Why it's the way it is: So this is a simple manip. The background was made by someone which I don't remember who it was. It was originally blue but using some colorings, I turned off some unnecessary elements and the background turned to gray. The text box, outlining and stuff was made by me. No textures required. Just a bit of patience and creativity.
