HELLBØUND - The Angel of Hope Part 3 // S3 Finale

After the terrain landed in a thunderstorm, Y/N was seen, but he was back to being a normal human and he was shirtless. Ahead of him was a bloodied and maskless Adam with damaged clothing. They both panted heavily.

Y/N: Look at that. We both lost our power. We're just human, now.

Adam: Tch. So what? You lost your wings and I still have mine.

Y/N: Yet you can barely move them. Heh. Sorry, Adam, but I'm not ready to throw in the towel, yet. I'm still gonna stop you.

Adam: *laughs painfully* How? How the fuck can a pathetic flea like you do that? Look at you. You don't look anything special. Honestly, I fail to see what that whore sees in you.

Y/N: That "whore" is MY SOULMATE!!!

Adam: Soul? Demons don't have a soul. They're mindless and blood-thirsty bastards.

Y/N: Look who's talking. You crave nothing but murder and ruination upon Hell. Besides, wasn't there that one rule?

Adam: Hm?

Y/N: My mom and dad mentioned something about a contract you signed. And it said... *smirks* that you're only allowed to kill the damned souls. Loona is a hellhound born in Hell, so wouldn't that make her... a hellborn?

Adam: *eyes widen*

Y/N: And you're not allowed to kill hellborns. And technically, since I'm allowed to visit the rings outside the Pride, wouldn't that make me hellborn?

Adam: Don't pull my dick like that! You're a damned soul!

Y/N: Was. Not to mention, Charlie is the daughter of Lucifer Morningstar. Are you even allowed to kill her?

Adam: Cocky bastard!

Y/N: It's not cockiness if I'm just bringing it to your attention.

Adam: ... *smirks evilly* Hehehehehe.

Y/N: Hm?

Adam: Who cares about some stupid contract?! I'm allowed to kill to my heart's content! I don't care about that shit! Once I'm done with you, I'll kill that pathetic demon clan you call a family! And as for your pathetic bottom-feeding pups and that whore... *chuckles evilly* I'm sure that they'll make nice coats with all that fur.

Y/N's eyes widened as a red streak zoomed past his head.

Adam: Especially that whore's.

That was it. The last push for Y/N after hearing that. Just imagining it all happen was enough for to lower his head in silence. But, as he did, Adam could feel an evil and ominous aura radiate from Y/N.

Adam: Huh?

Y/N: ... *demonically* That's it...

He slowly lifted his head up and when Adam saw his eyes, he suddenly felt his blood run cold and he froze where he stood as he looked at Y/N's eyes.

Y/N: YOU'RE DEAD!!!

As he said that, lightning struck hard against the ground and Y/N charged at Adam with such hatred. Adam got in position and they both clashed. As they clashed, the ocean grew larger and wider waves and tornadoes formed in the distance. Soon, Y/N kept up the pressure, but Adam pushed him back and punched him the face. Y/N was blown back, but he recovered and charged at Adam and landed a sharp kick. With one spin, he used the momentum to power up his kick and landed it against Adam's face, causing him to spin in the air and crash onto the ground. Adam stood up and they clashed, but Adam landed a few hits and kicked him into the air. Y/N landed on the ground, wounded. He coughed up blood and tried to get up.

Adam: Heh. Like I said, nothing.

Back in Hell, they saw Y/N on the ground.

Charlie: *worried* Come on, N/N... Get up...

Blitzø: Get back up! Come on! Fuck him up!

Millie: Come on, N/N...

With Y/N, he was on the ground for a while, but before Adam could move, Y/N fiercely clenched his fists and got back up.

Y/N: Not yet...

Adam: What?

Y/N: *stands up* I'm still in this!

After standing up, Y/N ran at Adam and landed a punch at Adam as he blocked it. Suddenly, Y/N packed enough strength to launch Adam into the air.

Y/N: Not yet!

He charged at Adam and kicked him back to the air. After a while, Y/N charged and landed a kick square in Adam's chest, blowing him back.

Y/N: Hah... Hah... Hah...

Adam: *stands up & spits blood* Just give it up, already! *charges*

Y/N: You give up! Give up on trying to make me... GIVE UP!!!

They charge at each other and locked arms. They then banged their heads against each other's and backed away.

Adam: You little shit...!

Y/N charged at Adam and they clashed. Despite being powerless, Y/N continued to fight and clash with Adam. After a while, Y/N punched Adam's left arm and leaped a bit and double kicked his face.

Adam: GAH!!! *holds face in pain* B-But, how? You've lost your power... You should be easy to beat down! Like a punching bag!

Y/N: That's what happens when you underestimate people. You e lived in the clouds for a long time and you've started to be judgy and arrogant. You should set your expectations low. Especially yours. Because I don't go down easy. In fact, giving up isn't in my mindset.

Adam: Fucking little...

They clash, again, but Y/N was slowly overwhelming Adam. However...

