Resources
(a white cover template)

Apps
The holy P's ; Polarr, PicsArt, and Phonto
How To
Okay so this tutorial is actually pretty precise and requires you to pay full attention!! So the first thing you want to do is open PicsArt and use the cover template as a background. Open the purple square and cover the template completely. Then open your PNG and place as desired. You still following? Yes? Good, great.
Next thing you want to do is open the dots and completely cover everything you just did. Then, use the "Blend" button at the bottom of the screen and choose "Overlay". BUT DON'T CLICK APPLY. No no, then click the eraser at the top of the screen. Zoom in as much as possible and erase the dots inside your PNG as accurately as possible. **or you could not be a dumb dumb and just put the PNG on after you put on the dots**

AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE

Okay lmaoo but after that you can click apply and then save and open Polarr. Choose the "dark I." filter which you can scan in by taking a screenshot of the image, then you can probably just click those three circles and scroll to the very right and choose "import filter" and you can use your photos and just click the screenshot.

Okay and then what you need to do is follow the dimensions below in the screenshots, but adjust to your liking.

This is all I fixed, but by the way you can change the "dimensions" by clicking the highlighted button on the bottom.
Okay next thing is to open Phonto and add your fonts, click on top of your next and choose Style, then click Style again (shaded button on top of the screen) and scroll to the bottom and choose the second to last "A".

Then you should click your text again and this time choose tilt, hit the negative button or scroll until you reach -13 degrees and adjust the size to your liking.

Then after you save you should go BACK into PicsArt (I know I'm repetitive) and open the glossy overlay in the resources section. Cover everything you just did with it and click the "Blend" button, you should then choose the "Soft Light" option.
Once you save, you should be done!
(I overlapped my text but you don't need to do that)
