Karthik's POV...

Now I was currently standing on the balcony of Ryan's flat, waiting for Kayal who was changing her dress in the bedroom. After that mess we created inside the car, I brought Kayal to Ryan's place to change our clothes. I got a new pair of dresses for her, on the way to here. For me I already had an extra dress on my car for urgent need, so I used it now.

For our lucky time, I already have a spare key for his apartment. Because when I was feeling not well I used to stay at his home. So for my purpose, he gave a key to me. See how it helped now.

Kayal.....that one name was enough to create peace in my heart. Even now, I was grinning like an idiot thinking about her. The small size wall mirror which was hanging on the side wall of the living room reflected my self, how I was grinning by showing all my teeth.

She's the medicine for my trauma and healing for my inner pain. I know obsession was a red flag but still, I couldn't handle the obsession I have for her. I already went through hell when I was studying outstation without seeing her. Again and again, I couldn't go through that. I have to take an immediate step to get over this situation and should make a wonderful future for us. She deserves a lot and I should be the one who was going to provide everything to her.

Still, I couldn't believe that My Kayal was married to me. I took an impulsive decision at that moment but I wouldn't regret it ever. One of the most memorable days of my life.  More than marriage things I panicked, about what would happen when Kayal got to know that Ryan was my best  friend.

When she saw Ryan at first in the registration office, her eyes widened and when I introduced him as my best friend her eyes widened more, for a second I thought her eyeballs were going to pop out from its place.

I didn't want to hide anything from her, so I told her everything and tried to make her understand that we did it for her safety. She got shocked hearing everything and tried to leave the office getting angry that we hid the important thing from her. But before I could convince her Ryan took the responsibility and started to play his role well and finally she forgave us. Anyhow I heard from my friend still Kayal was giving him cold shoulder. Poor boy called and complained he was baring the punishment for my deeds. But I know about my Kayal,  she wasn't that cold-hearted one. Eventually, she would start to talk with him.

She's a little upset that the people she believed, hide the huge truth from her. I could understand her mindset. Even she refused to talk with me but with the main issue at home, her thoughts diverted into that. Hopefully, I think so. Because already there was a lot on my plate.

That was the main reason I  introduced  Ryan to her, after the marriage. Who knows she could have stopped the wedding saying that I'm a liar and cheater, if she had known this before.

You all might wonder how Kayal agreed to our secret marriage. All credit goes to me because I convinced her mind by manipulating little. I knew she couldn't stay without me hereafter. Because other than her best friend Abi, she didn't get the proper love and care from others. She deprived of those both things from her young age. When I proposed and showed my caring towards her, in a short period she started to trust me and accept the situation as well as my love. We everyone crave kind of that love from our opposite gender until the last time. That's human nature. And I use that basic thing as my tool to change her mind.

Even after convincing her lot, she backed away thinking about my family but finally, she agreed when I said adamantly if she didn't agree to the marriage, I would leave the house and won't return ever. Also she had to marry some old hag who my father shows. When I said those things her face paled immediately.

What I did was wrong but if we wanted some good things to happen, there's no wrong manipulating things little according to that.  The main reason was I couldn't believe my father with Kayal.  If he got to know our love matter, he'd definitely try to separate us even manipulating Kayal's mind. But now he can't separate us easily due to our marriage even Kayal would think thousands of time before doing a stupid thing like leaving me.

Our marriage was simple.  Already I got the important things on the way to Kovil.  We both got married in front of the God and the priest. No one is there other than some devotees.

I got peace once I tied the nuptial chain around her neck and filled her hair partition with vermilion by my hand. I couldn't stop smiling and even we both had tears pooled around our eyes while so many emotions were running inside. At that time all I wanted was to shout out loud that my kayal was now my wife and she's solely only mine.

Once we got into the car Kayal cried hugging me tightly like she was telling me that I shouldn't leave her ever. Understanding her emotions I caged her in-between my arms and promised to myself that I wouldn't leave her ever and would provide all the happiness of the world, so soon.

The next Day, in the morning I called Ryan and told him about our marriage and everything. That idiot screamed at me saying that I didn't inform or invite him but eventually he understood my situation and cooled down. The same day Kayal and I went to the registration office and registered our marriage legally. That time only I introduced this idiot friend of mine to Kayal.  He represented from my side as a witness and for Kayal, he brought one of his cousins.

Still, I couldn't forget how that strong-headed idiot was acting in front of Kayal like an innocent child, on that day. He was terrified to face the angry Kayal and played hide and seek to escape from her tantrums.