Adam: You think you're overwhelming me? Think again!

He back-handed Y/N's face and he staggered a bit as he held his face in pain. Adam smirked and charged at Y/N. However, Y/N blocked the punch with his arms and swiftly spun around to get under Adam and launched an uppercut against his face. They clash, but Adam landed a hit against Y/N.

Adam: Worthless!

He kept punching him and kicked him back.

Adam: Pathetic! *charges at Y/N* NOTHING!!!

Y/N: Hehehehehe. And you have a micro penis.

Adam: What?

Caught off guard, Y/N kicked Adam back. Adam backed up a bit and spat out blood.

Adam: You pretentious imp!

He charged at Y/N and attacked him as Y/N blocked the attacks. However, Adam kicked his knee and as he cried out, he was punched three times before Y/N backed up and panted as blood drooled from his nose and mouth.

Y/N: Is that all you've got?

Adam, heavily insulted, kicked Y/N against the wall and continuously attacked him, overwhelming him. Back in Hell, everyone watched and were scared and worried, even the pups. In Heaven, F/N and M/N watched.

M/N: N/N...

F/N: Damn... N/N's really hanging in there...

M/N: But, Adam's too strong for N/N. We need to help him!

F/N: No! This is his fight. Anybody that interferes won't change to outcome of the fight.

M/N: But, we can't just stand here and do nothing but watch! We need to do something!

F/N: *chuckles* You always were the worry wart, even in death.

M/N: Huh?

F/N: Just trust me. N/N's got this. I'm confident he can win.

M/N: ... R-Right.

They went back to watching.

Adam: *laughs victoriously* Oh, how I love a melodramatic ending! Here lies the weak and the pathetic bottom-feeding human amongst not just Earth, but Heaven and Hell, as well! Pathetic and powerless to fight back!

He continued to beat up Y/N as he was laughing, believing victory was his.

Adam: Don't worry, kiddo. The others won't be far behind. You may have came back the third time, but the fourth time? That's too much to ask! You're not as lucky as you used to be. I almost feel sorry for you. *laughs* Not!

He landed a solid punch against Y/N, causing the lightning to strike as everyone gasped in horror when Y/N fell limp to the ground.

Adam: *laughs* Looks like what everyone said about you was true. You may have gotten a family and have made it this far, but in the end, it was all for nothing. Sure, I'll be punished by breaking the contract, but I just can't stand looking at your pathetic friends. I just hate them. It's that simple. No hard feelings, right?

He walked away, leaving Y/N's limp body on the ground. However, as Y/N struggled to get up, flashbacks began to occur in his head.

(Flashback #1)

Y/N began to follow Loona outside of the festival and as they did, Loona thought about what Millie said about showing signs, so Loona moved closer to Y/N and hugged his arm. Y/N blushed as he felt Loona's soft and comfy fur cuddle onto his skin, but he smiled. After getting some distance, they both sat down on the ground and looked up at the red night sky.

Y/N: ... So, Loona, what's with the distance from the festival?

Loona: ... I... didn't want anybody there to disturb us as we enjoy each other's time and company together.

Y/N: Oh. Good thinking.

There was a long silence between them both as they stared at the sky. Loona thought very hard on how she should tell Y/N. Unknown to her, Y/N was thinking that this was the perfect chance to tell Loona how he feels, but he's afraid that she won't like him.

Y/N & Loona: Loona/N/N, there's something I want to tell you! *blushes* ... Y-You first! No, no, you first!

They both looked away and blushed.

Y/N: *blushing* ... L-Ladies first.

Loona: *blushing* O-Okay.

She then turned back around to face Y/N.

Loona: *exhales* N/N, I want you to know something. Everything that I told you was the truth. But, there's something that I'm hiding from you.

Y/N: What's that?

Loona: Umm... L-Look, N/N, after everything we've been through throughout the months we've spent being together, I've never met anyone as kind, gentle, patient, and headstrong as you. You're the only person that I could call a friend, but you are, by far, the best friend I've ever had in my whole life!

Y/N: ...

Loona: Throughout our time together, I began to grow closer to you because no matter how hard I was to everyone, you saw through me and understood my feelings. You reignited these old feelings I was hiding dormant for years. And thanks to you, I can stop being someone I'm not and start being myself around you. And you... didn't have a problem with it.

Y/N: Why would I have a problem with it? Loona, you're the best hellhound I've ever met. In fact, I don't think that there's a single person out there that can compare to you in every way possible. Believe me, I know.

Loona: I do believe you. And because of you, I'm finally happy! Happy to be who I really am. And I'm glad that I can be myself around you because I don't want to spend my life, trying to be someone or something I'm not.

Y/N: *smiles* I'm glad you feel that way. Because honestly, you've done the same for me. You never treated me like trash and you kept being a good friend to me. Look, I understand your pain. I was put through the same pain and sorrow as you did, except I never got adopted.

