsteps behind her and slowly and carefully grabbed her wand. She kept walking but with a firm grip on her wand, ready to jinx or hex the living daylights  out of whoever was walking behind her.
    "Psst, Granger." whispered a voice completely hidden in the shadows.
     "Oh, Malfoy its you." she said turning and giving him a look that could rival Mcgonagall's.
      "Did I scare you?" asked Malfoy with mock worry.
     "You didn't but I'm glad you said something. Don't do that again. I nearly hexed and jinxed and cursed every part of your body." she whispered vehemently.
     "Oh, your feisty tonight. What happened at your house?" Malfoy asked.
     "Oh those muggles. They thought they could stop me from finding my real family and stop from going out." she said with a high, shrill laugh.
     "Oh, well who could rival you? I mean you are the brightest witch of the age and also the most evil now that you've turned."
     "I have not turned, Malfoy." she spat.
     "Oh yes you have. You little mudblood." he nearly shouted
     "Oh I'll get you for that. Petrificus  Totalus." she cried. Malfoy fell to the ground with a thud. "Wingardium Leviosa." she muttered lifting him into the air as she continued the search for his car.
