"Hello again." Gabe said, looking surprised. Dalton had showed up at his apartment out of the blue.

Dalton pursed his lips. He didn't want to be here but something was telling him he had to be. If David was dead, Will was diagnosed, and Dana was in jail, who knows what could've happened to Gabe?

Dalton didn't realize he was crying until Gabe pulled him into the apartment.

"Look, I'm not totally happy with you. You never called, never texted, never anything, let's not forget about that whole tumblr thing. But, I don't know, somethings bothering you, I can tell. What's up?" Gabe asked

Dalton took a deep breath before looking around his former friend's home. That's when he realized something was off. He hadn't kept up with his bandmates' lives after he left but he was certain Gabe had been in a heathy, loving relationship with Alex. That girl was so caring and lovely.

"Where's Al-" Dalton was stopped

"Don't say it. Don't say her name please. She's- she-" Gabe swallowed, in that moment Dalton knew something was wrong with him.

"Gabe, what happened?"

"I don't want to burden you." Gabe said.

"You won't." Dalton assured.

"I- She's dead. Murdered, many others were too, she was on a trip Dal. I, I drank that night. Met another girl. She reminded me so much of Alex, but she wasn't. I-I thought she loved me Dalton. Lexi, she, she took everything. She broke me down and-" Gabe was outright sobbing.

Dalton knew what had happened anyways. Gabe had been in an abusive relationship with some girl named Lexi after Alex died.

"Just, don't go to Cityline Stars Hotel okay?" Gabe said after calming down.

Fuck.

"Gabe, listen to me very carefully. David's dead because he was killed there too." Dalton saw Gabe's eyes widen but he couldn't make eye contact. "Will's schizophrenic because of it, sees David, hears David, feels David when he isn't even there. Dana he-"

"What happened to Dana? I've taken care of that kid for years, don't tell me he- what happened? Is he okay?"

"Dana's in jail." Dalton paused, ready for the explosion. "For murder, which includes the murders of David and Alex"