Loona: ... Guess we both know what suffering feels like.

Y/N: Yeah. We're more alike than anyone thought we were.

Loona: *smiles & blushes* Then, I guess there's no need to hesitate.

Y/N: Hm? Whoa.

Loona then crawled over to Y/N and got close to his face.

Loona: *blushing* Y/N L/N, I really love being around you because you are my Heaven. You make me feel so happy and I wanna spend the rest of eternity with you because... I love you, N/N. I love you so fucking much...!

She then leaned in towards Y/N's face and pressed her lips against his as they finally kissed. Y/N was shocked to witness what's happening and was blushing heavily, but nonetheless, he embraced the kiss and kissed her back. After a while, they let go of each other.

Loona: *blushing* N-N/N?

Y/N: Loona... If it's any consolation... I feel the same way towards you. You're the reason why I wanted to stay in Hell. You're my Heaven, Loona. And I, too, wanna spend eternity with you. Because I love you, too, Loona Lovelorn.

Loona: *eyes widen*

Y/N: I fell in love with you ever since I first got the job at IMP. Nobody has ever made me feel the way I feel like how you do it. There hasn't been a single day where you haven't been on my mind. And honestly, I'm glad it's you. You're my happily ever after. No... Actually, you're my happily ever hellbound.

Loona: *smiles* Thank you, N/N. Seriously, this... This means so much to me.

(Flashback #2)

Loona: You know, your dad's really worried about you.

She sits next to Octavia on the ledge and Y/N did the same.

Y/N: Yeah. He's been looking for you for a while.

Octavia: *scoffs* Right! That's why you're both here instead of him. He couldn't be bothered to keep his promise and now, he can't be bothered to come and get me himself. He'd rather spend his time just screaming at my mum. Why does he hate her more than he loves me? *sniffles*

A long silence between them until Loona extracts her cigarette and exhales. Y/N was about to say something to Octavia, but Loona beated him to it.

Loona: *sighs* Sometimes... Sometimes it's not as simple as that. This kind of shit gets messy, and everybody's got issues, especially dads. And sometimes they fuck up... Well, all the time. But, that doesn't mean they don't care.

Octavia: If he cares, where is he?

Y/N: He's somewhere down there.

The scene pans to the city.

Octavia: He's here?

Loona: Looking for you. I mean... *smokes her cigarette once more* Try to cut your dad some slack.

Loona continues to light up her lighter, and a flame finally lights up.

Loona: He may not always get it right, but... he's trying.

She looks at the lighter and sees the sticker with the I.M.P logo on it and gives a smile as she look towards Octavia.

Loona: That's more important than you think.

(Present Day)

Hearing the events of the past play over and over again and seeing Loona's face, Y/N awoke and tried to get up, slowly.

Y/N: ... Y-You're wrong...

Adam was shocked to hear Y/N and turned around to see Y/N getting back up.

Y/N: ... Everything... I've worked... so hard to... achieve... I-It wasn't for nothing... *panting heavily* And you're... You're not... laying one damn... finger... on them...

Adam: I do what pleases me. Like watching you suffer.

Unfortunately, Adam continued to beat up Y/N to the point he was back against the wall. However, his friends and family came into his mind and then, a flashback kicked in.

(Flashback #3)

Loona was heard screaming in pain. In the lobby area in the hotel, Loona was on the ground with a blanket over her and Y/N and Blitzø held her hands for Loona to grab.

Y/N: It's gonna be okay, Loona. You're strong. You've got this!

Loona: *screams & grips hands harder*

Blitzø: Ah, fuck! This hurts!

Y/N: Shut up, Blitzø! Charlie!

Charlie: Keep it up, Loona! I can see the head! Just... keep pushing!

Loona: WHAT DO YOU THINK I'VE BEEN DOING?! AAH!!!

Y/N held her head as she panted heavily and sweat dripped from her face.

Loona: *weakly* N-N/N...

Y/N: It's okay, Loo Loo. I'm right here. And Blitzø, too. Come on, Loona. It's almost over.

Loona nodded and breathed in and out swiftly and with one powerful shout, Charlie held a hellhound child in her arms as it cried out. Loona panted heavily and was on the verge of passing out, but Y/N held her up and Loona smiled weakly.

Charlie: Congratulations, you two. Your first born daughter.

She handed Loona the pup as it was already asleep.

Loona: *panting* One down... one to go, right?

Charlie: It won't be for a while. You get to breathe easily for a bit.

Loona: Th-Thanks...

However, she backhanded Y/N.

Y/N: Ow!

Loona: That's for getting me pregnant to two pups.

Y/N: Sorry.

Loona: *chuckles* But, I can't even be mad at you for five seconds.

