When I opened the door Kavya was standing outside. " I just wanted to talk with you for a minute. Shall I come inside?" she asked with hesitation. After saying yes she came inside and looked around the room. Because this is the first time my own sister visiting to my room. Nowadays there are lots of ' first' time things happening in my life. But it's little bit hard to digest those all things in one go.

" I'm sorry for what happened today at bakery. Those were my colleagues and they didn't know who you are. Also I couldn't say anything to stop them. I'm sorry" she said all those things without looking at my eyes and left my room. Atleast she had the courtesy to say sorry for her behaviour and her mannerless colleagues.

Shaking my head I went to bed for getting my peaceful sleep with the hope of waking up with a clear mind.

Next Day.....

When I woke up next morning , I really felt refresh. Finishing all my chores, I went to hospital to get my reports. My TSH level is shown as 7.0. My eyes gone wide seeing it. When I consulted the doctor she warned me to reduce my stress level, also instructed me to participate in some extracurricular activities to reduce it. From pharmacy buying my Thyroid medicine I left to bakery. Since I have done total thyroidectomy surgery they have completely removed my throid gland . So I have to consume thyroid medicine all my life, in every morning with empty stomach, an hour before taking any meals. At starting days it was irritated to drink medicine in morning itself. Now it became a habit.

Abi was the one who stayed with me after my surgery. From my family no one visited me even for a day. At that day I understood my place in their life and lost all my expectations.

After thirty minutes I arrived to bakery and without wasting any time I got changed after getting little freshen up since I'm straightly coming from hospital. During my break time I saw the missed call notifications from Susila Aunty's number. Without delaying I dialled her and she answered the call after few rings. " Hello Kayal, I'm sorry I forgot that you must be in your work place and called you several times."

"No, its okay aunty. I arrived to bakery little late today. That's why I couldn't check my phone frequently like other days. And suddenly seeing your missed calls I was little worried."

"No ma, nothing like that. I just wanted to remind you regarding today's dinner at our home . Don't forget it, be here around 7.30 pm. I'll be anxiously expecting on your arrival. Otherwise you know what will happen." she warned me like last time.

"No aunty, definitely I'll be there around 7.30."

"Hmm okay. I believe you but don't make me disappointed. Bye Kayal. Take care dr"

"Okay aunty, bye. You too take care" saying I disconnected the call.

I couldn't deny her invitation but thinking about again visiting to their place making my mind go wild. Finishing the rest of my works I left to home around 6 pm.

I didn't know what happened to Abishek he didn't come to bakery today too. He didn't even send any reply to my yesterday message, I sent him regarding my short leave. That guy..... 🤦‍♀️

When I arrived to home, Kavya was already dressed and sitting on sofa using her phone. I think she came earlier from office today. Without wasting my time I left to room to get ready before getting another warning from Susila Aunty.

Kayal's outfit 👆(except heels)

Finally I wore simple green colour cotton kurti with white colour plazo pants. Since I don't like doing any makeup, I ended up with adding small amount of kajal, light shade of lipstick and small red colour bindi. I Just put my curly hair in high half pony without breaking curls. Suddenly my little inner self woke up and asked ' Kayal today you're looking at mirror more than other times? What's the reason for your sudden change or should I ask who's the reason?' it mocked me. Shrugging off my stupid thoughts I left the room taking my phone and wallet.
