Dining Room 👆

When I knocked into our door today my brother opened it and stared at me frowning for few seconds unlike usual. It felt so odd. Because he had never looked at my face more than a second for my knowledge. After finishing his staring he let me inside without uttering anything. And there was my sister sitting on the sofa watching some cliche Netflix series with grinning face. How much I too want to sit like that and want to watch my favourite series during rainy days. My bad luck!

One day I watched a K drama named ' Gangnam beauty ' with my bestie Abi in her laptop, when I visited to her house. That time onwards I obsessed with those series. And whenever I visit there I compelled her to watch Netflix with me. Leaving a huge sigh I entered into my bedroom and freshened up quickly to prepare the dinner without getting any delay. Otherwise you know what will happen.

Today I made Masla Pasta according to Indian style. My brother likes pasta which made by me. I can understand the way while he eating it and from his expression. I used to peep from kitchen to know his reaction earlier days when I started cooking.

Finished my cooking I called everyone to have dinner. After having the meal everyone left to their respective rooms. I also had my dinner sitting on dining table but lonely.

While I was washing the utensils suddenly I heard a voice " With whom did you come today?", startled I turned around to see that my brother was standing in the entrance of the kitchen with  neutral expression on his face. "Ahh!" I was confused of his sudden question. Annoyed with my expression he said, " Okay once again I'm repeating, With whom did you come today? I saw through the window that you are getting down from a white car". He asked me in little stern voice but for my luck he didn't shout.

First I was shocked that until today my brother hadn't talked to me more than a small sentence for his usual. But now he's  interrogating with me more than his liking. " Are you really dumb or couldn't understand even this simple question?" he asked frustratingly after not getting any response from me. Don't wanted to be  scolded by him, I said " N.. No today our neighbour Susila Aunty dropped me. I.. It's her car". He stood there while staring at my face like he was weighing my words."Hmm.." muttering only that he left the kitchen. Today what happened with him!! Unlike other days he seemed different today.

After finishing my chores, switching off the lights I reached my room and got freshed, changed into my comfortable night dress. Sitting on my comfy bed I gave myself some time to suppress everything that happened today.

First thing, sudden meetup with Susila Aunty, small talks and finally she inviting me to her house for pooja arrangements. Next, the longest interrogation happened in my whole life with my ' Never so Caring' Brother few minutes ago.

A beep sound broke my thoughts and alerted me that I had received a message. Getting calls and messages were rare things to me. Unless any important matters or from customer services there won't be any. I switched on the screen to see I've got a message from a new number. Wondering who might it be I opened the message.

'Hi Kayal, This is Susila Aunty.
And this is my number.
I'm really sorry that I got into some important work when I reached home and couldn't call you earlier as I said.
I'm sending you message, because don't want to disturb you if you are sleeping already.
Tomorrow morning I'm expecting you to be in my house around  7 'O clock. Pandit ji will arrive only at 10 am.
Note- Tomorrow if you missed to come to my home, I'll be there at your doorstep to drag you here.

I don't know if I should laugh or get terrified after reading her message. I didn't reply her thinking that she will think what am I doing without sleeping at this late hour. But put a note in my head to send her reply tomorrow early morning itself.

Oh God!!! I don't know what's happening around me. I believe you and my mom will show me the correct path. Because I'm soo terrified about these sudden changes happening in my life... Even its a normal thing for you all, its a big thing for me. Expecting for the better new day starting , I closed my eyes with the hope that everything will be fine!