Y/N: *smiles*

Charlie: *sniffles & wipes tears* S-Sorry. This is just so beautiful. So, have you thought of a name, yet?

Loona: Well... *looks at Y/N & smiles* I'm thinking of Shiva.

Y/N: Shiva?

Loona: Why not?

Y/N: Nothing... *smiles* I love it.

(Present Day)

When Adam delivered a punch to Y/N's face, instead of going down, Y/N stood his ground and slowly turned his head to face Adam.

Adam: What?

He punched his chest and another flashback kicked in.

(Flashback #4)

M/N: You're a kind boy, N/N. Always putting others first before you... But, even we don't know how you can become one of us.

F/N: If anything, you haven't come to terms with something and it's blocking your path to gaining power.

M/N: ... N/N... Redemption is difficult to achieve... But, in the end, its reward couldn't be anymore worth fighting for. You've always worked hard to help others. You've done so much. But... You don't value your life. The fact that you're willing to risk yourself and push yourself through so much means you don't value everything you've worked hard for.

F/N: Indeed. It's not a sin to fight for what's right. But, if you continue to punish yourself, you're doomed to fail.

M/N: Your own life is worth protecting. Don't forget it.

(Present Day)

Y/N was back in the ground, but to Adam's shock, Y/N stood back up.

Y/N: Adam... No matter how hard you strike... I'll always stand back up... I said that I don't go down, at all, and I meant it! You're everything I hate in someone. And that... is one of those reasons why I can't just let you go! But mainly, I'm preventing you from returning to Hell and slaughter my family!

Adam: Family... Do you even understand the meaning behind that word?

Y/N: Do you?

Adam: Oh, I do... And it's a pathetic name to call that band of-

Y/N: Say one more buzz word and I'll shove that guitar so far up your ass, it'll be numb for weeks!

Adam: Kinky, but-

Y/N: Not like that, pervert!

Adam: Hehehe. *glares* I've already won, N/N. Now, stay the fuck down! *charges at Y/N*

Y/N: No, you haven't. Not as long as I'm still standing.

Y/N landed his own punch against Adam's face.

Adam: What? *recovers* Impossible! How could you still have that much strength?!

Y/N: Because being human isn't about the terms of the physical body. The demons and angels may be at us in physics...

He began to think back to Charlie and the people at the Happy Hotel.

Y/N: But, when it comes to what lies inside you...

Blitzø and the others took form in form of the I.M.P. building.

Y/N: When it comes to what lies in your heart as it claims something precious and something worth protecting...

Finally, Loona and the pups came into view and Y/N's angry glare hardens as he opened his eyes.

Y/N: THAT'S WHERE REAL STRENGTH LIES WITHIN A HUMAN!

He then began to attack Adam and they clashed.

Y/N: I may wield the body and power of a demon and an angel, but what I value more when it comes to my very being is my heart and soul of a human! You don't know what it feels like because you don't have a soul or a heart! And that has caused you to be so stupidly blind and ignorant to your very being! You've allowed the strength and power to overwhelm your heart, you've forgotten what it felt to be human! Sure, people commit sins by lying, killing, cheating, etc., but that's how survival works!

He then kneed Adam's chest and grabbed his face.

Y/N: I've been through everything! I felt what it's like to starve and fight for your life, but despite everything I've been through, I had hope linger into my very being! And that is how I got to where I am, now! And it was thanks to that that I have what anybody could ever hope to achieve! A home, a family, friends, everything! And sure, I've gained enemies, but that's only because they've lost their way and they view my power as a threat to their evil intentions! And honestly... I don't care!

He then kicked Adam against the wall.

Y/N: If there's some evil scumbag that's plotting behind the scenes, I'll be there to stop them! But, when it involves my family and friends, I don't care about the outcome! I'LL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO PROTECT THEM!!!

He continued the pressure and as he did, everyone watched Y/N go, despite his bodily injuries and his loss in power. Suddenly, Y/N summoned his last bit of magic and opened a portal back to Hell.

Y/N: Go to Hell, Adam!

With one final kick, he launched himself and Adam through the portal and they arrived back in Hell. When Y/N recovered onto the ground, Adam used his remaining strength and flew in the sky.

Adam: Th-This can't be... I'm... actually losing...? I-Impossible...! Something must be wrong.

Y/N: You're afraid. You always have been. From the moment I exposed what you were. Weak. You may be a human like me, but your mind and heart are nothing compared to what you've done. You've become a true devil. And so, you turned your back on the world you created like the coward you are.

Adam: You think you know me...? You know nothing, brat. NOTHING!!!

He stands up and begins to erupted a golden aura and Y/N covered his eyes. After a while, the aura stopped and Y/N looked ahead.

Adam: Bathed in light I stand before you, my rebirth complete. And you, for your defiance and disobedience, shall pay the proper price. An eternity of anguish.

