Personality: Arcade's a very outgoing and relatively smart guy and tends to flaunt his intellect. At the same time, however, the guy's also nerdy. Being into a lot of pop culture and enjoys sharing his love for it with his fellow Regulators

Engineering and Computer Science Knowledge: During his short time in college (after dropping out) he picked up some skills in Engineering and Computer Science

Background: In life, Arcade was to say the least, a huge nerd. That and a Technophile, ever since his dad died, he engorged himself in media to escape from reality. His mother not wanting his talents go to waste, was able to get him into a good college, he didn't really feel link actually going, but he didn't want to disappoint her, so he sucked it up and went. If he was being honest, he'd say college was the best years of his life.

He was a few credits from graduating, until one of his teachers openly Disrespected and Humiliated a fellow student, arcade promptly snapped at his teacher and defend them, flipping them off and walking out

Still not wanting to disappoint his mom, he didn't tell her. Making her believe that he was still going there. In reality was just going to arcades and helping people fix things for cash. Deciding on going freelance, making prototypes and inventions.

This was unfortunately cut short, he died in the most tragic and dumbest way possible. Being Crushed by an Arcade Cabinet while trying to fix it

And now he's in hell now (He was agnostic before, but this kinda cemented the existence of an afterlife) after going to and from different jobs as a technician (One of which he especially regrets doing) He decided to join up with the regulators after watching their commercial
