Investigation

Naomasa was all too happy to help. He arrived at the 1A dorms, a notebook and pencil in hand, ready to interview the remaining students.

He looked up, seeing something move at one of the windows. A student? The curtains. The killer? He wasn't sure.

He entered the dorms, finding most of 1A already there waiting for him.

"Could you call the rest of the students down please?" He asked.

"Certainly." Iida stood, marching up the stairs.

A few minutes later, and people began to trickle into the common room.

First was Sero, then Bakugo, Aoyama, Mina, Tsuyu, Mineta and Shoji.

The last to come down were Iida, with a tired Midoriya trailing after him.

"Hello everyone. I'm sorry to disturb you so soon after what happened, but I need to question each of you." He said.

The students nodded, their eyes downcast.

A few hours later, and Naomasa was very confused. Nobody was lying, according to his quirk.

He sighed, standing up to leave.

  "U-u-um.. d-detective?" Someone said.

He turned around, spotting Midoriya behind him.

"What is it Midoriya, are you okay?" He asked kindly.

  The boy shakily nodded.

"I-i wanted t-to speak with yo-you.." Izuku said.

"What did you want to say?" He asked curiously.

  Izuku twitched, looking fearfully around.

"I-i know who it is." He whispered.

  Naomasa's eyes widened fractionally.

"You do? Can you tell me?" He asked.

Izuku paled, vigorously shaking his head.

  The detective sighed.

"Okay. Could you come to the station tomorrow Midoriya, I'd like to question you further." Naomasa said a little louder.

Izuku nodded, catching on to what he was saying. He shakily handed him a bit of paper.

"M-my p-p-phone number..." He said, a meaningful look on his face.

The detective nodded, patting Izuku's shoulder as he passed, taking the paper.

"You're very brave. Thank you." He said lowly.

Izuku nodded, his eyes darting around fearfully as he headed for the stairs.

Iida and Sero passed by Naomasa as he left, heading to the common room.

He glanced down at the paper in his hand.

Yayorozu bumped into him, making him drop the paper.

She yelped in surprise, fumbling to catch it, apologizing profusely.

Hagakure seemed like she rolled her eyes, picking the paper up off the floor and handing it to him.

"Sorry detective. I've been out of it ever since Ochako.."

  Naomasa waved his hand.

"It's okay, it's completely natural. Don't worry, we'll find the culprit soon enough."

He smiled, walking through the door.

He paused, opening the folded piece of paper.

  His eyes widened in shock.

He spun around, but the students previously within view were no longer there.

He felt a sharp pain in the top of his head, then nothing.