Y/N: ... Anguish, pain, suffering... You don't know a fucking thing about those experiences. But we have, so we know what they grant. These experiences have brought us together and it's because of this lifetime that I was able to FIND MY FAMILY!

He transforms to his Advanced Demon Form and they stared each other down before they clashed into the air. However, Adam couldn't keep up with Y/N's speed as Y/N was overwhelming him. Adam was knocked back and summoned his aura.

Adam: Fucking brat!

Y/N (ADF): Keep insulting me! See if that helps!

They held each other back as they gave everything they've got to push each other back.

Blitzø: Fuck him up, kiddo!

Y/N pulled Adam towards him and headbutted his head. He then landed a punch against his chest and threw him away. Adam recovered and held his chest. He summoned his holy light and began to charged it as Y/N got in position.

Adam: Behold, my holy wrath that will smite the wicked!

Y/N (ADF): Your wrath means nothing in the face of my heart!

Adam fired his holy light at Y/N and Y/N began to hold it back.

Charlie: Go on, brother!

Y/N gritted his teeth and bellowed as he used his own holy light to cancel our the blast before vanishing and reappearing behind Adam.

Adam: What?

Y/N landed a kick to his face and Adam staggered. Y/N charged at Adam and Adam noticed.

Adam: Damn you, human scum!

Y/N (ADF): *roars*

They begin to clash as they exchanged blows after blows, blocking and evading each other's attacks.

Stolas: You can do it.

Y/N's glare hardened and managed to find an opening. He took it as he landed a punch to Adam's face and used his energy to blow him away. Adam recovered and flew into the air.

Adam: You can't have this power... It doesn't belong to a worthless nobody like you!

Y/N (ADF): Look who's talking.

Adam: What?

Y/N (ADF): It is you who is a worthless nobody with an undeserving power. You deserve to be in Hell for your sins, so allow me to correct Heaven's mistakes by putting an end to the Exorcists!

Adam growled and spreaded his wings and Y/N did the same. Y/N clapped his hands together and summoned his energy into a power ball as Adam charged his attack through his hand.

Adam: Just die!

Y/N (ADF): You first!

They launched their energy blasts and they collided. Both of them struggled, but...

Loona: Give him Hell, honey!

Fueled by the words of so many of his loved ones, Y/N roared as he unleashed everything he had and it overwhelmed Adam, causing a cloud of smoke to surround him.

Y/N (ADF): *looks up* ...

Suddenly, Adam summoned his aura, again, and snapped his fingers, causing him to summon a hailstorm of energy blasts.

Adam: Even you can't endure this one! *laughs maniacally*

He fires the hailstorm, but Y/N opened his wings and took flight, avoiding the blasts.

BF/N: Let your rage explode, Y/N!

Y/N circled around back and launched his own F/C energy ball and it hit Adam. Adam looked around for Y/N, but was violently kicked in the chest. Y/N bellowed as he pushed him to the ground, causing an earthquake. Adam pushed Y/N off him and struggled to get back up.

Adam: I... I can't lose this... I refuse to lose to the likes of a pathetic human like you!

He summons his golden energy swords and charged at Y/N.

Y/N (ADF): I'm fine with being pathetic and weak! It's the only reason why I didn't end up like you, and I'm fucking proud of it!

He summons his F/C energy swords and they clashed blades.

Lucifer: Onward, Y/N!

Y/N pushed Adam back and had a plan. He looked to his sword and hesitated, but he pierced the sword through his hand and Y/N grunted. However, Y/N grabbed his hand after the blade made it through his arm and he bellows as he counter-directs the tip of the sword and roared as he managed to create a F/C scythe.

Adam: What the?

Y/N (ADF): You shall now feel the full brunt of a human's heart! I hope you're ready, Adam.

He swings his scythe and Adam dodged the incoming attack, but suddenly, Adam was swallowed into a golden abyss.

Adam: What the?

Clones of Y/N appeared and began to swarm Adam as they each landed a hit. Y/N twirled the scythe to his back and swung it again, causing Adam to feel a deep cut in his chest.

Adam: N-No...

Y/N (ADF): ...

Adam: Mine is the altar at which you pray! If it weren't for me, humanity would cease to exist!

Y/N (ADF): Yet you still cannot see. You are no better than us. You are not our God. You're nothing but a man who's committed countless sins and deserves to be in Hell, but because of Heaven's golden balance, the afterlife is thrown off-balance. That's why I'm here, to restore it to where it belongs. And it starts by putting you where you belong. In Hell!

Adam growled angrily and flew to the air. Y/N looked up as Adam was enveloped by his golden aura.

Adam: JUST DIE ALREADY!!!

He charged at Y/N and Y/N began to do the same with his F/C aura. However...

Y/N (ADF): With me... Wings of Hope...

He was enveloped by a golden aura and soon, he transformed into an angel and they charged at each other as they pushed each other back as Y/N yelled out.

