This might look real complicated but trust be it really is not! :]
Note-   This will turn out more successful if your using apple products.
App- Superimpose

Directions- Open your white backR or png. by clicking the box in the top right hand corner then click backround.
If you'd rather use a white backround you can use that as your back round and submit an actual png that works onto there if you'd like
After that those two will have just taken up 4ground and background so snapshot your current page and open a new one then you can add the dripping thing below and i will explain the rest in the same place

Then you have to do your 4 ground, now do the same thing you did to open your background but instead click 4ground.

Use this as your four ground to make the drip effect

            Now- erase until the big black line

-It shall now look like this-

LAST YES PEOPLE!!
NOW-- click the normal then click on screen. Then BAM! YOUR DONE!
