(A/N: I am so so sorry about not responding to any messages! It's just they're acting up and I can't seem to see the messages! Anyways.. *ahem* this is how Serena met Beetlejuice (female, of course.) I hope this makes up for it.)

It was a cool spring evening. Serena was walking down her neighborhood after seeing her father's grave.. she was 19 physically while mentally she was 500.. 500 years, dad.. why did you leave us? She thought bitterly, stopping at a nearby park. The strawberry blonde looked down at her royal purple ruffled skirt and silk black tights as she sat down, looking at the moon and stars, something she used to do with her father. "Hey.. you ok there?" A voice called out to her as the girl looked up. Standing in front of her was another girl.. but she looked different.

She had slightly pale skin, dark turquoise eyes with the whites being black, long dark fern green hair tied into a ponytail, pale purple lips, she wore a black and white pin-striped suit with the undershirt being purple, a black tie with same purple gloves and darker turquoise heels. "I am." The girl placed herself down right beside her. "Doesn't seem like it, honey. What's going on in that pretty little head of yours?" That was then Serena's left eye glanced at her, the bronze color dull and deep, like honeycombs.

"My dad's funeral was last week.. and I went to visit him. Some students found out and well.. they ridiculed me because of my eye color on the right eye.. said 'no-one will ever love a monster with those eyes!' So, I left in the pretense of my daily visit to dad since the college I'm going to knows about him. Sometimes.. I.. just think about going to sleep and never waking up ever again." She explained, pouring her heart out to the girl who looked furious. "What's your name?" She asked as Serena sighed.

"My name's Serena. What's yours?"

"..BeetleJuice. Boss knew your pops before his death. And as for that statement about your eyes, I'll be the judge of that. Show me them."

Serena sighed softly once more and moved a lock of her hair that had fallen in front of her right eye, revealing a deep blue eye that was the prettiest shade of azure, similar to the color of Azurite jewels. "Woah.. you got complete heterochromia. One eye is different, while the other one is a different color, love. Those idiots don't know what the hell they are talking about!" Beetlejuice proclaimed as for the first time in her life, The strawberry blonde's eyes began to shimmer with her first emotion she had gotten back since she began being hurt by her peers; shock yet tears of joy began flowing.

She had never received a complement like that before so it was her first one. "You.. really think so?" She asked, her voice soft and sweet. "Oh, I know so. Your also very pretty in that sapphire blue v-neck, royal purple ruffled skirt, black silky tights, navy t-strap shoes, rose-gold choker with an alexandrite and same metal earrings with the same stone and rubies. It's all you, doll." BJ said, holding the girl's hands with her palms facing upwards and lightly kissing them, earning a lightly toned blush to appear on her cheeks.

"Be a little more confident and I'm pretty sure they will regret the day they dared to mess with ya!" She said, stroking the right side of her face and pinned her bangs with a white jeweled lily hair-clip. Serena smiled brightly at the girl as she gave her a hug, wrapping her arms around her neck. "Thank you for those kind words, BJ.. I.. think I needed them." She said softly, her eyes shining like rich bronze and deep blue jewels. "Your.. your welcome, Serena.." she said, a light blue blush forming on her face. The girl smiled brightly at her as she returned the expression.

At the time, they both did not know of feelings that would bloom for each other would grow over time since that fateful first meeting. They both pulled away from the hug with small blushes on their faces. "So, I'll see you again, BJ?" She asked the ghost girl as she smirked. "Oh, you will definitely see me again, sweet thing~" that earned her a light airy giggle from the goddess sitting before her. "Thanks, BJ. I know I can count on you to be my friend. And again, thank you for your kind words. I have never met someone like you before.." she whispered underneath her breath.

Unbeknownst to her, her new friend heard those words and blushed deep blue. Beetlejuice was slowly falling for her goddess clad in different colors and Serena was slowly falling for her guardian spirit in a pinstripe suit and tie. That was then she decided to fix herself up and make the people there sorry they teased and bullied her because of her eyes and her personality. The shy kitten was going to grow into the confident lioness when she went back to college tomorrow.. she just needed a plan of some sort to get her revenge.

"Thank you for letting me vent all my frustrations and problems out, BJ. I will hope we will meet again sometime. Whenever your free, stop by my dorm and I'll spend the day with you, ok?" She said, her shining eyes glittering with the soft moonlight. Beetlejuice nodded her head in a small yes as Serena stood up from her spot on the bench. "Can I walk you home? God knows what might happen if I don't." She explained as the strawberry blonde agreed to the offer since the streets weren't safe in the night and there was a good chance she might get mug her or do something worse.

They both started walking to her dorm apartment and once they arrived, Serena turned to look at her. "Thank you for walking me home." Turning the key to the door, she unlocked it. "Good night, BJ." She said, closing the door. Beetlejuice sighed, that girl was going to be her poison and she was addictive. If anyone tried anything with her, they were going to deal with her.