F/N & M/N: Never lose hope, son.

Y/N pushed Adam back, but Adam launched his holy light against Y/N and pushed him back.

Everyone: GO!!!

With these words, Y/N snapped and summoned a hailstorm of flames as it erupted from the ground and flew all over Adam. With one final scream, Y/N summoned a pillar of fire and Adam was burning in it. After a while, he fell to the ground and the both of them panted heavily.

Y/N (Angelic): So sure of your place atop of everything else, you refused to acknowledge those below. You chose to underestimate us. That's why you've ultimately lost. Because you shunned the one thing that could've made you stronger. We could've built the future, together, Adam.

Adam: I'll build it myself, after I tear down everyone in my way!

Y/N (Angelic): ... We were given the power to change our world and you chose to destroy it. Just like a devil. I never would've gotten here on my own. I carry with me the hopes and dreams of my brothers, my sisters. And it is they who will give me the strength to end your tyranny.

Y/N began to approach Adam, slowly.

Adam: I... cannot end...! I AM THE END!!!

Adam stood up and summoned every ounce of his strength.

Adam: Mortals! The world you seek is but a fantasy!

Y/N (Angelic): The only fantasy here is yours. And we shall be its final witness!

Y/N began to combine his angelic and demonic powers and mixed them both with his human heart as he was able to create a new attack that would spell his victory. They both fired their best attacks, but ultimately, Y/N managed to push through and pushed Adam into the air. Y/N followed.

Y/N (Angelic): Your so-called golden balance... is nothing if there's nothing to support the other side!

He landed a solid punch to Adam's face and with Y/N slamming him to the ground, the match was decided and Y/N was the victor. Y/N lowered safely to the ground as he watched Adam struggle to get up.

Y/N (Angelic): ...

Lucifer stares at Adam menacingly as Y/N looks up and sees Lucifer in his fully demonic form, a spark of flames emitting between his horns as his eyes glow blood red.

Lucifer (Demonic): YOU COME AT ME, AND MY DAUGHTER! DON'T FORGET, YOU'RE IN MY HOUSE, BITCH!

Lucifer proceeds to punch Adam senselessly, fire coming from his hands as he did so, laughing at the pain he was delivering. Lucifer then summons a sphere of fire, preparing to finish him off, before Y/N comes, putting his hand on his shoulder, getting his attention as he demorphs back to normal.

Y/N: That's enough, Lucifer. He's been defeated.

They look down to Adam, who lies motionless on the ground. The two then leave the crater, still staring at Adam.

Lucifer: So it would seem... How's mercy taste, you little bitch?

Adam: No... *gets up* You don't get to end this! I'm fucking Adam! *gets out of crater & faces gang* I'm the fucking man and you're just some fucking clown or something! I started everything on Earth! All of mankind came from these fucking nuts! You all should be worshipping me, you ungrateful, disgusting, fucking losers-

Just as he says these words, a small knife is stabbed through him, making Adam shout in pain. Everyone looks in shock as an angelic blade is stabbed right through his chest.

Vaggie: Woa-hoah!

Lucifer: Hey, y-ya got somethin' stickin' outta your... your thing there.

Y/N: *seethes in pain* Ouch! That's gotta hurt!

Adam collapses face first to the ground, revealing Niffty on his back, having sneaked up behind and stabbed Adam.

Charlie: Niffty?

Niffty: *looks at Adam blankly* STAB!!! STAB STAB!!! *stabs Adam viciously* Hahahaha! Haha! Hahaha! RUEAhahaha!

Y/N: Niffty! That's enough! He's already dead! N-Niffty!

The Vees stare in confusion at the screen from V Tower.

Vox: Hooooolllyyyy shit!

Niffty: Blood! Hahahaha!!

A little way away, Lute turns and looks in horror at Adam's body.

Lute: NOOOO!

Lute dashes up to Adam just as Niffty skips off, turning him to face her. Adam gives her a small smile before dying.

Lute: Sir! Stay with me sir! ADAM!

The others then come up to her, Charlie and Lucifer in their demonic forms while Y/N was back to being a demon.

Charlie: It's over.

Lucifer: Take your little friends, and *demonic voice* GO HOME! *normal voice* Please.

Y/N: ... Go. Take your Exorcists and leave. Let this serve as a lesson in what happens when you underestimate us.

Lute realises that the only option she has is obeying him and picks up Adam's halo.

Lute: Retreat! All Exorcists fall back! ... *turns to Y/N* This isn't over, Y/N!

With that command, all the surviving Exorcists take off to the portal to Heaven, Lute following behind scowling. The portal then closes as Lucifer looks to the group.

Y/N: They'll be back. And we'll be ready for them. But, Adam won't be much of a problem for us, anymore.

Lucifer: Sooo.... *sighs* Who's up for pancakes?

