"What is she doing to me?" 

Reese's POV:

I quickly get dressed into something from home, my CHB t-shirt and some jeans.

I check my watch, six-thirty. A knock sounds at my door.

"Hi, Alastor-" He's dressed in a crimson suit. "I fear I might be a tad underdressed." I chuckle.

"Not to worry, my dear. I think you look stunning as ever." He bends to kiss my hand.

"Let's get going, shall we?" He offers his arm and we walk down the stairs together.

"Bye, Charlie! We'll be back!" I turn my gaze to the door of the hotel when I see my oldest friend.

"Percy?!" I unlink my arm from Alastor's and hug-tackle Percy. "I've missed you so much!"

"Reeses Peeses! Where have you been? The whole camp searched for you for months." He holds me in his arms.

"You can blame Zeus for that one. He killed me after I told him one small teensy thing." I roll my eyes.

"What did you tell him?" Percy asks so I whisper it in his ear and he slaps his hand over my mouth. "Woah that is not kid friendly!"

I giggle at this, at this point, our entire friend group surrounds us.

"Reese! We missed I you!" They shout in unison.

"I missed you too!" I grin.

"What is that?" Percy points to my tail.

"Oh yeah, I'm a cat demoness." I swish my tail back and forth.

"Huh, so do you purr?" Nico tilts his head.

"No!!" I blush like crazy.

"Oh she definitely does." Leo grins ear to ear.

A cough interrupts us. "If you don't mind, Reese and I had an event plan-" 

"Oh, Alastor, Rosie can wait. I haven't seen The Twelve, well now I guess it's The Eleven, since I left for my quest." I turn my attention back on the group.

"Uhm yeah about that, Reese, it's The Ten." Percy scratches the back of his neck.

"Oh, wait, where's Briar?" I scan the group for my brunette sister, but end up empty-handed.

"She's..." Percy starts.

"Stop." My eyes fill with tears. "No, she's not. You're kidding. Where'd you put her?" I start checking in the closets.

"Reese." Nico takes my hand. "She's in Elysium, I led her there myself, she died like a hero."

"Oh." I blink back tears and swallow hard.

Without thinking I teleport into my room.
