Okay, first gather your resources. A png of your faceclaim, preferably one showing more skin so more runes can be seen. Also, grab a few rune pngs

I chose Camila Mendes.

Make your base of your cover, adding your faceclaim to your background and adjusting anything you want. Then, add your rune pngs.

Place them wherever you want on the body, but not places too curvy. These are flat, and would look strange on places rounded.

After you placed them wherever you want to, turn down the opacity until a smidge of the skin colour shows through.

As you can see, some runes are wrapped around her bicep. Simply erase where it goes off of her arm. Same for beneath the clothes.

Add any effects you want, and add your title and name!