Only Niffty raises her hand, everyone else just looks at him, unamused, while Y/N stares at the sky.

Charlie: Y/N?

Y/N: *turns around* Hey, guys.

Vaggie: So... Are you returning to Heaven?

Y/N: Pfft. Nah.

Charlie: Huh?

Y/N: Look, I may have finally been redeemed, but... It's not really Heaven without you guys. So... I'm staying. For good. I admit that Hell is a bit chaotic, but... I'm confident we can change that.

Everyone smiled. Loona approached him with Shiva and Torgal by her side.

Y/N: I have everything I ever wanted here in Hell. I won't abandon you all for anything.

He approached them and picked them up.

Y/N: I love you, guys. And that's not changing. Not now, not ever. You can count on it.

Shiva (Baby): ... Da... D-Dad...

Y/N and Loona look at him and gasped.

Loona: S-Shive... She...

Charlie squealed in excitement and everyone smiled.

Charlie: She spoke! She actually said her first word!

Y/N laughed and smiled.

Y/N: Come on, guys. Let's head back home.

The scene cuts to a newsflash from 666 News.

Katie Killjoy: Good evening. I'm Katie Killjoy!

Tom Trench: And I'm-

Katie Killjoy shoves Tom Trench out of his seat and out off the frame.

Katie Killjoy: Nobody gives a shit who you are, Tom. Breaking news! Extermination day is cancelled!

Arackniss and Baxter are seen looking at a billboard which is playing the news report. The news report begins to play clips from the fight with the Exorcists.

Katie Killjoy: Charlie Morningstar and Y/N L/N managed to fend off the angelic attack with more than just nice words. And it turned out that Y/N has been turned into an angel.

In Cannibal Town, Rosie watches the news report while sipping tea, while in V Tower, Velvette watches the news on her phone. Valentino comes over and briefly looks over her shoulder, before walking away to play the same news report on his television.

Katie Killjoy: In an unseen turn of events, our demonic head honcho Lucifer stepped in to save his daughter's ass in the last moment and Y/N has decided to remain in Hell, despite being able to be in Heaven. We're also hearing news that Adam, leader of the angelic legions, first man and totally fuckable bad boy, has been slain by a filthy janitor.

From his surveillance room, Vox watches the news, which is now showing Niffty being interviewed, staring blankly at the camera. Carmilla Carmine watches the news from her office, a small smile on her face.

Katie Killjoy: The janitor said, quote, "N/N told me to stab, so I did". Anyway, congrats to Charlie and her crew for not being totally fucking useless for once.

The scene cuts to Charlie, Vaggie, Angel Dust, Husk, Niffty, Cherri Bomb and Lucifer digging through the rubble of the Hazbin Hotel. Charlie runs through the hotel with Vaggie, looking anxiously around. She sees KeeKee lying in the rubble and picks her up.

Charlie: Oh... There, there. It's... It's okay.

Charlie looks over and smiles briefly when she sees Angel and Fat Nuggets reuniting. She begins to walk towards them, but she stops when she steps on something. Charlie looks down to see the banner which reads "Happy first week, Sir Pentious!". Vaggie and Y/N walk over to her.

Charlie (Singing): 🎵He did it for us
The ultimate sacrifice
He gave me his trust, and look how we paid the price
This bloodshed could have been avoided if I convinced Heaven to work together🎵

Charlie walks through the hotel's ruins to the edge of the precipice, where she has a clear view of the hotel's sign, on the ground.

Charlie (Singing): 🎵I took a hotel, and I destroyed it
I know I could have done better
Better, instead of letting you down🎵

Lucifer walks over to her and places a hand on her shoulder

Lucifer (Singing): 🎵Come on, little lady, why the frown? In the last 10,000 years
You're the first one to change this town!🎵

Lucifer stands in front of Charlie and points encouragingly at her.

Lucifer (Singing): 🎵You can do this! Now I know it!
For your story is just begun!
You can't quit now, hell, you owe it!
There's still damage to be undone
You've changed my mind, you've touched their hearts 🎵

Vaggie, Angel (who is still holding Fat Nuggets), Husk, Niffty, Cherri Bomb, and many others gather around the 2 of them.

Lucifer (Singing): 🎵Found the good in souls gone bad
The stage is wrecked, the crowd is gone
But by God, Charlie!
The show, it must go on!🎵

Everyone else gathers around Charlie, singing encouragingly.

Everyone (Singing): 🎵We can do this, we can build it
Best hotel that you've ever seen!
Twice the bedrooms, we can fill it🎵

Lucifer (Singing): 🎵With more sinners than you can dream!
It starts with you🎵

Everyone (Singing): 🎵You know it's true, fulfill your destiny!🎵

Charlie gets up, now smiling, stands up.

Charlie (Signing): 🎵So long as I've got all of you with me!🎵

The scene cuts to Niffty running around the hotel's ruins, picking up bricks.

