As the dust cleared Izuku saw several heroes one Kamui Woods had already captured all the villains saw Izuku did the natural thing smile and wave "Hey guys". This was confusing for the heroes villains and everyone in between Edgeshot slipped through the door and knocked out Mist man the two gave each other curt greetings and Izuku walked over to the other heroes handy Mandy started yammering on asking some master for help. No one really paid the dumbass any mind at least until black inky gates opened up dumping dozens of different levels of Nomu on the ground. The twisted things where instantly fired upon by the police some went down like an ant hill under a boot other refused death and promptly started ripping men in half with the greatest of ease.

Izuku himself started to be swamped by the stuff alongside all the league of villains members Shigaraki started cackling madly while Izuku held his nose "This stuff is nasty as". Well never know what it was nasty as because Izuku was fully swallowed then disappeared as did all villains that weren't Nomu.

When he was thrown out the other side he landed on rubble gasping for air at the feat of some classy ass that put Kurogiri to shame seriously what was these guys supreme class guys and weird head gear Kurogiri's metal color then this guys darth vader esk mask. "Ugh did you just teleport me with sewer water"."No though I can see why you'd think that I must apologize young Midoriya but I will have to hold you hostage for awhile"."Uh no thanks"."Not optional".

He grabbed him around the nape of his neck and lifted him in the air and in his peripheral vision a harsh red glow appeared that seemed to suck at his soul. "Dear God this quirk of yours hahaha it'd take me a full day to fully steal and you where born with this lucky bastard". This was extremely terrifying confusing annoying slightly perverted and a few more things most of which ended in ing surprisingly enough. All Might crashed down into the earth "I AM HERE". Izuku spluttered out "I think we both agree your late". All for One rotated him around looked Izuku in the eye "You just have no sense of danger do you". He couldn't even shake his head.

All for One sighed and threw him away into a wall unconscious or maybe dead a pained groan came from his body so not dead just in a lot of pain like a lot a lot. The two titans of their field the king of the underworld and the symbol of peace clashed again and again obliterating city blocks with each blow the earth split and All for One stood across the gap still calm and composed "Well you are certainly stronger then your predecessor what was her name Nana Shimura"."Don't you dare speak her name"."I just wanted to let you know Shigaraki Tomura is an anagram and a fairly obvious one"."For what yo"."Togaraki Shimura". All Might froze this was the weirdest most horrifying conversation he had ever had so confusing he deflated.

"Fufufufu thats just hilarious nice toyoue you pop under mental pressure now let's see you pop into a bloody pulp". He wasn't the best at intimidation but he could certainly follow through his arm burst out of its suit due to the horrific size of his malformed limb him and All Might who put all of his remaining strength into his right arm charged at each other there fists met and then All Might drained his arm of every last drop of strength instead pushing it to his left arm and grasping All for Ones face mask slamming the villain into the ground with a colossal roar of "UNITED STATES OF SMAAAAAAASH". that could be heard from anywhere every single channel of every single TV showed this moment as the world changed the day All Might defeated his oldest foe and the day he retired from hero duty permanently.

In a hospital a class of aspiring heroes wept along with everyone else in the world as All Might raised his arm in the signature pose of victory turning to grin at the crowd "Now its you're turn". These simple words carried more weight to them those which he spoke when shattering the ground.

After saying this goodbye he fell to the ground some thought it was a message to all villains out there but two people who heard it one in a hospital bed another far closer knew the truth that it was a torch being passed on to the next symbol whoever that might be.

I know All for One was kind of disappointing but I honestly wanted it to be that you could see him and Izuku getting along in another life that was kind of the undertone to Izuku's character that I was going for in this an insanely powerful person just one bad choice away from being the second greatest villain in the world and making them fairly alike seemed to be the best way to show that.
