Go to safari or Pinterest, and search "ripped page png" a few images should show up.

Save your favourite.

Open your completed graphic in Picsart, and add the ripped page png.

BLUE; Adjust the width and length individually.

RED; rotate the added image.

YELLOW; Adjust the angles of the image.

Adjust the png, and click "apply."