Niffty (Singing): 🎵To build a hotel, I think we'll need some brick and lumber!🎵

Lucifer (Singing): 🎵Good thing we're in Hell, check out this little magic number!🎵

Lucifer creates huge, neat piles of bricks. Meanwhile, Angel begins to build pillars.

Angel Dust (Singing): 🎵Start with foundation!🎵

Lucifer (Singing): 🎵A remedial creation for me!🎵

Lucifer, using Keekee as a gun, creates foundations.

Niffty, Angel Dust, & Lucifer (Singing): 🎵It's as easy as can be!🎵

The scene cuts to Charlie, helping to rebuild the hotel while wiping away tears.

Charlie (Singing): 🎵No time for crying, we got a lot of work to do and
We gotta try and, make the best of what's in ruins!🎵

Vaggie and Husk help to rebuild it.

Vaggie (Singing): 🎵New coat of paint!🎵

Husk (Singing): 🎵New lights across the marquee🎵

Charlie uses her angelic power to light up the lightbulbs.

Charlie, Vaggie, & Husk (Singing): 🎵With a little sorcery!🎵

Meanwhile, in V Tower, Vox bursts through the doors of Valentino's room. Valentino and Velvette are already there.

Vox (Singing): 🎵After the battle, masterless cattle!🎵

Vox & Valentino (Singing): 🎵Overlords hanging by a thread!🎵

As the Vees look at a board showing a mindmap of their enemies, Vox throws a knife through an old picture of Alastor. Vox is clearly visible in the frame, but has been torn out of the picture, presumably by Vox himself.

Vox & Valentino (Singing): 🎵With a bit of bravado, maybe tomorrow
We'll be atop the heap!🎵

Vox and Valentino dance together while Velvette records them, smiling.

Valentino (Singing): 🎵While the rest of Hell's pissing!🎵

Vox (Singing): 🎵Alastor's missing!🎵

Vox & Valentino (Singing): 🎵Fled with his tail between his legs!
Nature abhors a power vacuum
At least room for you and me!🎵

Velvette comes up behind Vox and Val and puts her arms around the 2 of them.

Vox & Valentino (Singing): 🎵The future of Hell belongs to the Vees!🎵

As the three of them laugh together, the scene cuts to Alastor, limping towards the ruins of his radio tower while holding the broken pieces of his microphone.

Alastor (Singing): 🎵This place reeks of death🎵

Alastor enters his radio tower.

Alastor (Singing): 🎵There's a chill in the air
And I barely escaped being killed by a hair
"Great Alastor, altruist, died for his friends"
Sorry to disappoint! That is not where this ends!
I'm hungry for freedom, like never before🎵

Alastor walks through his radio tower, his eyes darting around the room.

Alastor (Singing): 🎵The constraints of my deal surely have a back door
Once I figure out how to unclip my wings
Guess who will be pulling all the strings?🎵

Alastor laughs maniacally as his shadow looms above him. Meanwhile, back at the hotel, the rest of the hotel's residents are finishing off the rebuilding while putting up a painting of Pentious.

Everyone (Singing): 🎵We can do this!🎵

Charlie (Singing): 🎵We can do this🎵

Everyone (Singing): 🎵We'll be better!🎵

Charlie (Singing): 🎵We'll be better🎵

Everyone (Singing): 🎵Though redemption may take a while🎵

Charlie (Singing): 🎵Though it may take a while!🎵

Everyone (Singing): 🎵Wayward sinners, clear their ledger!🎵

Alastor appears in the middle of the group, now healed.

Alastor (Singing): 🎵And we're doing it with a smile!🎵

Everyone except for Husk and Lucifer cheer and hug Alastor.

Lucifer: *spoken* Oh, not this guy.

Charlie (Singing): 🎵We'll make a difference, wait and see!🎵

Charlie & Vaggie (Singing): 🎵We're gonna do this, you and me!🎵

Everyone (Singing): 🎵And then tomorrow it will be a fuckin' happy day in hell!🎵

All of them sing the last line while looking at the rebuilt hotel. In V Tower, Vox and Valentino tongue kiss while Velvette takes a selfie of them. The scene cuts to the ocean waves washing the beaches in Heaven. In a beach chair, a lone woman with a large fedora hat sits there, watching the sea. As her hair flows by the winds, Lute comes to her and dumps the deceased Adam's halo on the ground in front of her.

Lute: Adam is dead. Your deal is done and I'm in charge now. Your brat and her friend is threatening the very foundation of Heaven. And if you want to stay here, *leans down and pointing at the sea* you're going down there *points at the woman*, and stopping that bitch and that brat. You understand me... Lilith?

The woman, revealed to be Lilith, stared up at Lute before she furrows her eyebrows from behind the sunglasses in annoyance with an ominous music playing in the background, as the episode ends.
