Reader pov

I was waiting at the school gate for Tsukki, but he was nowhere to be seen. 'He sure is late today...Maybe I should go see if he's in the gym' with that decision made I went to the gym.

When I reached the gym I saw Tsukki and the Karasuno Team still practicing. It's really amazing to watch them all practice so hard. Especially Tsukki, he might look mean but if you watch long enough you can see he really does care about the sport.

"(y/n), you want to come in?"

I turned around to see Sugawara.

"Oh, Suga-senpai! It's okay I was just looking for Tsukki. He seems pretty busy training though so I think I'll head out without him."

As I was turning to leave Sugawara grabbed my hand to stop me from leaving.

"(y/n), why are you always looking for Tsukishima? He's always so rude and I'm way nicer than him! You'd be better off spending your time with me!" My eyes widened in surprise at his words.

"Suga-senpai...I.."

"Hey, (y/n) thanks for wai-"Tsukishima abruptly stopped when he saw Sugwara holding my hand. Without saying anything else he walked away leaving me behind.

I pulled my hand out of Sugawara's grip to run after Tsukishima.

"Tsukki! Wait for me!" I called out to him as I tore away from Sugawara and ran towards Tsukishima.

"(y/n), come back!" I heard Sugawara calling me but I decided Tsukki was more important to me right now.

"Tsukki! What's wrong with you?" I panted once I caught up to him.

"Hey! Don't ignore me Tsukki!"

I punched his shoulder to try and get his attention. I guess my punch worked because he stopped and turned to me.

"What is your relationship with Sugawara-senpai?" His tone came off as more of a command than question.

"Huh? Suga-senpai, he's just a childhood friend. Why do you ask?" Tsukishima smirked.

"Are you sure he's just a childhood friend? Don't you like him?" His voice sounded mocking like he didn't believe Sugawara was just a childhood friend.

"Of course not! He's only a childhood friend." Then it dawned on me. I bet he's jealous and that's why he's asking all of a sudden!

"Hey Tsukki, are you...jealous~?" His cheeks dusted a light pink when I asked that.

"No of course not, don't be stupid."

"Aww there's no need to lie! I saw you blush when I asked. Tsukki's blushing~ Tsukki's blushing~ this tsun tsun is blushing~! I'll have to tell the rest of the team!" I grinned as I teased him.

Tsukishima grabbed my hand and pinned me to the wall. He slowly lowered his head towards me as he spoke.

"You know (y/n), you are really annoying." He smirked and leaned in even closer.

"O-Of course I am! I have to get your attention somehow." I looked to the side blushing bright red. It then hit me how close we were. I tried to push him away, but all that volleyball didn't make a weak boy.

His smirk grew as he tightened his grip. Ever so carefully he put his lips near my ear; my face turned an even brighter red. In a husky whisper he said "You're going to regret teasing me one day." He then pulled away and let me go.

"Damn you Tsukki!" I ran to my house cursing that he saw me blushing. 'I can't believe I fell in love with this asshole! Why does he have to be so attractive!'

The next day I showed up to school and saw Suga-senpai standing at the gate; when he noticed me he ran towards me.

"(y/n), I'm sorry about yesterday. I shouldn't have done that. I just..."

"It's okay senpai. I know you didn't mean it. You were just trying to look out for me!" I gave him a gentle smile to reassure my friend.

"I just want you to be happy. That's all that matters to me." He gave a small smile back.

"However I've not forgiven you just yet. If you want my forgiveness you have to help me!" I smiled with a plan forming in my head

"Huh?! Okay, what is it I have to help you with?" I whispered my plan to him.

"I don't think this is a good idea..." He frowned after hearing my plan.

"Do you want me to forgive you or not? What will it be Suga-senpai?"

"If this will make you happy and get me your forgiveness then I guess I'll do it" He looked slightly worried, but determined to do it none the less.

I grinned in triumph and gave him a quick hug completely oblivious to the angry person watching.

Time skip to latter during class (ps you and Tsukki are in the same class)

I approached my tall blonde classmates table with a smile.

"Hi, Tsukki!" No response from him.

"Hey! I told you not to ignore me! What's wrong? Are you perhaps still jea-"He slapped a hand over my mouth before I could say the last word out loud. I pulled his hand off my mouth and smirked.

"You most definitely are jelly~ Anyway; Suga-senpai wants to see you after practice. He asked me to tell you." As soon as I finished my sentence I quickly retreated back to my seat. Tsukishima looked like someone had just broken his headphones; Before he could do anything the teacher walked in. I'd never been happier to see the teacher.

I went straight to Sugawara's class. We walked together to the gym chatting away happily. I could feel Tsukishima glaring daggers at us the whole way there. Guess that means my plan is working.

After volleyball practice was over I walked over to Sugawara.

"I think our plan is working." I whispered.

"That's good. Does that mean I have to do that part of the plan now?

"Of course! Now go meet Tsukki behind the gym!"

Behind the gym

"Tsukishima, you like (y/n) right?" Sugawara stared straight into Tsukishima's eyes as he spoke.

"Hell no. She's too annoying."

"Then you don't care if I take (y/n) on a date?" A fire leapt to life in Tsukishima's eyes as he growled. He fought down the urge to punch Sugawara right then and there.

"Judging by your reaction I'd say you do love her. Why don't you confess? Then you wouldn't have to worry about someone sweeping (y/n) off her feet and taking her away."

"I can't!"

"Are you too shy to confess to (y/n)? Is that your problem?" Sugawara stared intently at Tsukishima waiting for an answer.

Swallowing his pride Tsukishima blushed and grumbled out a yes.

"Tsukishima, you should confess. (y/n) you heard everything, right? Will you forgive me now?"

Coming out of my hiding spot I responded to Sugawara.

"I forgive you now Suga-senpai! Thank you for helping me out." I smiled.

"Make sure she's happy or I'll come steal her away." Sugawara whispered to Tsukishima before smiling like nothing ever happened. He then left and I was alone with Tsukishima

"So you were purposely making me jealous? You sure are an annoying girl, but you're my annoying girl." He smirked with a faint blush at the end.

"Does that mean I get Tsukki for the rest of my life?" I asked eagerly.

"You do get me for the rest of your life." As he spoke those words he leaned down and gave me a quick kiss on the lips. He pulled away and looked to the side blushing. I blushed and smiled at him.

"Can I tell the others you blushed? I bet they'd like to hear that! Tanaka will never let you live it down!" I flashed a smile at him before I ran for my life.

"(Y/N)! Don't you dare tell anyone!"
